I ordered 1000 med crickets about three weeks ago, and they arrived all alive and very healthy. They lasted a really long time, very few died - unlike the ones that I usually purchase from the local pet store. I was very happy with the order, and just placed a second. Hoping the next is as good as the last. The only minor issue was it took a little longer than I'd hoped to receive the package, about 10 days.

Ordered 250 live pinheads, got 2 live pinheads and 248 dead pinheads. Thrown in a single box, no heating, no cup to hold them. Filled with another mystery bug. Never order from here.

I purchased 1000 half inch crickets and when they arrived there was literally zero dead crickets. I am very impressed and will most definetly buy again

I will never oder from this company again! I decided to try them out during the winter months because they take the extra precautions for winter Temps. I ordered 1000 3/4 crickets to feed my wife's bearded dragon. There was definitely not 1000 crickets in my order. Or were they all 3/4 crickets. There was also beetles, some kind of worms, and a huge black cricket in with my shipment. To top it off 95% of them were dead upon arrival. The 5% that were still alive were dead by the end of the night. I tried to contact them via email prior to posting this review in hopes they would make it right. After waiting a week since sending the email with no response here I am now. To anyone looking for crickets I wouldn't recommend them.

Not packaged well. Hours after returning from the Del Mar show, there are crickets all over the house from the box of 1000 that I purchased and we didn’t handle the box roughly or out of the ordinary. Now I have tenants complaining, and crickets roaming my kitchen. Not a good first experience with them at all.

The worker there is very friendly and helpful. I've saved a lot of money since I've been coming here for crickets to feed my daughter's bearded dragon.

Was charged 3 times the price i was quoted for an order. Owner refused to acknowledge the mistake and had to go through credit card company to attempt to get reimburaed
