Actually this whole food in Walnut Creek is wonderful place. I always come to this store many time because it very close to my house .I love this place and all the people that working here there were so nice but since this night. I got a problem with the Amazon kiosk about returning the stuff. I ask the lady for help “ very nicely with nice voice for help “ her name is Tiffany . She so rude to me . She scolded to me and acted like a person that always angry and have a lot of problems all of her life . I don’t know why she so made . But I think if she just talk to me like a normal person talk to each other everything will be fine . I feel sorry to this whole food . All your stuff there were so very kind and nice but just only that lady 😞.

Went to Whole Foods for the first time recently, I probably need to go a few more times before making a decision to shop here all the time. First impression, produce was fresh. Only negative was that they don't have all the brand names I take for granted.

Great variety of organic options. I typically go for the hot bar. The food is usually fresh and flavorful. The service is not the best. The clerks are usually focused on getting the lines down so no time for pleasantries I assume but they aren't rude just not friendly.

Huge selection of food, frozen, fresh, hygienic needs and a full self service lunch bar and a pizza corner that sells by the slice. It was nice finding everything in one shop. Amazon has a new kiosk there and I love it which leaves the whole food employees to focus on their job at whole foods.

First time I have oeseeed your catering. I ordered 4 appetizer trays for Easter brunch and it saved my life! I had some main dishes I cooked but this was just amazing. I will never have a party again without ordering at least some of my menu from Whole Foods

I don't come here too often to be perfectly honest, but when I do its always a pleasant experience. They have a deli section, cooked food, bakery, fresh produce, baby stuff, fresh flowers, plants and herbs. It is just a plethora of things. A sitting area outside where you can sit outside and enjoy your food or baked goods that you have purchased in store. I have to say It is a little pricey though in comparison to other grocery stores but sometimes it is worth paying that little extra for wholesome food. For those of you who drive,there seems to be ample parking space, I do not drive I usually walk down. Worth a visit if you have not already been. Lots of organics for the clean eaters.

The original Whole Foods in Walnut Creek. Compact in size compared to newer WF locations.Has everything what you can find in a Whole Foods - bakery, deli, salad bar, Allegro Coffee Bar, Pizza Bar, olive bar, cheese bar, fresh meat and seafood counter, floral department, and produce area as you walk in.Con - parking lot is small and tight for the amount of people who come here to shop.

Let's start with the negative. Whole foods is very expensive. Moved from Los Angeles up here and it's more expensive than LA. Everything else is positive. The variety is great. They have brands that is only at whole foods. The meat is good as well. The service is always great. Easy to find someone for help. The place is clean and comfortable including parking.

I give Whole Foods Amazon on Newell Ave in Walnut Creek one star now for two reasons. First, have increased the number of self checkouts, decreased the number of checkers and eliminated the express checkouts. At the same time they have eliminated baggers. In some stores the checkers do not bag at all. All of this has increased the amount of time it takes shoppers to get out of the store. Have you ever watched how long it takes shoppers with carts filled with groceries to get through self check lines?Second, I cannot even shop at this story between 3:00- 4:00 because parents waiting to pick up high schoolers have taken over the whole lot! Shame on them. It’s a DANGEROUS situation.

Very pleasant and clean store. It is not too big, so it is easy to navigate and find things. I wish the hot bar was a bit larger with more options. The meat counter seems to get very busy so you have to go at the right time, which I yet need to figure out when it is. The cashiers are fast so there is not much waiting time. Oh and they have an Amazon return center which is pretty convenient.

Whole Foods Market is a top-notch shopping experience. The variety of fresh, organic items, along with helpful staff and a commitment to sustainability, makes it a go-to for quality groceries. I'm particularly happy with the self-checkout option that saved me a lot of time; previously, I used to spend a significant amount of time waiting in the queue.

That's a great place for purchasing many, many things. Such as fresh food, fruits, lovely flowers, meats, fish, bread and Ect... But, I was looking for a bandage for my 5 years old son that he really needed for his finger, but I couldn't find it. I asked the person who works at Whole food, and he tried a little bit, and then he said, probably, we don't have it. I’m sorry to say that this store has declined markedly over the past couple of years. At first I thought it was the pandemic that was causing so many bare shelves, but others stores have recovered while this one hasn’t.It’s convenient to my home, so I keep trying to shop here, but I’m having to acknowledge that all I can hope to buy are shelf stable products, and not many of those. Produce? Forget it. Things go bad within days of getting them home, and I’ve even found rotten, not old, rotten, items in the bins themselves.I just don’t understand. At first I thought it was the Amazon purchase that had driven quality down, but I think the Lafayette store tends to stay better stocked and the produce is fresher. Something very bad is happening at the Walnut Creek store specifically. I only wish I knew what’s behind my increasingly disappointing shopping experiences here. I used to depend on this place.

What to say.. As being a customer of Whole Foods and a prime member.,I am disappointed that whenever I come to store my car is left scratched!! This month it’s a second and not small as you see. We asked before store, do you have a camera so I can see who did it. Unfortunately, they don’t. It’s very disappointing that company doesn’t take care of customers.

I received 5 star service here at Wholesfood in Walnut Creek at the Bakery Dept. First, I would love to send a big thank you to Norma and Gabriel at the bakery department, along with their team. They were such a life saver for me by accommodating me for a special day. Norma was very kind, understanding and heart warming. Gabriel was very caring and thoughtful. I can’t thank you all enough, the cake was delicious, fresh, and met all my expectations!

Hands down one of the worst Whole Foods ever. The cannot seem to open all doors- make customers use one door, although they have 3. The staff seem to all hate their jobs and checkers have terrible attitudes. There are a few nice once, but overall- not great. They are out of items regularly and I have bought several products at different times that have been molded by the time I get home open the packages as I unload. Doesn’t seem like they recognize FIFO. Today was an awesome exceptionally terrible experience, as they must have had a visit from the health inspector because they had every cold box closed off. I couldn’t even get a soda for my child. Seriously, I’d the cold water and soda going bad soon-that I cannot purchase it??

It’s a Whole Foods, used to be amazing and then Amazon bought them and things are not as good. What stands out at this location is their meat counter - it’s big for the size of the store and the butchers are friendly and helpful.
