Always seem to be understaffed and there is one employee who is ALWAYS rude at the checkout. There is never anyone attending the ice cream counter and if you do decide you want a scoop, you’ll only be helped after the one person at the register is done with their long checkout line. Then you’ll have to get in that line after they scoop you ice cream for another wait. The pharmacy is the bright spot. They are helpful and very courteous. The store is clean but the lack of customer service is a problem. It’s not a horrible place to shop but if your in a hurry go somewhere else.

There is an old woman with glasses who is very rude. On one occasion she offered me a discount with my phone and since I was in a hurry I said no and she took her phone number to get the benefits without my consent.

Feel bad who is next to work here. Great store and staff dont get me wrong. But the manager Erika will do the best to get anyone fired and talk behind your back sadly I was the one. this store is corrupt. I got fired for the most littlest thing recently. When everyone else has done worse. Also I wasn't treated fair, just because my aunt works there Daisy. Trust me I was a great worker there and everyone told me so. Just Erika hated me so much, made my life miserable. Also the Union sucks and dosen't help NOBODY!!! I put that on anything. Be aware future associates...

I can't complain about the staff they're all very polite and courteous. The only problem I have is with the pharmacy only because it's under staffed and they'll have you waiting an eternity to pickup your medication. The pharmacy is very disorganized as compared to other locations who are very prompt and accurate.

Monthly I use 5 different medications. In four years as a customer, NEVER once were all 5 medications available together for pickup. Every month required two or more trips and a wait in line for 10 to 20 minutes. All the employees rush around trying to keep up with the drive-up window and inside counter. I feel sorry for them. When Walmart opened up I switched to them a year and a half ago. All five medications are ready together EVERY month. Wait? If there are more than two people in line they promptly open another register. Their management is excellent!

This store is a joke,they would rather have a pt. Suffer waiting for them to so called order the meds.I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.If you live in Wasco. Ca. Use express pharmacy ,they are 100 times better.Wasco needs to rail wrong aid out of town once and for all.
