The only place I trust with our German Shepherd. They take great care of him every time and even got him to be around other dogs (which he's not so great with). We are so appreciative of the friendly staff and everything they do. We tried another boarding place during the holidays because VIP was booked and noticed a huge difference. VIP is the best place to care for your animal family while you're away. 100% recommend VIP.

This place is the absolute BEST!!!!!! Every time we leave our “Gracie Lou” there when going on vacation, she comes back as happy and as healthy as can be. The staff is as awesome at taking care of the pets needs as well as the “fur parents” that drop em off! We’re very protective over our little Princess, and wouldn’t dream of ever taking her anywhere else to be cared for, neither should you! I actually wish that I was born with an extra set of hands, so I could give this place 4 Thumbs up!!!!!!! 👍❤️👍

Excellent !! The staff is friendly the facility is clean all of the dogs looked well cared for my English Bulldog is my baby and she was well taken care of ! Now when I am out of town I don’t have to worry because VIP pet is a clean, safe, and loving place ! Thank You VIP ! I will continue to utilize you !

Elizabeth & her staff are absolutely amazing! They make me and my pets feel like family. My dog and kitty love staying here and they behave better for them then at home! I wouldn’t board my pets anywhere else! Highly recommended! 😃

They take great care of our shy/anxious dogs - they were able develop trust with our German shepherd who has separation anxiety & doesn't trust people easily & he's always so excited to go see his friends here!Very kind people that care about the animals a lot, I never worry about leaving my dogs here - this is the best place in the area!

I took my 7 month old cat to this kennel. (I have never had to use a kennel prior to this) I read the reviews and decided to book with them. From the beginning they were very responsive making sure she was up to date on shots etc. When I went to drop her off I was so nervous but when I got there I saw nothing but calm happy animals. The cat area only had one other cat and my cat and her bonded right away. I left there feeling good about my decision. When I picked her up she started meowing she didn’t want to leave! I also was able to text and check in on her. I highly recommend! Thank you VIP, I was able to enjoy my vacation and know my kitty was in good hands. 😻😻

This is the first boarding location I have ever used & will never use another as long as they still exist! My dog has been there for three different extended stays now & most of the time she's having so much fun she doesn't really seem to care about coming home :) She had been attacked by another dog (NOT here!) prior to her first stay here & had been apprehensive around other dogs after that. I was nervous how she would react when I brought her here the first time. I explained her situation to the owner who knew just how to handle it & found her a perfect group to socialize with. Now she has regular friends there when she visits! I don't ever worry for a second while she's there. They also wash the bedding before sending her home! Such a relief to have found this place.

Avoid booking your pet here unless you want them to cancel your reservation last minute leaving you scrambling to find backup boarding. We booked a week long reservation for our dog 3 months in advance as we knew this place books up quick. We made sure we had all paperwork and documents needed. We are now 3 weeks out for our trip and called to confirm. That's when they told us they did not have us down even though we have an EMAIL CONFIRMATION and had been in contact with them regarding our dog's reservation. If there was any issue with the dates, they could have called and told us ahead of time but we heard nothing! We are now scrambling to find boarding for our dog. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Having this place nearby is a blessing. They took very great care of my cat when I recently went away for 6 days. Rates are reasonable and they are always courteous & helpful when I call with an inquiry or to make a reservation. I feel much more comfortable leaving for vacation knowing I have a trustworthy place to board my furry friend.

My dogs are my babies and when I drop them off to VIP I feel like they are staying with extended family. They don’t start shaking scared when we arrive but are greeted with smiles and love. I love that they can be groomed before we pick them up so we can have them ready for snuggling at home! Great prices and absolutely wonderful staff! B

The facility seems very inadequate for the price. My dog was treated well, but the space is very small. When I picked him up, he was in a small enclosure for "play time" with more than a dozen other large dogs.I was also very unimpressed by their customer service. Each time I called, the staff member sounded annoyed and rushed and did not answer my questions. Beware they have a very strict check out policy. "Check out" time is 1pm. If you pick your dog up later than that time they charge for a full extra day. I dropped my dog off later than 5pm and picked him up at 130pm. I even called to give them a warning that I was stuck in traffic and running late. The staff member very rudely explained that they were charging for an extra day even though it was less than 24 hours. When asked to speak to the manager for clarification, the staff member refused and stated that they would be raising their prices in February (as if they were giving me some sort of deal).After that experience, I will definitely pay a little more to leave my dog with friendly and personable dog sitters in their homes, as I have had great experiences with multiple people through Rover.

This place is fantastic. They offer day care for and boarding - of you board for more than 21 days, the entire stay is half off! My dog has a hard time with other dogs and can act aggressive, but when she is there she loves to play and socialise. They are really good about slowly introducing other dogs and accommodating your dog's needs. I highly recommend this place.

They take excellent care of my dog. She is leash-reactive but magically socialises really well with other dogs when she's there. They are really passionate about doing right by your pet and care deeply for each one individually. 10/10 recommend.

My dog loves to go and hates to leave. The first time he was really nervous to go but when we picked him up he wanted to go back to play. Although he loves it there he is always ready to come home. I would recommend this to any owners who know their dig is comfortable with round other dogs. Even if the dog isn't comfortable around other dogs, the people that work there just need to know and they will make sure the dog is comfortable in all ways.

If I could give her more than 5 stars-I would!!! I boarded 4 pets. The owner gave me updates on how they were doing and she was very flexible with my schedule. I would definitely trust my pets with Visalia VIP pet boarding again. The owner is friendly, reliable and it is evident that she truly cares about those in her care:)

Our dogs, George & Gracie love it here. They are treated like royalty. The staff are always so nice and kind; you can tell they love the animals that stay here. I am so glad our friends recommended VIP as now we have a wonderful, safe place to leave our precious pups when we go out of town.

Had good past experience with this kennel, but this time not so much. Our two dogs stayed six nights here. After getting them home, we found they were infested with fleas! Our dogs travel with us, do not go to dog parks, are not around any other animals, and are inside pets. So, we find the fleas after transporting them in our truck and getting them inside our fifth wheel of course. I called twice to let them know what happened. Never received a call from the owner, only a "sorry that happened" from the girl on the phone. No offer to take care of the problem either, as they do not provide flea dip or services of that nature...I asked... was told they spray the kennels once or twice a month for fleas. First trip to Walmart for supplies was 150.00, now the truck as to be debugged and several more treatments for our fifth wheel. This will end up costing us 500.00 plus the 300.00 we paid to have our dogs kenneled. Not happy at all. Will not go back nor will we recommend them to others.

I absolutely loved the service here, I've always worried about leaving my cat home alone and he gets lonely but he did very well here and I'm very happy with the service after a weekend getaway. We will definitely be coming back to bring our pets for whenever we need to head out of town and recomend to friends.

We left our precious golden retriever Elsa for a few weeks while we where on vacation with family. when we came back she was so well taken care of and we were able to call to check on her often. she had friends to play with outside in their completely safe surroundings. she was kept cool being summer time and we'll feed. Everyone there was very pleasant and showed much love and caring towards the pets and thier apprehensive pet owners . thank you so much for taking such good care of our baby girl. My dog loves going there. I have taken him for day care as well as boarding. They treat him very well and you can tell they really love their job. I'm sure he doesn't miss me when I take him there.

They no longer have day care and I couldn't use their services when I was stuck in a bind. They may be great at boarding but they still advertise for day care and I relied on that when I planned to pass through the area on a work trip. I also called a few times only to get a recording each time.

Terrible.... DO NOT send your dog there... The owner is very rude.... After going for a trip for more than I week, and calling to check in on my dog almost everyday, from a super healthy dog to a dog that lost 6 lbs and kidneys were failing, he almost died... He was not drinking water for more than 5 days... if they told us we would've came back immediately... They lie if you call how the dog is doing, we were told he was playing and eating, and is fine...Bull**** place. PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR DOG!!!
