Tried this groomer out because I needed to get my dog in last minute and they responded and booked him quickly. The last photo is how his hair looked beforehand vs after. The other place shaved his entire body when I showed them the same reference photo, but this place did really well and didn't leave him looking completely bald. They also got his grooming done very quickly. It literally took an hour vs the other I go to would take 2-3hrs.

ANOTHER UPDATE/ Okay, ANOTHER UPDATE! July 29 2023KC got the best summer cut! I LOVE my people at Shampooch Yvette did an amazing job on KC ! I am in love with his cut he smelled so yummy! THANK YOU, GUYS SO MUCH!! You must go to Shampooch if you are looking for a groomer. I've been going there for a while now, and I trust them with my dog they are so loving with each and every dog! You can tell they ❤️ what they do. I will never go anywhere else!! SEE Very LAST Two VIDEO'S, only 9 and 30 seconds . On my bed and couch , RATE STILL 5 STAR!!OKAY, It's MAY 27th, 2023, and He just had another groom day. Its been 2 months, and he needed a trim desperately, I love it as always, and they did a wonderful job. I POSTED see 10 to 13 photos from May 27th, 2023, grooming. TO SHOW PEOPLE that THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. NO, I DONT GET MONEY OR FREE THINGS. THIS IS a TRUE REVIEW FROM a HAPPY customer !! This place is worth a 10 star in my book . You can tell they love what they do working with all these amazing dogs!in 2021, after a long wait because of covid 19, so this is my 8th or 1oth visit to the Shampooch. We have been bring our dog Pumba for over a year and are very happy with the service and treatment he gets every time. He is the happiest boy and loves going to get a bath. Pumba is a big boy and they do an amazing job with him. Thank you Shampooch for all that you do. ♥️

This was our first time taking our Poms here. Their response time was great and the care and professionalism that the groomer demonstrated was great. Our pups were very happy when we picked them up and they looked amazing!! We were very satisfied and will defenitly return.

My Belle was taken good care of. My poor baby had been really hot and the i was not impressed with her last groomer... i believe the saying... you get what you paid for. Live and learn. Highly recommend Shampooch. For nice, friendly and easy to get an appointment. She normally gets anxious before and after her old groomer. She had none this time. Loved it. Definitely taking her back

Best groomer I've ever taken out dog to. Our pup is afraid of other dogs and doesn't like going to the groomer because of that. He's always shy going in but when I come to get him he's SO happy from being brushed and blowdried he doesn't want to leave! Try the special with the blueberry facial and toothbrushing, it leaves your pup with fresh breath and they'll smell like a blueberry muffin for days, it's better than it sounds. They always put a cute bandana or necktie on him and he's so proud he won't let us take them off for a week. We just moved away and I hope we can find and a groomer our dog likes as much as he loved Shampooch!

They did a beautiful job on our dog Bonnie. She is a bit shy around people and other dogs but when we picked her up it was clear that she'd been treated kindly. We were very impressed and will be bringing Bonnie back again.

UPDATE:Pam and her mom no longer own the place. This new guy does and he does a just ok job. He communicates with us through text which is practical but it seems like they always give my dog a hair cut but not exactly what I asked. So sure his fur is short and he’s clean but they didn’t listen to what we asked for ear shape or tail. So overall my dog looks ok but not exactly how I wanted. After about 4 tries we found somewhere else.———————-This place is FABULOUS!!! I've been bringing my dog here got a couple years now and it's such a great experience every time! It sends like everyone that works here is truly in love with not only animals but with their job! They are all so great they talk about your pet as of they truly knew him and they do a beautiful job. My dog always looks great and smells delicious after a visit to shampooch. It's also an awesome opportunity to support small business. Pam and her mom own the place and are super sweet! Im stoked when i get Pam to do my pups groom, she does a beautiful job!

What a great place. They could have not been more friendly and were able to squeeze me in the next day! I worry about dropping my pup as he is a rescue and I worry about his anxiety..he was just hanging in the shop when I arrived. Relaxed as could be! Didn’t even know I was there! It was good to see him so calm. I would not hesitate to recommend these amazing ladies.

I took Papa, here to be groomed. I found parking luckily because they are located on Broadway and there is limited parking. The staff was proffesional and friendly. I noticed the happy go lucky dogs running around together while they were in between grooms or getting picked up. Although it was a Sunday it took 4 hours to groom Papa but it's hard to complain because they were open. I was able to get Papa groomed and ready to see his owner that afternoon! Thank you Shampooch! Used to be my go-to place for getting both my cats nail trimmed, always got good service until my last time. Got charged more (didn’t let me know this was a thing) because my cat was “aggressive” when she wasn’t just a bit scared which is normal because there are loud dogs around. They should be trained to professionally deal with pets since that is their job. Just customer service was not pleasant this time, seemed annoyed to deal with my pets even though it’s a service I pay for. Not coming back again, get your cat services somewhere else.

My dog was so happy and his fur is still silky and smells great after a week, and his nails were trimmed perfectly. Timely, treated my dog with care and very friendly! I felt so safe leaving my dog in good hands here. He even got a fancy tie!

AMAZING!!!!!!! I wish there were more than five stars to give!They did my puppy's nails in such a flash, and my boy was so completely unaffected, that it came as a complete shock to find each and every one of his nails had been perfectly cut and perfectly shaped and were perfectly smooth. His nails were absolutely flawlessly done in the total of fifteen minutes it took to get in and out of there.And my boy didn't exhibit any signs of stress whatsoever --- before or after!! It was if nothing at all had even happened to him!! As I said above, he was complety unaffected by the experience.I'm not stretching the truth to call the experience "magical" after having taken him a half dozen times to different places to get them done. And every single time he was returned to me (some of them a full hour later) he was stressed to max and had far worse toenail issues than he did when we had arrived.But terrible experiences make great ones even better. And I deeply appreciate the dude at Shampooch. I will never ever ever take my boy anywhere else again.

Had a very great experience with talking my dog here, I have a 90lb German shepherd and she deals with separation anxiety and is very skiddish. They were great with her she was happy being there I could tell with her body position when I walked in before she saw me she was comfortable and here grooming was great! last couple places have left her coat damp because of all her hair but they did not i could tell they took there time and they did great will definitely be bring her back!

Update: Many things have changed here and I have decided to find a new groomer. I made this decision when I picked up my dogs and they were completely stressed. I also find the large signage about Christianity to be very off-putting.-----------------------------------I've been bringing my dogs here for years now and the groomers here always do a top notch job. My dogs come home clean and beautified every time. The groomers always listen to my needs and my dogs are always excited to come in (even though they hate baths at home!).

They have done a wonderfully job with our puppy. She is only 6 months old so she is a little wiggly and they always take the time to make sure she has a positive experience. When we pick her up she looks amazing. I highly recommend Shampooch.

Pamela Caster, I cannot thank you enough for the, as always, superior job you did with my two pups yesterday morning. Both of them are so soft, shiny and trimmed again and it didn't go unnoticed by all 40 guests at my home yesterday afternoon. I also know that being upwards of 90 pounds each they are not easy, even as well behaved as they can be. Everyone commented about what beautiful dogs they were and how soft their coat not only felt, but looked. I never have any doubts when I bring them down to you that they are getting well groomed AND they are genuinely being cared for. They always look forward to seeing you too. Pam, you really have a gift.

My dog River looks fantastic! It was his 1st haircut. I don't know what kind of shampoo they use but River smelled good for days! I highly recommend this groomer!
