I am caring for a cat who has some mats in his fur. I've been trying to find a groomer who works with cats in my area. I saw this company had someone in my area so I called for pricing. They couldn't tell me any pricing without my giving my personal info. I wasn't comfortable with this and asked why pricing wasn't available without my information and I was told "the system generates the quote." I told her my city but no, she wanted my contact info. If I can't get a price without offering my PII and being added to some mailing list, then no deal. Lack of transparency with this place.

Had the same bad experience - the agent who answered the phone insisted that I give her lots of data about myself before she would tell me whether there was an open appointment this week ! She was adamant about absolutely refusing to tell me whether she had an opening without my providing more data/information ! What is she doing with that info if she doesn't have an opening ? What is she doing asking all that info anyway?

Lesley showed up on time and was awesome with the dog. She has a good nature with animals and did the cut exactly the way I asked.

Lady was very rude to me over the phone while i was trying to get information to take my dog for a grooming so i decided not to give them my business.
