Clean location but I hate shopping here when there's 20-50 people at self checkout and two registers open. I'm not an employee, I don't want to check out my own items every time.

Always clean and friendly workers. But when I ordered my floor piano they didn't box it and put the label on the actual package and taped up the box it looked tacky so I found something else to give as a gift and returned it.

Target has really bad customer service Has product that says they are on sale. But not really Can never find the stuff you need You asked for help nobody will help you There's a lot of elderly people that don't know how to use the app Or ask to be helped But they won't help you They'll just argue with you They won't even take time to go look in help you. Canceling my card Never going to target again.

Not the best experience! I went to self checkout and the guy there came up and asked how many items I had....I counted them and said 6 he said are you sure I gladly took them out said again 6 unless you wanna count them. Mind you he did not go up to anyone else! Its my gransons birthday and they are his gifts he chose and he was excited. I'm scanning and the guy comes up again telling me if I scanned all my items , as I'm scanning. I said yes, I'm scanning. When I was done he comes up again and says did you scan all your items, I said yes, do you want to count them? Then I proceeded to show him my items point at the screen and say 3 Pixar toys 1 Pixar bear a grinch Jacket and Grinch pj set! $160, then I ask him what was the problem, he responded with oh I just wanted to see if you got a sale. I don't think that he treated anyone else but me and my grandson this way....don't know if it was a race thing cause there where other people with several items and he tried telling me there was a limit. I would have left everything but my grandson was more important than someones ignorance!

Looking for detox material in Target trying to help those on the street and off they have a great selection of product necessary but they don't have my color a hair dye and they don't have insect spray other than that it was a great experience

Great selection of items, but the aisle were too narrow in certain parts of the store. Also went later at night, but only two check outs were open so the line for check out was incredibly long. It took me over 15+ just to check out

Every time. This store packed or not there is always a wait. Every time at self check out and the regular check out only ever has one lane open. I do not know where everyone is? It definitely needs better management to improve customer service. It’s not a good look to have carts hanging out in the aisles waiting to check out.

I shop here most of the time when I'm in the States. Nice experience, as this Target is always squeaky clean. The shop is spacious and well supplied. They have a lot of food choice so you can shop for staple groceries if need be. I love their clean bathrooms and baby changing stations. Also pretty safe parking lot. All in all, clean bulls eye in shopping experience 🎯

Yes target is a wee bit more expensive than that other big box store, and yes I somehow always leave spending an extra $50-100, and of course I rarely remember to grab that one very specific item I needed. But I prefer Target for many reasons. They have a wider range of organic foods, and greener options for home cleaning products, as well as bath products. I LOVE that Target now carries Grove Co. Brand as I LOOOOVE that brand just didn’t love having a membership for soap.Their app also features lots of “secret” deals and discounts that may not be available in the store. Super easy & convenient!

If I could put a minus star I would have. A friend took my return my items because I can hardly walk I am having surgery for a hip replacement next month. She explain to TARGET what was going on and that she was doing me a favor to return my stuff but apparently TARGET doesn’t care. So she came home with the shirts and now I have to go to target to return the shirts all you guys had to do was ask to speak to me I could’ve sent her the emails with all my prices but nobody could think of that just me. I will never shop at target again. There’s actually no reason to. And I’ll make sure my friends know that you guys denied my returns and now I have to go do you know the one that needs the hip replacement and can hardly walk nice going Target

Love the selections. Tends to run out of items quickly though. I like to order delivery but do indoor shopping and have used pick up as well. I purchased the shipt annual subscription through Target. I cant use it after having it 4 months because they no longer allow the majority of staple grocery items to be delivered. I work a lot so delivery is really helpful to me. I've had to go elsewhere and cut my losses on the remainder 8 months I paid for delivery.

The store itself is great to shop at.. however a couple bad experiences shopping here and doesn’t help that all managers here are like super young. When you go to report the issue these young and immature managers are already coming off arrogant before you even speak.. any issues you have here I suggest you CALL CORPORATE INSTEAD

I had such a great experience going to this target! I had some trouble finding a few things I needed and even had some trouble with using my card, on an already really rough day. Moni was so understanding and sweet and made my experience much much better.

Terrible experience at Taget today. Shelves sparse, stocking carts in isles, employees didn't care, not helpful, homeless coming in the use the restrooms, only found 2 items on my list of 12 items.

The Drive Up option is awesome! Best for the days you wanna be lazy and come in your PJ's! The service was speedy and nice! Now that I can come down here and pick up an order from my car opposed to having to get down is the ultimate winner for me.

Target charged me regular price when it states clearance price. Ask one of their team members who was walking around for the manager on duty and she says to me that she is on lunch break. Really. You are wearing a Target uniform walking around the store. The least you could have told a customer is you will find somebody to help me. I blame management for the performance of their subordinate staff. Staff will perform as the are trained or not trained by supervisory/mgmt staff.
