It was my first visit to this store. When I walked in I was greeted 👋🏼 and asked if I wanted help. This woman 👩‍💼 helped me and later a man 🧑🏼‍💼 helped me. They were both concerned about my concerns. I did not walk all over the store. The part of the store I was in was clean, organized and didn't have any unpleasant odors. I wandered around outside and looked at the plants 🎍 This area was also clean. There was a multitude of fascinating flowers 🏵️🌸 blooming 🌼🌺 I bought a hanging pot with flowering plants My plant is home and so charming, in bloom with a plethora of colorful magenta and yellow flowers! ☘️🌻🌺🌵🌷🌼🌿🌹🏵️🌱🌸🎍

Ace is the place!! I enjoy shopping at any Ace Hardware. Employees are very knowledgeable if compared with Home Depot or Lowes employees. The lines aren't usually long. You can always find what you need here but at bit more pricey. And shopping local helps the business by supporting them.

Pretty much every hardware item you would ever need. I very seldom can't find an item I need and when I can't, it's usually some odd item that I have to search all over for because no one stocks it. Truly nice, helpful small town type of people there that know their stuff. Prices are slightly higher than big box stores but if you account for an hour round trip to one of those stores, prices are equal. I love them!

always very friendly and helpful, everything we need they have or can get in a day or two if its a spec item, heck even had special header gasket for my 4 runner in stock. a hi end header gasket. the owner Mike and his team rock.

Everything about this place is great but i think what puts it over the top for me is how friendly, helpful, and patient all of the employees are. The only downside is that it does take a fair amount of business from a few of the smaller hardware stores around town

my home town store for hardware needs, almost spent twenty grand last year for remolding my house. But i have one concern about the manager, customer services skills is ground zero. Needs to address customers with respect instead calling with his fingers. I have switched to different hardware store for now because of this guy. i believe his name is MIKE.

Excellent store to get anything from camping chairs to plumbing supplies to a bicycle tire tube. Shop local because if you don't, they might be gone someday and then you'll have to drive to Modesto for everything!!

Best ACE hardware I've visited. Great selection, friendly and helpful staff, and clean store. They have lumber, tools, hardware, gardening supplies, and even ammo! I even found some tools that were made in Stockton.

Not the greatest customer service. I've been going to this store for 20 years.A few weeks ago the clerk wouldn't let me break up a case of welding wire to buy one roll (I didn't need 1000 ft). Also they seem to be more interested in being mask police than selling hardware. A huge sign in the entrance telling everyone to MASK UP! then a few weeks ago another sign telling everyone to wear the mask properly - over the nose. THAT'S ENOUGH! i like supporting local stores but I can be abused for less money at Home Depot or a number of other stores - and they don't make sure I'm wearing the Fauci Muzzle properly.

This is one of the best hardware stores in the Valley, especially if you need farm supplies. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, parking is easy and it's easy to find.

All the staff follows me around like I'm a potential shoplifter. They're also closed on Sundays, which to me is odd considering thatl; this town of 8400 souls doesn't do any home improvement on the weekends, apparently. That,of course is BS. Consider their proximity to Yosemite Blvd.,they'd do a brisk business;nope locked up like a correctional facility. No flowers out front. Much of their inventory is overpriced because I'm desperate to get my hardware at Ace,and they know it. Plus,I believe it's the only place in town that cuts keys. Add it all up in your head and picture a Home Depot not being seventeen miles away in Turlock.
