These guys know their stuff. The part was put in my vehicle while i paid and signed and got my reciept. Also there was a cute calico named kitty that was adorable and heart warming i almost wasnt sure it was a real cat until one of the guys Ron pet kitty and let me also pet the cat. They were friendly and fast service thanks guys.

If you value your time and your money, STAY AWAY from this merchant. Working with them has been a nightmare from start to finish. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff to top it all off.1. They charged my card a higher amount than was previously agreed. When confronted on this, they said “according to their notes, that’s what was quoted”2. Their notes were so far off, they didn’t even have the correct phone number to call me back.3. They insisted that the order had to be shipped to my billing address, but they shipped it to the wrong address. When I called to have it corrected, they stated it was my fault for the wrong address (untrue, and did not match the billing address on my card), but that they will reach out to UPS but it may take awhile.All in all they are crooks and not worth doing business with. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else.

Avoid this business!! Drove over 90 minutes to get here after getting quoted for a $200 tailgate of which they had two. Arrived to find out "OWNER" quoted wrong price and now it's over $600! They don't honor their own word. Liars and cheats!

The worst experience working with the them, bought a 4k engine, they said it has 90 days of warranty well two weeks after purchase my mechanic installed as he was doing that i asked him to clean the oil pan and replace gasket, we noticed aluminum debris, call this guys and told us to continue installation, installation was completed the engine turned on but as we give it some gas it sounds like a bunch of pieces broken inside, called them and they told us to bring the truck, had to tow it 120 miles to show them. They took a video and said they will talk to owner replace the engine, two days later called them back for updates and they were very unprofessional telling that my mechanic void the warranty by changing the oil and replace the gasket (that is just wrong) after a long discussion, Im back looking for an engine with 4k less on my packet. Very disappointing…

Employee was very rude. Made up fake regulations, making me wear masks while they themselves DO NOT. They say "do as I say but not as I do! They are not taking it seriously just out to embarras the customer while themselves not adhering to the same rules. Also was very mad, angry and harrasing and threatening. How does such exist in this beautiful state? I'm at a loss, I will never return and tell anyone else not to buy here.

Drove here from Sacramento, to buy some front end parts, only to find out that half the parts were damaged. I offered to still buy the damaged parts and repair them, but they were not willing to work out a reasonable deal. A suggestion for all who are going to deal with them, ask for pictures of actual part before driving there to pick up the parts.

Very unprofessional. Drove several hours for truck parts only to be threatened and sweared at by the yard guys. Seems like it happens often but nothing is done about it. If I knew I would’ve spent the extra money and bought the parts locally. It’s not a good deal for me when for a couple dollars I get degraded.

They sold me a bent frame for my 06 2500hdwhen I contacted them about the problem they used every excuse posible not to help me. I had the frame measured by GMC to be told it's not usable and twisted now I have over 80 hrs in labor and no truck. These guys are professional theifs.

Worst experience ever!! Don't buy anything from these guys they are thiefs!!!!!I bought and engine from them and I decided not to repair my truck anymore and they didn't let me return the engine. They said they weren't going to give me my money back even though I was returning the engine just how they gave it to me. These guys are full of crap don't believe about the warranty or anything! Just DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS
