The store manager GEO(Guillermo) needs to work on his customers service. Tried to purchase the item that was on sale for $40 and it was ringing up to $110. I had taken a picture because this has happened multiple times in this store with their prices. I didnt want to continue to waste my time just for them to confirm the price on the shelf.I spoke to an associate he kindly told me that he needed to call a coach to override the system to guarantee and honor the price. Guillermo over heard the situation and stepped in. He then wasted my time after I had a picture. He did confirm to me and the associate that it was on sale and that he was NOT going to ring me up for it at that price. GUILLERMO TOLD ME HES THE STORE MANAGER IF YOU WANT IT TAKE IT AT FULL PRICE IF NOT TO LEAVE. He didn't have to honor anything to his customers. I hope nobody has to go through this humiliation in front of lots of people when he's raising his voice.

Clean and organized store. Well stocked with friendly and helpful staff. I travel the country and being greeted by a Walmart greeter on the way in or on the way out is rare these days. Here I received a warm and welcoming greeting on the way in and kind well wishes on the way out. I wish more Walmarts were like this one. I always enjoy coming here when I’m in the area.

I paid for express delivery to my home due to being busy with a little one.I tried to get produce and a couple of things I requested bananas and they gave me some that were rotting...I wanted them to last for a couple days to give my little one fresh fruit. Then I ordered two pies for the week to have a sweet treat. They gave me the ones about to expire tomorrow at full price..I wanted to enjoy it a couple of days. All in all for express shopping I paid extra and extra for delivery to be given food about to expire made me upset. The shoppers who pick produce need to give good quality products and check expiration dates before they hand it out to someone.

the was a rude associate named patty at this location. her name was party i believe. we went in to look at cards and when she asked what we were doing we told her we were looking and this bish decides to get mad and call us pendejos. ya maybe she shouldn't be working there I mean we weren't causing harm just looking no reason to be rude and hound us then proceed to talk bad about us to other customers just horrible customer service.

They let me Bring my dog inside on a hot day. And use wifi for a zoomMeeting. I sat at folding chair and table at the furniture section and walked around. Parking lot has a lot of shade under the solar panels but I still brought my dog inside because I was too hot.

This Wal-Mart is great. Very well kept, the aisles are clean. Every time I go here it's well stocked up on items. The employees are always happy to help and great you. The lady at the self check out is always happy and does her best to keep the registers open and moving. I dont remember her name. Keep up the great work.

I took my car to the wasco automotive center to get an oil change On 01/01/24. I was in town visiting family, I wanted to get my oil changed before driving back home (4 hour drive). When we got there my parter told the lady we wanted an oil change and our air filter replaced. They proceeded to work on our car while I’m in the store shopping when it came time to pay for the service we asked if they where able to change the air filter, the guy said “it looks like it did needed to be changed but they didn’t have the correct filter in stock” we paid for the service. Mind you we thought that our car had the original air filter, so we proceeded to drive home. During our drive we noticed our car sounded a bit unusual, not the way that our car normally sounded when accelerating. Half way through our drive we stopped to check the oil level and to check for any leaks, didn’t find any. We proceeded on with our drive, when we got home we did some research and read that it could have something to do with the air filter not being closed probably so my partner took a look at where the filter should be and he realized that not only was the air filter cover not properly closed, they completely took out the air filter, didn’t put our original back in and never bothered to inform us after the service. We called the Wasco automotive center and they basically told us to bring it back (4 hours) and that they could replace the missing air filter OR we could get reimbursed if we bought our own air filter put it in ourselves and send them a receipt. What bothered us was that we wanted to speak to a manager not an automotive associate they pretty much told us the manager wasn’t available to speak to us and would call us back. So in conclusion I’m never taking my car to another Walmart automotive center again I don’t like the idea of having to double checking their work or something worse potentially happening going forward.

Please make sure the people that are doing pick up orders don’t put it produce that has been biten by kids. I ordered hotdogs for my kids party this Saturday. One hot dog pack of Frank’s that I got was all bit up. Please be more cautious as it spreads bacteria.

Why have self checkouts and key them closed, it’s a Wednesday at 1100 and there’s lines. I had two items , waited 20 mins to check out. Management team is failing in this store.

Every time I come for a money order the machine is always “down”. Whenever you need help with something the employees are nowhere to be found, and when you do find one they say they can’t help you and call someone, but no one shows up.

I did a pick-up order 3 days in advance. Fifteen minutes before picking up a message came saying that they only had a partial order. An item they had three days ago was now out of stock. I think they should plan better for people who purchased the item ahead of time instead of collecting the items right before arrival time.

Horrible customer service!!Update: Speedy check out 20 items or less is not a speedy checkout. Some customers had full carts, which is unfair to the rest of us since had to wait longer. I had 13 items while the person in front of me had only 1 and the person behind me had 4.

This would have been five stars except for the young man claiming to be a manager going me out of the store questioning me about whether I paid for my items or not. I fill my cart, check myself out and bag my groceries if you don't trust people to do that then put clerks back behind the registers! And don't follow me out of the store when I refuse to stop once again so you can check my receipt! Every other employee I encountered was helpful and polite. WASCO CA Walmart Shame on you for teaching your managers that this is acceptable behavior!

This is a newer walmart that is being maintained pretty well. There is plenty of parking and some of the structures even have solar panels. This would the place to stop if you are on a road trip to the coast. The employees are nice and helpful and the store is organized pretty good.

Auto headlight restoration was suggested by employee Daniel in Automotive.Brought my 2009 nissan in,and I can't be happier. I thought I was going to have to buy new headlights for safety reasons which was going to be a lil pricey.Daniel left my headlights looking brand new. Walmart gives you a 1 year warranty.Proffesional and courteous service.I definitely recommend this automotive team.

The parking is plentiful and the employees are pleasant.Perhaps because of this store’s geographical location, it didn’t seemed rushed like so many of Walmart’s other locations in or near a large population center.

This place is always clean and has great deals. The only downside is staff is usually busy so if I go to a certain section I have to wait a good while before staff can come and I can buy what I needed. Hopefully they get more employees

Great Walmart, always clean and the shelves are almost always stocked. They got everything sectioned well so it's easy to find your items and don't have you running around the whole store looking for them. Staff are also very nice and willing to help you find anything you need!

It was okay but some of the clothes I wanted to buy my 5 kids were not in stock in sizes they fit. The worker my eldest daughter asked just said every time they restock the supply goes out really fast.

This place is great, it was the best thing that happened to the small town of Wasco Ca when it opened. It has everything you need in one spot. Prices are fair. Customer service is great. The only bad thing is when I have to take my son with me. He never stays with me he wanders around looking for anything that interests him, then he looks for me saying mom, mom, mom... He catches the attention of staff not just one staff member I'm talking about 6 or 7 or them looking for me. Calling me over the loud speaker, it's embarrassing. Every worker knows us. One time I heard them call for service in the bikes, I knew it was my son. He found me and said mom I'm getting a bike, I said I knew that was you. Yes he had them take a bike down for him. I don't like to go anywhere with him but this is my life. It's fun. Sometimes.

Has everything one could want. All the workers were helpful. One even help me download the app to find particular items .it wasn't too crowded when I was there. Everything moved right along! Friendly and helpful!

More stars that i would give any other walmart because they are always well stocked and have better clearance items than other stores. The floor layout is different from a lot of the others, thats the only negative when youre used to a floor layout. Always great deals at this one!!😁
