While building a home in Isleton I thought I would not be able to find what I would need for certain last minute things. I have been able to find almost everything I've needed. From 2x4's to sheetrock to shark bite fittings and about any screw, nut or bolt you can think of. Always a friendly helpful staff. Thanks guys.

I’m taking one star off because while the staff in the floor and register were super nice to me, they had to call a manager named Mark who had a bad attitude towards them and the customers. He caused issues by updating the system and didn’t tell anyone until they had a customer trying to ring up and no one could help them. He was rude to everyone and ran off immediately after.

A clean store with helpful people. Bessie was delightful. I placed my order online at noon, and within a few minutes, I had received an email back that one of my items had been canceled due to a shortage. I guess inventory was off, or the item I wanted had been picked up by an instore customer. Later, I was downtown and stopped in to check on the other item I wanted. They let me know that that item as well had been short and needed to be a backorder. But, such is the nature of hardware and buying online to pickup in store.It's my local Ace Hardware store, and I will be back.

I've been shopping in this store since the fifties way back when they sold guns. They have an extremely helpful staff and without this store Rio Vista wouldn't be much of a town...lzuplift

Bought 3 bags of salt pellets. I try to buy local even though they are more expensive, because they will load it in my truck. I'm 69 with a bad back.On this day the checker was friendly and called on his mic for someone to load the salt. I pulled my truck up to the building behind the next door car wash, where they keep the salt. No one showed after a while. I walked back to the store and up to the front to tell the checker no one showed, he called again... went back to the building to wait.... again no one came.Did this one more time before giving up and loading the salt myself. As a walked to the front of my truck,, an Ace employee looked from the rear building of Ace across the lot from where I was, and just stared. I got in my truck and left.

I have been shopping at this store 15 years......now under different ownership..... they have done such a fantastic job at not only freeing up what used to be storage space into a complete new store with as much as 1500+ s.f. of retail space ..... if there was a button I could push outside of the 5 stars I would rather be able to push the 10 button....!Recommended highly...!

I go in there often for rv supplies etc.. always very helpful and find what you need and if they cant find it they find parts to make it! I had plumbing I needed and they took separate parts and made it work! no one else could! she took the time and figured it out. I was impressed w her skills and her total patience! these hard working people are great I love their attitudes always a smile and YOU NEED HELP? 😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very helpful. Usually good customer service. Prices can be a bit high on some things.They are in the process of expanding the store.Can't wait to see improvements. Hopeful prices won't go higher though, due to remodeling.

Paid for a product that was supposedly in stock, drove around back to pick it up to find out they didn't have the 60# bag, just the 100#. Went back in to pay the difference to find out they didn't have it either! Paid more $ to get play sand instead of all purpose just because I didn't want to go out of town! 😒 Kids working were friendly and apologetic.

Everyone that works here is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Now that they're expanding it really makes a difference! Sometimes things might be a little bit more expensive. But the convenience of not having to drive 30 minutes is it worth it most of the time

Joshua is my hero. He went above and beyond the call of duty to solve my two year and three broken flower pot problem. We talked it through and got the parts and boom out the door I went.By the way the store is looking good! They have expanded the store. It's much easier to shop. With the expertise on hand like Joshua this will be my go to hardware store. I highly recommend this store.

Always great customer service. As soon as I walk in the door I'm asked if I can be helped, pointed in the right direction, and if I need help or questions on products they will have someone meet me where the product is located. I don't have to walk around looking for a employee like my experience at Lowe's.
