This store is hidden back behind some other retail and if you don’t know where it’s at, it’s a little bit of a chore to find it. As with all of tractor supply stores, they offer everything from farming to home-improvement needs. I went in for some RV supplies. I was disappointed to find they have a little to no selection. I did find all my needs in the well-stocked pet supply isles. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even have a propane filling station.

They didn't have the pellet stove in Watsonville, but they (TS) found one in Gilroy, they picked it up, delivered it, took the old pellet stove outside, and brought the new one inside. Two delivery guys were delightful! and thoughtful. All within a little over 2 hours. GREAT customer service!

When it comes to asking for help, I highly suggest talking to the ladies.I just went in there to see the products they had for my Coonhound and was gladly surprised by the open arm welcome. I was first helped by a polite young gentleman and given a mistake product. I ended up coming back right away and getting the sweetest welcome from Veronica who made sure everything was in order and super easy to exchange. Alfonsa came and helped me look at every box and go over prices before we even left the aisle. My coonhound is absolutely in love with them and I will absolutely be back because of them. Even my sweet dog wants to go back to see her new lady friends. Overall wonderful customer service and wonderful employees. Thank you ladies!

Not many tractors, but soooo many supplies. Honestly though; Wood pellet bedding is the best price here and great for litter boxes for foster kittens.

Love the affordability and the convinience of what's available. The customer service is also really good. Unfortunately their curbside pickup is THE WORST I've ever experienced. I called the store and let them know Im parked and waited 10 minutes. I called to follow up and they didnt answer. I waited another 10 minutes for good measure and they didnt answer, again. The other option for curbside is the app so I uploaded the app and requested assistance for curbside, still nothing. Defeating the purpose of curbside, I saw an employee walking by to ask about the wait and they asked me to walk to the back and pickup my item No thank you.I saw there was an option to get the 1800 assistance but I thought Id give them another shot. I called them again and they said "we're coming! we're coming! sorry, we were on break" 🤐🤐🤐After 45 minutes, I got my curbside pickup.

Love the selection of hardware - more extensive than Lowe's. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, and goes out of their way to recommend other sources if they don't have what you are looking for. Baby ducks and chickens were terrifyingly tempting to my fiancee last time we were there, but we escaped without a new pet.It is definitely a classic general store approach, which means a little bit of everything. If you need a specific cleaning product or a specific pellet gun or a specific pair of boots then you might be disappointed by the selection, but if you want to check off a lot of items on your to-do list and are not super picky, they are the place to go.

Best place in the world to buy tall people's jeans. My husband wears size 38x40. Try finding those in stores. They have to order them, but I got mine in 4 days, shipped free to my local outlet. Great prices too!

Reminds me of what Orchard Supply USED to be when they still had supplies for orchards and farms.If you need to build it, fix it, store it, water it, or maintain it this is a GREAT place. Pricing is competitive, and if you're one who likes to put your hands on it before you buy it, it sure beats ordering blind on line.Friendly, helpful, non-pushy folks who'll let you ponder and think without hovering... and you can pick up boots, jeans and shirts while you're at it! Highly recommended!

EDIT: What a difference a year makes, this store has made a huge turnaround. My initial experience was horrible but now the crew is helpful and knowledge. They have really made a change for the better! OLD REVIEW: employees don't care. I asked for help twice and they blew me off. Then at the register the cashier struck up a conversation with a person at the next register and didn't have any interaction with me. This location continues to disappoint.

This store is awesome! Great prices on EVERYTHING! We spent hours one day looking at everything they had- from cute, handmade trinkets to the rugged Carhart gear; from books on "Backyard Medicine" to welding materials - they have it all. Can't wait until the next time we are in town to go again.

Don't place orders online with this company. Order was placed on Nov 21. Still shows it is in route. Three weeks for a bottle of oil for air compressor. Will never buy from them again.

Its my local go to store ..nice place you dont have employees breathing down your neck trying to sell you anything.like homedepo. Costco..if you like to look around..in a calm peacefull enviroment come here...trust and respect is outstanding....and they pride in training their employees..they all seem to know where everything is at...at the pricess and weekly sales are nice.if you like outdoors.tools .cars.tractors..this is your place not to mention.animal feed is sold here.they also have vet on cite.i remember their was a line in the back of the store with customers and their lovely pets..kids they sell bany chicks..for a few bucks ..u dony see that too often now days...good luck....

Really glad tractor supply store moved into Watsonville. Brand new clean store animal food, clothes men's woman's and kids, boots, ducks and chick's, yard tools, welders, mowers, trailers, light duty farm equipment, barging bins, and easy parking Handicap accessible. Reasonable priced right there with big lots, Ross and other discount store but with yard and country stuff. Two thumbs up.

Always a great time at TSC! I highly recommend the vet service too. Much cheaper than going to a vet's office and they do the prescription flea medicine.

I always get my critter food here. They have great deals on a lot of merchandise. Right now they have a good selection of garden vegetable plants, some trees and some grape vines.

I special ordered some horse feed. They told me it was in. When I came in to pick it up, they saw 4 bags in the computer inventory but couldn't find the feed anywhere in the store. I drove 40 minutes out of my way for nothing.
