Zoë working the return counter on 2/25/24 was very rude when I tried to return a product that didn’t work. It was a weed killer that I used 80% of and it didn’t work. AT ALL. So I went to return it and Zoë immediately gave me harsh attitude. Yes, I know I look like a “bro” but I wasn’t rude. Why were you rude to me? I offered to go take photos of my yard to show that it didn’t work. She said if it was more than half way then she wouldn’t return it.I said that’s silly because you can’t resell it anyway and it’s going to be a loss. She refused again. I asked to speak with a manager and she gruffly grabbed the phone to make the call. The manager OK’d it in 30 seconds flat.She didn’t apologize until I offered apologies for not understanding the policy and “half use” and said I’d only test a little bit in the future. Zoë reciprocated the apology, hence two-stars but damn. Maybe a bad day? Or poor training? Hope you have a better rest of the day.

Found everything I needed but a worker in the back a woman in her twenty's with dark brown hair and glasses when I asked a question she aS though I annoyed her, when she walked away I said thank you...she just ignored me.

Easy to find....parking was very adequate and moved very freely compared to other Home Depot locations. Ordered custom mixed paint and the paint department was prompt and polite. Great selection of plants and trees and flowers. Clean store, maybe lot as large as others but will stocked. Cashiers moved pretty efficiently it seemed but I used the self checkout. Very quick.

Don’t come here if you need lumber or anything for a project. We placed an order for lumber and were told the order would be ready in 24 hours. We came back the next morning order was not done so again they told us to come back later in the evening and the order would be ready. We came back 2 hours before closing to find that our order was cut completely incorrect. So again got told to wait. We ended up being here till closing and Marco the manager couldn’t give us an explanation or any sort of discount/refund.

Waited over 40 minutes for an online order that should’ve been put together before even arriving. a total of four items between two orders shouldn’t take that long to gather .was told due to the fact of night shift before hand calling out. These actions should require consequences do better Home Depot.

Went in nobody greeted me so I proceeded to get what I went in for. The indoor plants are dying and not a huge selection to choose from. Went to the garden area to check out and Vicky did not greet me or ask me any questions about my visit. Although she did continue to talk with her co worker about how Melissa is on a leave again and as soon as she got back from her last leave they got paperwork for an additional leave. Then she said her other co worker seen her at Walmart and nothing was wrong with Melissa. She didn't tell me my total or anything but I proceeded to pay with my card, my receipt printed she just handed to me I said thank you and she still had not said a word to me. Every time I visit this location the people in garden are always talking to coworkers about others in work environment. This is very unprofessional and should addressed with all employees.

Better service than Lowe's. They actually practice excellent customer service by asking if you need help finding something. On the flip side Lowe's employees have penchant to escapability avoiding customers.

My father is a retired military 21 years we've been shopping here just about since the store opened all of a sudden they won't accept my father's military retirement discount saying that he's not retired military after showing them his military ID and his California ID they still wouldn't accept it saying he was not a retired military very disappointed waited for a manager for over an hour that never showed up we left without spending the $260,000 we were paying for wood plywood sheetrock new refrigerator new stove washer and dryer and tile flooring along with new windows to do my father's house had to go elsewhere

I used to not go to the store because it was hard to find what I was looking for this time everything was in its place didn't have to go walking all over the store to find this that and the other went for plumbing and all the plumbing is in one spot this time instead on four or five different places was happy

Just wanted to leave positive review for this worker in the tiles department named Manny. He is the reason we continue to go back to this home depot, he is very helpful, has lots of knowledge of the products and goes beyond to help you and give you good customer service. I wish they would have workers like him at all home depot.

What is the point of a store having a wood cutter but having anyone available to actually cut it? I waited 35 min because someone kept telling me "someone will be there soon" and yet no one showed. Another person was waiting too. What a joke of customer service. Next time I'll go to lowes. At least at Lowes's someone can do a simple Job like cut a piece of wood.

I went to the Home Depot on Demaree in Visalia California to the tool rental department, and Maria helped me at 6 o'clock in the morning. She was so friendly . and polite kind and patient and I gave her 10 stars. Can't even google great customer service like that these days so thanks Maria.

Bought a Whirlpool washer from Home Depot on 03/13/2023 Home Depot delivered and installed on 03/16/2023. The machine was completely broken by 03/17/2023 1 day later also the first day of use. I called Home Depot the next morning saying I wanted a new machine they gave me the run around for a week telling me it had to be repaired by the repair company first. I payed $800 for a new machine they delivered a useless machine then didn't want to replace it. After another 2 hours on the phone arguing with a countless amount of people they agreed to replace it but they are not sure of when. So almost 2 weeks later still no new washing machine and no idea of when I will get one. I had no idea Home Depot was in the business of selling damaged appliances claiming to be new and top notch. I had no idea this company operated this way. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

I would give it five stars because I do like the renting area by every Time I got the cash register. There is an older lady who’s is obviously hates her job no matter how hard you try to be in a good mood this lady just seems like she’s having the worst day of her life making it seem like it’s a hassle to even be there

I do always love going here and finding something new. And new tool especially or on the holidays. finding some crazy new decoration that I can buy and put in my house.
