Kaitlin was a fantastic groomer. We’re highly satisfied with the haircut she gave to our dogs. Our dogs had really long hair, and it got horribly tangled and their hair condition got bad after staying at dog sitter’s house for 2 weeks. Kaitlin took care all the hair concerned we had with our dogs and she brushed their teeth very nicely. We were very impressed with the result and very grateful for her service. 10/10!

They don’t know how to groom a labradoodle! My dog looks horrible and made the whole family cry! I’m attaching before and after picture as well as the labradoodle grooming guide. They clearly never check it on how to properly groom a labradoodle. So sad!

This place is terrible. They have long waits and cancel frequently. And then there’s no follow up. I literally got cancel 3 months ago and was waiting for the next appt, which was 2 months out.. and they cancelled again. Kaitlyn is nice but she’s a flake. Go somewhere else.

Amanda is always the most friendly and courteous. Check in and out is always a breeze, but we never feel like we are being rushed. Everyone takes time to answer my questions and greet my pup to make him feel comfortable. As always, we had a great experience!

The groomers at this location have done a great job most of the time - I think there was only a couple of times when Buster was not dried completely but other than that, everything is great. We now have our requested groomer (Kiana) so we ask for her if she is available.

Dymin not only does a great grooming job on my standard poodle, Penny, but shows above and beyond attention to small details. She makes me feel that she loves my dog almost as much as I do!

Always a great e,experience with the groomers. Nice and professional group of people. Staff sticks arou d. They are happy to re my furbabies. I used to go to PetSmart, but they let me down they can't keep their staff and do not screen the rescue agencies that have adoptions at their store. I guess it was for the best, because i have never been happiet same with my pups then we have with PetCo.

The groomers seriously injured my small dog, I had to go to the vet hospital and he was diagnosed with 2 ulcers & a scratch in his right eye, I have formally requested the incident report, yet, the petco store is refusing to give it to me, so I contacted headquarters, whom said they could help, and YET STILL NOTHING. Never coming back. I hope that groomer gets fired.
