Been to this place many times and it's gone downhill as of late. Really long line and only one employee working the register. There are four self checkouts and they were all out of service. Someone had asked why they were out of service and the cashier said that was the district manager's decision. So what's the point of even having those then? I mean do they cost a lot of money to run? District manager sounds like a moron and is not at all concerned about customer service and only about what unpopular decisions benefit him. Also there were too many crates in the Isles blocking from being able to see things and shop comfortably. Seems like around 2:00 in the afternoon has a lot of traffic so that's a dumb time to be restocking stuff.

I used my credit card to make purchases December 20 and my credit card was charged three times for the same thing so I had to pay $120 over what I initially bought waiting for a refund from my credit card company just be careful at Dollar General

Beware if you have kids with pet allergies I usually don't care, but while in the store today a couple was letting there dog try out several rugs which were put back, and that's not sanitary!!

Store a little crowded and workers always working really hard everytime I go in and still manage to help customers with a smile. I appreciate our local dollars general staff

Always crowded aisles with stock. Hard to get around. Usually busy. But cashier's are friendly and quick when checking out you purchases

I witnessd "Melissa" a cashier harass a customer an old woman at that, while claiming to be a manager,it was quite a sad site the lady had forgotten her bag and she taunted her after the woman said she had drove all the way home and back for it she said and i quote when asked why she hadnt spoke up about the bag " its not a big deal" and practically threw it at the woman, i was very fond of dollar general due to waterford not having many stores and its normally great service but after this as someone with anxiety i dont feel comfortable returning, horrible service.

Beware if you have pet allergies. Today while in the store a couple was letting there dog try out multiple rugs which is highly unsanitary. I usually don't care but several rugs were handled, put back and people have children!!

They close the door before closing!!! The lie and tell customer things like cashapp deposit dont work.. it's always on the evening shift!!! Never go to this dollar general after dark!! They do not care about customer or locals!!!!!!!

Dollar General driver 🙋🏻‍♂️I absolutely love delivering here, cardboard stacked NEAT and is netted always (such a rarity anymore), totes stacked neatly and the back room is always ready. Keep up the great work!

Store is a mess regularly, shelves left unstocked, customer service is almost obsolete, you can be in line for 15+min if you walk in at the wrong time usually only one cashier. Carts are in bad shape and dirty, parkinglot is trashy, overall they make money so corporate isn't worried about giving them enough people to handle the daily needs of the store and those who shop there. The customer service part is 100% the employees responsibility though. Only reason to shop here is out of convenience and the mostly fair priced items, but you always have to check dates on food because their stock is not rotated properly and that problem has existed since the store opened.

Your friendly neighborhood DG. Like shopping here for the fact that this little store has quite of bit of products. Usually gets busy mid day. I believe its bcus they just don't have enough people scheduled. Overall a good little grocery store with decent prices

This place is amazing. They have most anything you'll need at such great prices. The people are always friendly and kind. If you haven't already discovered these great stores look out for it. You'll be amazed.

Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup price on the shelf $1.50. Rang up at $1.60 on the self checkout. I was in a hurry and then the self checkout pay didn't work! Went to Pioneer instead!

D.G. has more than one can imagine, it's a great shopping experienceI always am amazed at the inventory but you need to take it slow when shopping there,there is so much you just might miss the item you need I'll be back more than once

I really hate going to this store but living in Waterford I have no choice . If you like standing in line for along time then this is the place to go. One register open with plenty of people to open another one but for some reason these people don't care about how big the line is

Went by today.. the line was all the way to the back wall with only 2 girls working the registers... C'mon management, give these girls some help. People were walking into the store, saw the length of the line and turned around and left.. no bueno.

The ladies used to be a riot, now the long lines are blamed on low hours. Low hours? Two of them were gossiping while on their phones standing in the HBA aisle. Eyes up ladies. You can't expect more for less.

Lines are extremely long most of of the time and there's hardly any workers and only one cashier when ive been there. I don't always have a problem with the workers but when I do there's never actual help.

Good place for quick shopping. Not a huge variety of food and no fresh produce. If you need food plus items, quick place to stop.

Extremely uncomfortable. AC was out and employee stated it had been out and they have no control only corporate office did. I think someone from corporate should come work here when it's a 100 degrees outside! Shame on the management.

Depending on who's your cashier, overall its good.. definitely recommended more than a Family Dollar in Empire I'm in between.
