Run ! ! ! DO NOT walk away from this place. My dog was established there and last appointment was June 13, 2023. My dog is prone to issues with her ear and they informed me that due to my dog not being seen in 6 monhts. I contacted the office on Decemebr 11, 2023 (less than 6 months) and was informed that I would need to bring my dog in for an exam, they are all about the bottom line and not the well being of the animal ever since they turned corporate.The lady (Natalie) was extremely rude and defensive on the phone when I called them out on the changing of stories that they told both my wife and I they got even more defensive and I told them to go ahead anc cancel us as clients. Considering we used to drive an hour as they were highly recomneded from multiple individuals. The service has been sub par at best.I recall a time being in the office and a customer was irate that they charged double now from when it was a private practice. The doctor called her to the back room and explained how the practive was sold and they need to adjust the pricing due to them being corporate. They would make an exception this one time for them and moving forward the pricing will be the pricing.Good Luck to you and your pet if you choose to do business here.

Absolutely WORST Vet and staff. So stupid and NOT empathetic. I have seen other poor ratings they have removed that truly represent this clinic.My cat was over 23y old, and the end of her life, I asked to see her prior to them drugging her to say good-bye. THEY DID NOT. This was outrageous! They were cruel and staff said she did not seem well and asked if I wanted to give her medication prior to euthanizing. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? How stupid. Top it off, it was not even the box I requested for her ashes.My dog has not had any problems with other vets. This one was the closest, and my dog was very protective and felt threatened.They did not even give her all the shots, because they forgot to order.Choose a different vet. Disorganized, uncaring, judgmental and not intuitive.Other cat, over 20 and they wanted to pull his teeth out because they were crooked. Tell me the logic in causing pain to a pet that is extremely elder and will pass probably in 1-2y.

I haven't had. The best experiences at most vet clinics but this place is by far the most amazing one I've been at. I feel so safe taking my baby Minnie here! They are not only understanding of my budget but they love Minnie and Minnie loves them. Tatiana is an amazing vet and I am stoked to have her as my vet! 💙

We love Meadow Vista Veterinary! We love Dr. Joe, and he handles our dog with compassion. Our dog is not very easily handled at times. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that I hope that I would like to see the clinic with a doctor with wholistic approach with herbs and other naturopathic treatments. But other than that, I would not go anywhere because everyone is so nice at the office!

We have a new lab puppy and took him to Meadow Vista vet this week for his first check up. Dr. Pam was so kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain important info and tips about having a new puppy. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. It was an all around great experience and I feel so fortunate to have them right down the road!

This was our first time here with somewhat of an urgent care need. They fit us in within a day and took care of the issue. The staff was great from the first call to pick up. I got text messages about my appointment, I like this part.I've be told many times this is a great place, now I can say it's truly is. The great part was, the price was great.

We have used this clinic since moving here. All the staff and both vets are more than wonderful. Our pets all also love them. Excellent care. In an emergency situation they will actually make sure they can’t treat the animal before just saying take them to emergency vet clinic. We love and highly recommend this Vetrinary clinic.

Joe is an amazing vet! I highly recommend meadow vista vet clinic. We moved out of state back in March and my older dog started having health issues and nothing relates to the care she was given at MVVC. We even made the drive to see Joe today and are thankful for the time and attention to detail he puts into each visit!

Meadow Vista Veterinary Clinic is by far the best Veterinary Clinic I've ever been to and I've had pets my entire life, both dogs and cats. The Veterinarians are absolutely wonderful, they take the time to make sure your pet is getting the care they need as well as ensuring the pet parents understand exactly what's going on. They do the appropriate exam and testing without adding things that aren't necessary (I've experienced that elsewhere) and they have a great response time. They do take emergency patients when needed although they aren't a 24 hour emergency Veterinary Clinic they work with those clinics to ensure your pet gets the continuing care needed. The supporting staff in their various rolls are just as great! I highly recommend them, if you aren't in the area I would say that they are worth the drive. I told a friend who lives about an hour and a half away about them and she decided to take their special needs cat there and was so happy with them that they've made a permanent switch regardless of the drive time. I will continue to take my pets there and if you want great care from a great team for your pets this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed! Oh and it's in a beautiful location as well!

I adore this veterinary clinic. Everybody is just amazing here. Back in 2018 when I found them, we lost two dogs one week and another the following year. Each and every time they were super sweet, respectful and caring. Even going the extra mile and coming out to our car to put to rest our sweet old pup.

Meadow Vista Vet is our favorite vet practice. When we were first in the area (6-7 years ago), Dr. Pam helped our older-lady cat with her flea allergy and got us started on good grain-free cat food. When we were able to return to the area (3 years ago), we were excited to return to MV Vet! Dr. Joe has cared for all three of our cats in this time frame. All the staff are very supportive and we appreciate their love for our cats.

Both Dr. Pam and Dr. Joe have consistently been so wonderful in taking care of our old kitty. It’s hard to find such a comfortable and capable vet office where all the staff is easy to work with, kind and understanding to our pets needs! They are also flexible when I need to reschedule due to my crazy work schedule which is so helpful. Most importantly, it’s the best place to take our kitty in our opinion. We love MV Clinic!

Dr. Joe and most of the ladies are so super helpful!! Pup has become very comfortable since coming in for care there. There is only one person within your staff that is rude and inappropriate, who has been advised she cannot handle my pup at all (Dennell).

We recently brought a puppy home. One Saturday he ate a plant that made him sick. My vets office isn't open on the weekend so I called MV Vet and was able to bring him even though it was close to closing time. The staff was great and didn't rush his care. It was a great experience and I will be coming here from now on.
