When I walked into the store, I asked a busy bagger where the garlic in tube was located. He wasn't sure, so I said thank you and proceeded to look for it myself . A few minutes later, the same guy found me in the store and handed me the product! Amazing customer service!!

Went in to grab some pizza dough and sauce. I didn't find it at first. When I asked an employee restocking the shelves he was really motivated to help me: sifting through some shelves finding the product I missed.He also pointed me to the deli where I might be able to grab fresh dough. When asking the deli counter if they still had some dough left I was helped quickly and left with what I needed for a lot cheaper than I anticipated.

Still makes no sense to me that they reduced handicap parking to install charging stations closest to the one door (only) that's open since covid. Now the handicap parking is by the closed door on the other side of the store. At least they've cleared all the carts, plants, pumpkins, etc. away so you can use the sidewalk again if you are in a wheel chair. It didn't feel safe having to be in the main road to get inside.

Nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce in the Asian section.

So happy I found this store last year after we moved to this county. I've been shopping at Raleys and Bel Air for over 40 years, and this Nob Hill (part of Raleys family), has some of the friendliest and most helpful employees I've encountered. Decent selection, clean, and usually not too crowded when I'm there. Easy parking, too.

I visit the bakery department the young lady working there was so rude. I ask her what kind of flavors the cakes were I hardly got a response from her. She never made the effort to meet my needs I had to ask her to help me she just ignored me. I ended up taking a cake not knowing what I purchased. I got home and didn’t like the cake I wish I would have known what options they had. I think if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work at all. They lost me as a customer I’m never paying a buck for their rude customer service I am very upset.

Pricier than Safeway, Service is great. I really like their bakery and meat department. Produce is always fresh. Best selection of beer in town. Lines sometimes get really backed up but worth the wait.

This 5-star is mostly for the sandwich maker. She rules - she's quick, busts her butt for rude customers all day and STILL makes a bomb sandwich. Give her a tip jar.The rest of the store is fine. Kinda overpriced, but that's why foodmaxx is nearby

Stop locking up the baby formula! I spent an hour wandering around the store thinking, " how does this place not have all the major brands of formula?" Just to see this BS as I am leaving the store. I don't care if this is a commonly stolen item; you lost my business until this formula is put in the aisle with the rest of the baby items!

I have a love hate relationship with NH. They have the products i need, but the quality of produce is atrocious for the price.When the seafood dept closes early they don't package a variety of seafood to put in their refrigerators. Makes absolutely no sense why they don't think about doing that.Staff is generally very friendly.

Dislike that they have closed off one entrance/exit. Makes it feel like the store is not safe. This used to be a clean and pleasant place to shop but it's dirty and dingy.

Less crowded than Safeway more variety too.The online ordering app is pretty good and they bring your cart out to your car and load it in for you! Update: Nice people load the groceries and they update their app fairly often. They have a large wine selection and a good discount on 6 bottles.

I see no reason to ever shop at Safeway again. What a complete pleasure. Helpful staff, clean store, designed in a way that actually makes sense, and right next door to a pharmacy if you need it.

Love the local and organic produce selection. The liquor, beer and wine selection is excellent. The store is clean and managed well. Love the cashiers, especially Anita. Everyone makes shopping at Nob Hill a great experience. Feels good to shop where people know your name.

Their prices are in midrange, but it's a pretty clean grocery store usually stocked with what you need BUT ya better get In there before the weekend because it can get picked clean pretty fast.The staff is hard working and are ready to answer your questions. The parking lot has 2 slots reserved for up to 4 electric vehicles for charge-up while you shop.Also has a Garden shop and can blow ya up some balloons if ya need em.

Bring your own bags ! (We are from the east coast so this was obviously a surprise . Though, I do agree with the idea!)It’s a small store, but it has everything you need and some.Organized and clean. Staff is helpful.Another change from coast to coast- they have alcohol in the store!

This place is always a hit or miss. Never know if my wifi will work in there, never know if products are gonna be there, sometimes you get great service other times I'm left to fend for myself. I do love the fresh produce and meat dept.

Very clean. I had to do an exchange for a defective product packaging and the employees were very friend and great. I also asked where several things were from different employees and they were all friend and nice.The place a been there for years. I used to shop there 15 years ago. It has been remodeled since then but great place to shop.

I like Nob Hill over Safeway and most of the other grocery stores in my area. The deli is fantastic with a good selection of meats and cheeses. The produce selection is the best in town and very well maintained and managed.

The store is very stylish and clean. The items on the shelves are faced forward, making your decision on the brand of choice quick and simple. It's nice to have a quick friendly check out and be on your way home or wherever you are off to.
