I’m giving one star because the poor animals are not treated well there. I have gone there numerous of times and have noticed sickly looking animals in their cages. The employees never notice (or don’t care) how the animals are doing. I’ve had to bring it to their attentions that some of the animals are sick. They lock 20 birds in small, dirty cages and they look so sad. I remember the last time I went there I saw two love birds at the bottom of the cage super close together and shaking. I will not support a pet store that condones animal abuse.

Worst customer service ever! This location on Freedom Blvd across the street from Fosters Freeze is terrible. I went in looking for a flea deterrent for rugs or couches. I asked a young lady with glasses for assistance...what did she say? "Oh, it's over there somewhere"....pointing to an aisle...meanwhile loud music is blasting, 2 other guys are laughing and cursing out loud. I felt like I was interrupting a party or something. What ever happened to customer service?? Do they not need business from potential customers? Then why open this store? Terrible, never going back. Must be family owned because this type of behavior will get you FIRED anywhere else 🔥🔥🔥

I have so much good stuff to say about this place but I'm going to keep it small and brief communication skills are on point experience and knowledge is on point yes it is the place to go to or call if you need a pet cattle or knowledge on how to care about your pets

I love coming into the feed store at it's new location. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I like that you sale the bigger chickens here, I've purchased one. Great place.

I got 2 birds from there 300 each I dont care about the money I'm worried about the animals on sale healths etc. Both where terrafied of humans and bad taken care of there wings where cut so bad you could you touch them it hurts them badly and cant even balance them self's sadly it's so sad to see people working for corralitos and dont even know a single thing they're doing ask them a question and they wont care or know I've been through it and see that they dont even care about the animals and just want the money and of course there prices are stupidly high for the response and care they give

Credit card transactions take forever and usually don't work. Wait is always long. Live animals are in horrible shape and in filthy living environments. Hens are packed in small cages and chicks are overcrowded. If you care for animals, don't support this place.
