They have a huge selection of hard to find premium dog and cat food along with a great selection of treats. My go to store for both dog and cat food. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They can order food flavors for you if you are looking for a special brand. It's a great store with a huge selection and they have a small gift store inside which has unique items many handmade. They also have candles, soaps, crystals and pendulum clocks.

weird how there’s a sign outside stating “no dogs allowed in store at this time due to recent lung illness” but when i went in the staff had a very UNFRIENDLY dog there. I didn’t see the sign so i took my dog in as he is an ESA as well and by the time they told me i was already at checkout. they are lucky he wanted cookies because i would have not given them the business. I normally buy 100’s of dollars worth of bosco and roxy cookies at a time but based on the quality and discoloration of their selection, I could tell they were super old because the frosting on colorful cookies was basically white! i ended up just buying one of the newest looking ones since my pup had been waiting in 3 hours of traffic, but definitely walked out of the store taking this place off my maps. won’t be returning and definitely will not be purchasing cookies here as they are extremely old and stale but still expensive and not on sale. my mistake for stopping, i honestly was thinking of a different pet store but decided this one was closest to my route. it won’t happen again and i’ll definitely be going to a better store. also, i have an adventure cat who are just as prone to getting a RESPIRATORY illness but the sign only said dogs lol

This place is a hidden gem in the Walnut area for all manner of pet owner!First of all, I've been coming here for a few months, and I have yet to be disappointed by the service and quality of products they provide. There is a young man(the owner's son) that is usually there when I pick up dog-essentials, and he is always willing to explain anything I have questions with. In-fact, he got me off deet-filled flea medications and onto a natural cedarwood oil flea treatment that is amazing!They have all manner of dog food, from Alpo to any special-order raw dog food diet you can think of. Holistic options for those with a greener paw, they have a plethora of allergy-friendly options as well. Prices here are competitive, at least a 15% savings from the big-chain pet stores. They also participate in Astro pet food's buy 10 bags, get one free program.My most recent visit was during their Anniversary Sale; they had vendors giving away all sorts of goodies in the front, and had amazing discounts on food and treats inside! Marcus came with me on the trip and was spoiled rotten, just like he prefers.If you're looking for a fantastic mom-and-pop dog shop, this is your stop! Just look for the giant inflated dog when you're driving on Valley.

One of the best health food pet stores in SoCal.The only better option would be to get food from directly from niche suppliers.It’s a family owned business and they have everything you need, from raw to kibble to snacks and toys and grooming and on and on.Prices are great for what you get.PLEASE NOTE: This is not the regular garbage you get at petco etc. the owner personally vets the products for purity and credibility.Also, there are always dogs roaming around the store, who are absolutely adorable.

We stumbled upon this family run business and so glad we did!!! This is our main spot to get out cat food. They love animals and it’s reflected in the brands and food they carry. They are very knowledgeable about their products. They attend key pet shows and bring back new items. If you are interested in stepping up the care of your animal, their diet is a key element of doing so and I recommend you come here to help you do so. Ken, the father, is the best and will always greet you with a smile and friendly conversation. Their prices are better than most pet stores, carry quality products and do so with great customer service!

So happy I found this place. I just moved out here and was concerned about finding my pups special food, thankfully I found this store.They have a huge huge selection of great healthy foods and great harnesses and toys. I’m not sure if the owner was who helped me but he was so nice and friendly and also threw in some samples. I recommend this store 100% and will be back.

I love this place!!!! They moved to a bigger warehouse type location and they carry more products. I believe this is a family owned pet store, the people are always warm and friendly. They have unique items for your pups. My dog has tons of allergies and I love how they cater to food sensitive dogs, soooo many varieties of hard to find dog treats and food.

I recently moved in the area and drove by this shop many times. I had spare time to visit the shop after work and was very surprised on their food selection.The owner was very friendly and very informative. He asked me what type of dog I had and assisted me in finding the best snacks for my husky.Although I only picked up a couple snacks, I left the store with some very generous samples of different foods.MY HUSKY LOOOVED THEM!I will definitely be visiting this store for all my dog needs.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!! 👍🏼👍🏼🐕🐺

Family Owned and ran.Father (one who helped us) was very helpful and knowledgeable. They do stock only higher end products and more dog products than cat. They also have a small bird section. I also noticed they carry products for very young puppies and kittens.

GREAT place to pick up dog food. Found a new brand of dog food: Nature’s Logic. The pups love it so sticking to it and honestly it’s not that easy to find!Can’t find it at the chain stores so I looked online to see who carried them and Friends Fur-ever did!It’s family owned (GO SUPPORT) and the owners are a cute Japanese family- the son and father are always there usually one or the other- if you see the two shibas than it’s the son!They always always give free samples! It’s great cause the pups can try different kibble once in a while and also try frozen stuff.I pick up my bone marrow here for the pups since I haven’t found a local butcher...

Our cat is very picky in food selections. She won't eat anything that's almost expired or have too much preservatives. Sometimes we wondered why she won't eat them, then checked the labels... they said it all. We are very fortunated to have Friends Fur-Ever so close to our house. Their cat food and treats are fresh and very reasonably priced. Many natural and organic choices. Thanks for sharing your loves of furry companions with all of us, your customers ❤️❤️❤️

Nice owners, helpful, love there food Fromm for dogs n cats is good. Good price and great food. They give you samples to try, which is a plus. Lots treats to buy in there. Beds, toys etc. Love raw food for dogs "my perfect pet"...

Found this little gem driving home from work. I pass it every day and didn't realize it. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They have 3 or 4 dogs that will usually greet you at the door. If they don't believe it's a good product they won't sell it. They always give out free sample bags as well. I came in for my usual food and they were out of stock that particular day so instead of trying to sell me on another brand they gave me (free of charge) a case of sample bags to last me a few days til their shipment came in. Great customer service.

Love this place! They carry a variety of food from kibbles to frozen raw food. They also carry some unique treats like freeze dried duck heads and yogurt cups. In addition, the owners are very knowledge and super nice.

Mom and Pop pet food, treats, and accessories store, excellent staff, always ready to help out. Pets are allowed in store but with a leash, there are resident dogs that are generally friendly. I like coming here rather than big box stores because the service is better, goods are rotated on shelves quicker, and staff is always kind to give away samples of treats or food with purchases each time.
