First time visit. The coats on my dogs are absolutely shining. My pups got groomed in a timely manner and smell fantastic. I checked their nails and they were done nicely. I'm very pleased and plan to be a repeat customer! 5*

EXCELLENT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDReasonable prices. There were plenty of employees. The dogs that were being serviced look like they were enjoying themselves. No appointment, no problem. Was in and out less than 10 minutes. Wonderful job in clipping my two dogs nails.

I've been taking my 2 dogs here for years and their haircuts have always been great. However, I have not always been greeted with the same friendly experience others are raving about. I've often felt put off by their not so friendly or welcoming nature. One time I went to pick up my babies 3 hours after dropping them off and they hadn't even begun working on them yet. I asked how much longer until they would be done because I had to go to work. Very rudley she replied that their window was 4 hours so I could come back and get them in 1 more hour. 1st off that was the 1st time I'd ever heard about their 4 hour policy. Ok no big deal, I came back an hour later and she was finished with both of them and was extremely pleasant and thanked me for my business. Completely different attitude than when I went earlier. Then today I had another appt that been scheduled for 3 weeks. I had to take an emergency last minute trip out of town the night before but made a point to get up extra early to rush back home to pick him up and get him there on time. There were delays along the way due to rain and traffic but I called and left a message letting them know I was on my way and would be about 30 min late. Exactly 30 min after my scheduled appt time I arrived, and once again was not greeted properly...the staff was rude, and wasn't friendly in the slightest. I was simply told she wouldn't be doing him today and that I would have to reschedule. Reluctantly I said ok how soon can I bring him back and she told me a date another 3 weeks out. I kindly declined and said I will have to bring him elsewhere this time. But honestly I am hoping to find a new groomer all together that I feel is more accommodating, has better attitudes, and is more friendly. I've always liked their haircuts though which is why I am not giving 1 star.

We've taken our Yorkie Lexi here a couple times. They've always been extremely nice with great customer service. I always feel like they listen to our concerns/ directions regarding our dog. However, unfortunately due to both my husband and I having hectic work schedules their operation hours are hard to work around. They've been nice enough to offer early drop off's (before work), but it's usually a headache also trying to get her picked up before they close. I wish they would consider weekends or later weekday hours. Since my baby is in dire need of a grooming asap I will have to take her somewhere else tomorrow (Saturday) but hope the review on their great customer service will still make you consider this place. Highly recommend! My pup use to have anxiety going to groomers and I've noticed she's done well here. We will still be back when our schedules allow ;)

I really enjoy taking my 2 babies in Achiilies my huskey/wolf and Remoe my pit/rott/chow mix. I know they are being taken care of and loved. As soon as I get them back they look amazing. This team of groomers are awsome.

I love this place.. I take my Roxy in about every 40-45 days to get her nails cut. I arrive shortly after they open about 8am.. I am helped as soon as I walk in the door and am out the door within minutes. The staff has ALWAYS been this way.

My mom's dog got out loose while she was taking her to the groomer today on Lovers Lane. She said over 20 people stopped to help catch her. She was running back and forth over all the traffic, but with the help of the community we got her back safe. Thank you to everyone who helped. My mom is 77 and she was super upset. A special shout out to the groomer who picked her up and carried her across the street.

we have been taking our fur babies to Sarah and her staff for years we just love them and so do our fur babies they treat them so special and our little yorkie does not like to get out of the car any where other than home and Sarahs staff will come out and get her and even put her in the car who else do you know would take the time to do this they call us a day ahead to reminds us of the appointment if you have a new baby and need to take her or him for special care it is Poochies love you Sarah and your girls and thank you so much for taking good care of our babies Gary and Cheryle O'Barr
