I had ordered deli meat tray 2 days ago on the phone. At that time I was asked what time I'd pick it up, I said 8 am. That was fine. I arrived at 7:50 am. Tray was not even started and I had to wait until they made it, about 15 mins. Poor service.

Visited the E. Noble store & wasn’t quiet too impress. Went in for a balloon and cashed out at the Bakery. There were 2 young associates there talking amongst themselves and instead of engaging with the customer, they talked about an employee being rude & not very respectful. Customer service needs to be a number 1 priority.

They're a real friendly and Nice Clean store but I just got told by the bakery that they don't do smash cakes anymore and I'm devastated! I got all the boys there cake there and got the Free Smash cake for there 1 YEAR Birthday and Now I got told they don't do it anymore,I just got my sons there last year and the year before that SMH. I'm Super Upset and I've told multiple people to go there for cakes there real good. Well Now they lost some of my Customer Loyalty!

Since this pandemic I have returned to shopping at this location. People are very upbeat and positive. The quality is way up there as far as produce, the deli counter and the meat department are always well stalked. Thank you for being reasonable during these times. Shopping here is a pleasant experience.

I am visiting a friend, and we always need goodies for dinner. Save Mart always has fresh produce and a great selection. The grocery isles are full of anything I need. The hot food bar is so hard to pass up, I almost have to run so the hot fried chicken doesn't jump into my cart. We order the chicken ahead for special occasions and the department always comes through for us. Checkout is pleasant and very quick.

I have rarely been to this store. Today I went to the deli and Andrew was exceptional with assisting me not only with my food order but when only 1 person was waiting behind me he called for help so it would be completed quickly and accurately. I was not only pleased with the customer service that he provided but how quickly I was approached right from the beginning. He should be highly commended for his work.

Went here by chance as we were travelling down the highway, just googled grocery stores and they came up. Had a great selection of everything and would recommend them no worries. Great prices.

Everything was amazing it was clean, and everyone was nice. Well... not everyone, me and my dad were at the register and some lady came up to the cash register and asked for a lottery ticket. So our cashier left us and we asked several people to help us and they just stood there and talked themselves. So we left all of our groceries on the conversely and left. I didn’t get to see the person’s face though so We don’t know who the cashier was.

The products are not always in stock, the produce is poor, the other shoppers are rude and the staff is complacent. I always have a problem with finding what I need or rude customers that are bumping into me. Even after social distancing was required. The staff did not help keep people at a safe distance. Recently I stopped in for one thing and it was still difficult to find what I needed and check out. I don't think they have enough staff.

I usually go to Save Mart on Noble for grocery shopping since it is the closest one from my home! Even though some items may be overpriced compared to other grocery stores, it is worth going to Save Mart, where there is high in quality and find all the things you need! Everything is fresh! Various departments! Very tidy and spacious! Nice and helpful employees! Great services! 👍

I picked up a cake today and it was very dry. It tasted like they made it last week. It had the pictures I gave them but not in the same order and the writing wasn't like I wanted. I needed the cake today so of course I took it. I will order fro. Somewhere else next time!

Nice selection of Organic produce at reasonable prices. Wide isles so two shopping carts can pass without hassle. Meat/Seafood Dept was clean and fresh and the person behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable on where the seafood came from and when. The checkout person was fast, friendly and efficient. So it was a great shopping trip.

Very good selection, well stocked, freshest meats & fruits. Constant surprise sales on meats so nothing can go bad. A bit more pricey than others but Save Mart is a step up, or should be. If your neighborhood Save Mart is not up to par, shake the spot.

I haven't always felt quite comfortable shopping here. The staff is quite rude and cold: at least those at the counter of the deli and registers. They might greet you, but it seems distant and insincere. Previously, when picking up some items from the deli, my fiancee was served with very poor customer service. Yesterday we went to get some bread and dried chiles to make tortas ahogadas. The dried Chile selection was pitiful! At a sister store, FoodMaxx, Save Mart doesn't hesitate in tailoring to the poorer surrounding community by making more ethnic foods available; so why not here? This makes me feel a little weird shopping here. Anyways; not too big a deal. While shopping we finally going the chillies. I could not make it the price tag completely. When I got to the register, I simply wanted to bring the issue to the attention of Lenny, the gentleman at the register. He must have been having a long day because he seemed inattentive to us as customers. I told him. He didn't say anything. After paying her told me to tell "that guy over there"; it was a gentleman working the floor. I simply complied. In hindsight, I thought you myself, "Wait I don't work here. You tell him!" I sense if you seem to look wealthy your treated differently here. We don't go here too often. We'll probably try and find another deli for the future.

everything was just a great time to shop at savemart new floors, new freezers just full of new foods that you can buy only in specialty stores. I love our new Savemart. can't wait to go back shopping. Go see you will love it too.

The cashier was terrible. After scanning every item she just threw everything to the other side of the belt including delicate food items. Then starts talking to the customer behind me while I am waiting to pay. Very rude and ignored my presence.

I love save Mart other than Costco they're the only ones that sell the lemon ice creams that I like they're sorbets oh my God to die for I love going to save Mart save Mart for that reason they have a variety of different foods to choose from and I just love that I get to have a variety of different things I can choose from instead of going to the grocery store where they have the same things all the time and you just don't have another option to try out save Mart's place to go if you want to try a variety of different foods that you enjoy eating but maybe want that little extra kick of something else.

Great storeI came is at night so there wasn't a lot of traffic. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. Their prices are pretty good and their departments are well organized.They also have a bulk food section which is one of my favorite kind of sections. I will be frequenting here while I am in town forbsure.

Unfortunately I have a real complaint about this store.... Oh it's clean and stocked with quality items but really tired of rude cashers.,...I'll be specific. There is a older lady who is always snotty. Today specifically she had a blond on black hair style. Dear Managers...fix this
