It was our first time in and it was a genuinely splendid experience. I’m an OLD stoner and I know what I know and what I like and when some younger stoned starts spouting their “knowledge” it seldom ends with me gaining from the situation.That being said… Kate is a glorious break from that scene. She a natural. First: A really cool person, Second: A natural weed “enthusiast”!,and C: a natural fit for customer relations and retail. She is a MONSTER!!!!She knows the specifics of the products that she is selling and beyond.And yes… their scope of selection and quality were a really pleasant surprise. Nothing out of line on pricing versus quality except when you get into those crazy high dollar eights and that a whole other trip man!!!🤪Alysa the security person was pleasant and professional and while our interaction was brief it was first rate!Check this place out without hesitation and I hope you’re experience is as pleasant as ours was! Awesome place. Lots of options for flower, vapes, editables CBD blends and topicals. Staff was super helpful over the phone and in person. I needed help understanding the online menu and called more than once. Their rewards program is worth it and they have specials all the time.

I called and asked if they had any clones in store, I was told there was 3, 2 of one strain and 1of the other. I asked if they could hold 1 of each for me that I was coming from Stockton. The lady told me no problem. When I arrived I was asked my name and what I asked for, and they were waiting for me. I was really happy with Cassidy's service, the prices, and the way I was treated. I will definitely be back again, and the travel time was better than I expected 🙂

Casey was greet. It was our first time at Haze Dispensary so to be greeted with a smile and being helpful is always a good feeling. She was handling people at the register once she was done she rushed down to us in a flash. First impressions is a must in any business and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is a must and I hold it in HIGH REGARDS. Great Customer Service will always bring back business and people. Casey was great all the way around. Check in was great as well greeters had smiles. Just for the friendless of the staff I definitely will be back.

Had an awesome bud tender I think her name was Alyssa or maylane. You could tell she was a true pothead and has a passion for weed. Their house bud is pretty fire 🔥 tried the dread bread nice pine terp profile, and hella strong. Nice roomy space had some local art for sale.

I've tried a lot of dispensaries around the area and never was completely satisfied until I found this place. I always felt like because I was a senior I was just rushed along. But Haze dispensary in Rio Vista never made me feel this way. From the beginning they treated me with compassion, patience and kindness. I had many questions and I took a lot of their time and they always gave me as much time as I needed. Their help is knowledgeable and if they were unable to answer my questions they found someone who could. I live quite far from their shop and they have the best drivers to deliver. Austin is a top notch delivery person as well as a great sales person who is a gentleman, who smiles, and is polite and seems grateful to be a part of the Haze team. I've been a customer for over two years now and don't foresee a change in the future I suggest everybody give them a try. They also have an excellent reward program where you earn cash discount back. Senior discounts, military discounts, birthday discounts, and daily specials. What more could you ask for? They are on time, they keep you up to date and basically you can totally count on them. Plus, I almost always get a surprise in my bag!!

I’ve ordered a few times, they always have the friendliest drivers (Quiles was my driver tonight, Austin the time before, thanks again!). I also like their simple ordering process and that tax is included in the final price. I know it all evens out in the end but it makes the buying process easier for me.
