Good thing I wasn't trying to adopt a pet. I couldnt get help to save my life. There were 4 or 5 people in the store. The one lady on the register was busting her hinny. Then a second person came out to do the register. But here I stand still waiting for assistance. Nope didn't have any other place to be!!

Worst grooming salon. I took my shih tzu for grooming yesterday and the did a horrible job. They didn’t even answer phone calls. They shaved all her her, the only thing they left was the skin.

Can you believe this is the same dog? I am so upset! I took my beautiful dog in for grooming and came back in to find she had been shaved with no warning. I cannot believe these irresponsible groomers did this without even picking up the phone to talk to me first. I would have been glad to pay for any extra dematting or even picked her up and taken care of her myself. Even in the worst of situations, her ears and face should have been salvageable and even then I would have expected a phone call.I will never ever bring my dogs here again.It will take months for this to grow out.When the groomer saw my review, she posted back an ugly response. I contacted the home office and no one ever got back to me.

A fantastic place to have your dog groomed. The staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else and I've tried a few other 'posh' salons.

I love coming to this place... They always have that the deal every week. If you come on the right day at the right time, I was able to purchase Blue Ribbon holistic dog treat for 35 cents, I seriously grab every single bag on that shelf. And the grooming salon, the ladies that worked there are awesome.

Your employee Brittany Minear went above and beyond to help me and my situation with our Guinea Pig. Because of her I will continue to do my shopping at this location even though theres a closer one to me. She is a true animal lover and a wonderful person and a huge asset to your store. I love this place. It is my go to location. I used to go more often when my cat, Whiskers, needed to be groomed as she was too arthritic to clean herself. Monica was always so nice to my little old lady. She passed back in February but I still come by to get the other cats their favorite kibble and wet food.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING. The lack of professionalism and upfront transparency surrounding their process is unbelievable. Despite having read other negative reviews I decided to give PetSmart a shot and booked an online appointment. Upon dropping my dog off we were told it would be a 3 hour wait, this felt a bit odd but it did seem quite busy. I showed back up after 2.5 hours in the hopes that they would be done a little sooner and was told that it would be another 3 HOURS. I was told that even with an appointment groomers are assigned 3 dogs to groom per hour. I wasn't told this upfront or informed that you could pay extra for an expedited option. I never saw this information on the website either while I was booking. This is a reckless and unsafe practice that puts both the dogs and the groomers in an unfair position to move too fast and I assume the dogs are held in cages for long periods of time as they wait. I didn't feel good at all about how the dogs I saw were being handled and opted to take mine home without getting his haircut (he had already been bathed and prepped). For not much more money there are a multitude of other dog groomers/salons that will give your dog the individualized care and attention they deserve in an often stressful experience. Our sweet senior dog has been anxious and distressed since this visit. I never write reviews but folks should know about this horrific business model.

They have really good attendance but something that made me very upset and heartbroken is seeing a fancy parakeet banging his head and trying to break through the glass to go into the cage where the normal parakeets were since there were no other parakeet buddies in its own cage. When I went there and asked, the lady said they would move him but it’s been 5 days and nothing happened. I am afraid it will die of depression or get brain damage.

I don’t understand why a pet store would sell rabbit pellets with seeds in it. Seeds can kill your rabbit. Petsmart please be better about what your market as safe and healthy for pets.If you are reading this— stick to Timothy hay based pellets without all the extra stuff if your bunny is older than 1 year old. And if they are younger then Alfalfa based pellets without seeds and all the extra stuff.

Wow I guess this plaza is full of very unfriendly stuck up people. Your cashiers are extremely unfriendly, I came up to them looking for an item they looked at me and got upset that I interrupted their conversation during business hours, while they are supposed to be working lol they didn't help me they just pointed to where the item is supposed to be and it wasn't. I am never coming back. Very unfriendly staff, maybe don't hire high schoolers or train them right not to do this to a costumer!!! So freaking rude. I'm never coming back, I much rather drive far to go to another store than go back to this one.

Bought pet fish for the second time and employees are very helpful and accommodating. I get to choose the fish and they bag the fish with enough oxygen so we could travel home and let them wait in the aquarium for another half hour or so so they can acclimatize and won't die of shock. Will definitely come back for my pet supplies.

My cat is sick with kidney issues and had and accident on my couch. I ran out of spray cleaner and checked that petsmart was open, and rushed over. As I drive up I see the clerk locking the door, 14 mins left until closing. I figure once he saw he still had a customer he’d open back up. He tried to say that they closed at 8pm, even though the hours on the door said 9pm and the hours online said 9pm. I said are you sure, since I really need to buy something. He said he was sure. And I referenced the hours online and on the window, and he just looked at me. I’m like, ok, I guess I’ll have a talk with the manager tomorrow. And he made no protest as I got in my car. I’m furious. I have a splitting headache, and I’m exhausted and now have to deal with urine smell on my couch until tomorrow when they reopen. I knew exactly the product I needed and didn’t mean to make it a long trip.

Mostly a good experience. Very pleased that coupons and savings are stored electronically and offered by the clerk at checkout. Downside is that we often have to visit more than one location to find everything we want.

I went in to get a pet I filled out all paperwork had the cash they asked waited for a call didn't get approved there reason it was going to be a gift to my grandkids.not I was not happy I went shopping got it what it need.the pet would get lots of love in a very good home never will go there again
