The only thing I cared about was having my dogs nails cut but I booked a bath with it. I was already weary of leaving my baby there but I did she said come back in 45 minutes and it won’t take any longer than that. I came back at 47 mins and she said she needed another 20, when I looked back there she was doing another dog and my baby was locked up barking(he isn’t much of a barker) I waited another 20mins and they called me back, she complained he was too playful and she didn’t dry him or cut his nails!! She left my dog in a cage wet!! She said she couldn’t complete the service and he was wet, ears included! She had a blue string thing so tight around his neck that I couldn’t even put one of my gel nails between it and him!! She choked my dog left him wet and didn’t even clip his nails!! She then charged us regular price like she completed the service! I don’t advise going to this petco grooming, our groomer was Taylor I don’t know if any other groomers are any good but I do not recommend Taylor!

Quick painless no problems. Kona is very skittish but all went well. I prefer to have a groomer better than myself. We had her nails clipped buffed and annal glands expressed.

The girl that was working in grooming that day was very accommodating. I did a walk-in nail trim. She was working on another dog at the time and had to kennel that dog and take care of me. She did an excellent job on my dog. She was very patient as my dog was a pain in the butt. Will definitely go back to her!!!!

Very negative and Traumatic experienced .Shots went smooth for my dog Bengi, but the Microchip man, the way these women proformer the microchipping was not the way it should have been done. I have seen many videos on microchipping. Never have I seen a dog slip and then we'll the person stab the dog for the insertion of the chip.I didn't even know how to react and I was so tripped out that I couldn't remember my pin at the checkout !!!They should have done this job by picking the neck and inserting it, not jabbingg the animal and not even pinching the skin.

Rude groomere and ignorant cashiers. I was told to "GET THE HELL OUT"of the grooming room when i went in to ask where to wait.I notified the cashier who replied "its not my job" when i requested him to cancel my appointment. NEVER GOING BACK
