We've been going here for about 3 years now. After getting a new aquarium and spending lots of money, we still could not get the water in balance. Thanks to Mark and his kind and patient assistance we finally figured out what the problem was.I will never go anywhere else.

Half the time you go, they aren't open. Even when they are supposed to be. A neighboring business owner told me the kid that works the register isn't there half the time. This took place within half an hour of opening. Not to mention I bought a fish from them that died within a day and they refused to replace it. Definitely not coming back

Marc’s customer service is excellent and is what you would want in this hobbyFor e.g. I purchased a fish that turned out not to be compatible with my reef tank. With no hassle, Marc returned it back and allows me to choose something that was compatible.Thank you Marc! I will be returning in the future

Great Shop! Very nice selections of fish and corals. Ashly and Marc are very helpful and provide extensive knowledge and tips for my reef tanks. I’ve always been very satisfied coming here and never disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place

Had an awesome experience. Ashley helped us out. She was super friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions and gave us advice on different fish and equipment. We highly recommend this store. They are open Tuesday to Sunday on Noble Ave.

Beautiful tanks, corals, and fish.(Edit) been in there twice, there isn't going to be a third time.Both times there was a young lady working there. The place must make money hand over fist because she didn't seem interested in helping in the slittest.I've read several post on this review and it seems many have the same opinion.I wounder how much money and how many never to return customers have waked out that door because of her.

It's a smaller store but has a nice variety of fresh and saltwater fish. We bought some fish and have had no problems, they are very healthy.The owner was nice and very knowledgeable. However, he seemed to be in such a rush it felt like we were bothering him when asking questions. But we will go back and try again.

When to just take a look, came out with some grade supplies for my aquarium and knowledge thanks to Ashley she really took her time explaining a lot of the things I didn't know I understand about Nano tanks.The owner very helpful to I haven't dealt with him as much but every time I have he is very attentive

If you want to buy some fish for your aquariums this is not the place for you. The young white girl at the store will simply refuse to sell you fish under any circumstances and will make you feel stupid for wanting to buy the fish that You want. I tried a couple of times to buy a fish and she kept making up excuses as to why I couldn't buy it. Horrible experience, used to come in and deal directly with the owner and never had an issue. This girl needs some classes on what customer service is and needs to realize she is in a fish store selling fish not telling customers why they can't buy anything. Never coming back

Never felt attacked at a fish store before. I walked in ready to buy some corals. The only customer service to help, a young lady. She was very rude and thought she knew everything, making me feel stupid. She didn’t really answer any questions I had. Kept talking about how expensive the hobby is like I don’t already have my own reef tank. Walked out very disappointed and with my money.

Awesome place with amazing customer service. The guys at the register are always polite and welcome people when they come in and out. The fish there are very well taken care of and their corals are very healthy. Prices aren't so bad and everything is very healthy. They are mostly a place that sells saltwater fish and corals but they do have about 4 tanks with freshwater fish beautiful place with friendly staff.

What great source of information. The owner always so very helpful along with the staff. Never try to sell you more than what you need but will give you all the information you need to have a successful setup from your tank whether you bought it from them or not.

I bought a new house with a 100 gallon tank already inside the wall. I wanted to get the tank looking nice and then part it out. I've never known a thing about fish tanks or caring for them. I happened into the store knowing nothing and boy did things change.I found out from the owner that my system was a 15k (when installed) beast that was more complex than your average set up. Things were overwhelming but along the way, I was kind of intrigued. Things died, I didn't know what I was doing.But, my system went from insanely out of whack to.... four months later - healthy. Two weeks ago I was ready to post everything for sale but... My tank looked beautiful. I. ME. THIS GUY DID THAT.The Ultimate Aquarium took a guy who wanted to sell his tank and made him believe he could do it on his own.I finly feel ready to introduce more into the tank, seeing how my abilities have grown. Even if you know nothing, the team here at the store will literally answer all of your stupid questions. Week after week.Go. Bug them. Learn about fish. I never wanted to. But, now look at me. I'm writing a review about a diah store.

He knows all there is about fresh and saltwater fish, and shares his knowledge with all his customers.Mark's prices are fare, and you know if there is a problem with any fish or aquarium product that he sells you that he will back it up 100% and do what needs to be done to make it right.Go here before you go to any of the big chain stores, you won't be sorry!

The salt water fish and coral selection available at this store is beyond superior. They also have a variety of fresh water fish. Lots of supplies available for all types of aquariums. However the best thing about this store is the knowledgeable staff. Anything and everything you need to know about your fish you can find out at Ultimate aquarium. This will absolutely be our store for all of our aquarium needs. Plus you can special order fish here as well.

I adopted my betta from this store in 2020. He's beautiful and healthy, no doubt largely due to the fact they keep their bettas in tanks and not sad little plastic cups.

Small store but the gentleman running the shop was very knowledgeable and helpful. His prices are by far the best, I have shopped at many stores for salt water fish and coral and he has the best quality and prices hands down. I have only been once since I do not live in this area but I for sure will go again when I am looking to add to my 125g aquarium.
