We love Sophie's. They are thorough and loving. It's the only place that my dogs actually get excited about going to the door because they know they are family there. Prices are reasonable and the results are excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love this place. They take care of your pup as if they're family. My 2 dogs love going to get groomed and come home happy after going to Sophie's. Highly recommend them for all your grooming needs!

I have two GSDs. Both of which come with a bunch of different anxieties and insecurities, so it's hard finding a groomer that can handle these two delicately, while provided quality grooming. This team knew exactly how to handle them and make sure both dogs felt comfortable and at ease. I am so so so relieved we found them. The quality of their service speaks for itself. One of our GSDs suffers from dry, flakey skin, & now her skin is so incredibly moisturized. Their coats are healthier than they've ever looked before! I will be using Sophie's Wags to Whiskers for all future grooming. Thank you so much!!

Took our big malamute mix in for a bath and a trim. He looked terrific, they took excellent care of him. He has a heart condition so we're very careful in what kind of places we take him to and Sophie's does a great job in maintaining a safe environment. We will be returning for sure!

It’s a wonderful place! All the groomers are professional and they are kind enough to call you about your upcoming appointment. Relatively cheaper than Petsmart and they do the exact same thing. Good with larger dogs so no worries there and they have a lovely blueberry facial to pamper your pup.

This place was perfect from the customer service to the groomers. My cat came home really happy, and very handsome with his cool haircut. Keep up the great work!

I gave this place 5 stars five years ago. But sadly, I'm updating my review because this place has gone downhill post-COVID. The owner, always seems overwhelmed, rude and still wont allow customers inside. Every business is allowing people in their establishment now, except them. I think they always overbook because they keep my dogs much longer they should for a bath.But the final straw was taking my two dogs for a bath, and they kept them for SIX hours. I started calling after the 4th hour and was told they were "almost done", multiple times. When I finally picked them up, I was told they lost power the day before so they took the previous day's clients and were overbooked because of it. They didn't mention this to me when I dropped off my dogs or I would have never left them. When I picked up my dogs, they both peed before I could get in my car. That's when I realized they were caged most of that time with no access to relieve themselves. The worst was bringing them home and watching them guzzle a bowl of water because they were caged for 6 hours with no access to water either. So terrible.I gave two stars because the grooming work is always good. The customer service is terrible though.

When it wasn't busy, I went inside and heard a man yelling at a dog being groomed. It was jarring. No one noticed I was inside so this is probably normal behavior when customers aren't around. I would never take my dog here.

Love this place, Barbra and her girls are amazing!!! They treat your dog as they would their own. And everything type of dog is welcomed. I have an American Pitbull and they take great care of her....

These people are saints. My dog has a double coat (like a Husky and Shiba Inu), and I know from experience how tedious it is to brush all that out. Very happy to pay someone else to do it and bank that time saved. Thanks!

love this place my dog was groomed so cute and it was so nice to go to a place where people knw what they are talking about.. not only did I feel comfy with them burly yorkie did as well. great people great prices. we loved it thank you Sophi........<3

My dogs are 11 years old and just "little old lady" dogs. In November Petsmart in walnut butchered them. Literally, they both had deep scratches, etc. WAGS TO WHISKERS IS THE FIRST GROMMING SALON I HAVE FOUND THAT REALLY CARES FOR THE WELLBEING OF YOUR DOG! I WOULD GIVE THEM A 10+. THANK YOU, WAGS TO WHISKERS, MY PUPPIES LOOK AND FEEL MARVELOUS!!!
