This is a nice vet office, very caring and friendly staff. Recently brought two fo my dogs in and they were treated good and fast. My mom has been using this vet for a while and has had nothing but good stuff to say about them.

Staff was very friendly Dr Frankie is great with our pups. We switched all our pets records over because our last vet just couldn't manage their appointments to get us in on a timely manner. Waterford Pet Hospital has always been able to get us in within a day or two from calling and not months. Highly recommend

The dr.s and nurses were very friendly and extremely good with my animals. I'll never go anywhere else. I really loved how they were with my animals. I have 2 dogs and 3 inside cats. So I go to Waterford vet alot. And I'm telling you they are the best in my opinion.

Dr Frankie is nothing short of amazing. You will not find another person as kind, caring and passionate about what they do as much as she does. I feel my pets are absolutely in the best care here. You can totally feel how much she cares and isn't just about the money or selling you things you don't need. If you're even thinking of a place to take your pet this is it.

Wonderful staff and vet. They took amazing care of my senior kitty Cricket during a health scare right after we moved from Texas to California. I never felt as though she was in anything less than the best caring hands with them.This clinic does not participate with Care Credit so if payment options are a concern then it is best to look for another option in the area. That being said this vet has extremely reasonable prices and top notch care quality that is absolutely worth it. I never felt the cost was prohibitive or unreasonable. Because I was facing some weird financial hoops thanks to the post cross country move chaos they very kindly wrote up an entire estimate so I knew exactly what we were doing as the situation unfolded. They explained all the care options and expected outcomes clearly. This allowed me to make sure I could both afford the care for my cat and ensure she was getting the most important treatments first to ensure she was back on track to being healthy and comfortable. Extremely grateful to have a fantastic clinic to take care of our critters!

Do NOT take your pets here. Dr. Frankie is not reliable and does not take responsibility for her actions. She prescribed a medicine for my dog and it caused a BAD seizure. I thought my dog was going to die. He hasn’t had a seizure in over three years and had one after he took the medicine that she prescribed. I went to the vet today and told her what happened. She refused to believe that it was her fault. The seizure happened after the medication. I beg to differ to her response. I kindly asked for my money back because I wasn’t going to give him anymore medicine. After I asked for my money back, she asked for us not to come back. What kind of Vet does that to her clients. I was kind and professional, but she wasn’t. Do NOT take your pets here. She lost five clients as of today because of what happened.

I took my female cat and dog to Waterford Pet Hospital to be spayed. The staff is super friendly and my pets were comfortable around them. The veterinarian answered any questions we had and made sure we knew how to care for our animals post-surgery. I highly recommend this pet hospital!

Called and got an appointment for 15mins from the time that I called for a for tail removal from my dogs nose. I've been a groomer for 12years and usually I can take care of foxtail issues myself because of course prevention is key, and if one DOES become lodged in an ear or nose, the faster you locate and remove it the best chance you have of preventing surgery. My pup showed no signs of foxtail obstruction when we went to bed but by morning she was sneezing uncontrollably, so it had sat in there ALL night working itself deep inside! By the time we got to the vet she was spraying blood out of the nostril! The moment the vet took a look at her, my dog was mid-sneeze and she gasped and said "I SEE IT!" And ran her to the back and removed it with hemostats! That's like 1 in a thousand luck right there-saved me ALOT of money and my sweet girl from surgery! All staff was very kind. Thanks girls! My name is Randy I have a chihuahua boxer mix and this morning. I noticed he has what appears to be the soft tissue that surrounds the eye . On the inner section close to his muzzle bulging out slightly.So I brought him in I am promptly greeted by several people. Very focused on the the monetary value of diagnosing my dogs problem. All of them fully aware that I have no income whatsoever . I have lost my job, My wife has no income either. We have lost the home we were planning to raise our boys in and everything. I thank god that I still have my family,being two boys my wife and the four dogs I consider as family. Therefore with that being said I found my experience at your facility to be very cold rude and inconsiderate. Specially since I was just wanting a quick look by the vet and little input on his problem.Possibly a recommendation of a homeopathic remedy. Every chance I get I will slander this bussiness I know money pays the bills however compassionate and courteous help gains a loyal following. P.S Maybe if you didnt have five people walking around with there thumbs up their asses bullshitting. Which seems to be too many employees for such a small vet office in a small town.You could possibly focus on the people skills that would gain loyal customers

Entirely unimpressed with the rude receptionist. My mother has given them thousands of dollars in vet bills yet they refuse to let us use the restroom in their facility and pointed me to the grocery store nearby.Quick to 'close out your bill and ring you up' but curt and unwelcoming to their customers. I sat in the front area while my mother had her pup examined and couldnt believe how condescending she was to multiple people in her exchange with them. They should hire someone new. Ill never take my animals their and am advising my mother to do the same and change facilities. Plenty of veterinary clinics that want my business and will greet me with a smile. How rude.

A word of advice for anyone looking to help their sick pet, not all vets are reliable. I learned this the hard way unfortunately and it costed me my best friend. I received a misdiagnosis from Dr. Frankie and by the time I figured out she was wrong (days later), it was already too late for him. If I could give you guys a suggestion from this horrible experience, it is that you should go see at least 2 different vets to give your friend the best chance at recovery.Sure she was kind throughout our interactions, but kindness isn't what I was paying her for, I wanted a professional to tell me what was wrong with my little buddy. Please either don't consider this vet, and or take your pet to multiple places!! hope I can save at least 1 other animal this way, I'm sorry I failed you Burt, I love you.
