Had an appointment for 10:30. I was looking to get my dog trimmed and washed up nothing to major. He is a fairly small dog dachshund and chihuahua mix. I didn't get him back until around 3. They had stated it was going to take a little longer because people had called out. This un unacceptable, when picking him up we noticed there was pretty much nothing done to him, his hair looked the same. nails trimmed but look like a 5-year-old did it. he didn't smell washed or anything. Bad business won't be going here, and don't recommend you do either.

Best experience!My dog Pebble is so hard to trust new people, but she definitely found her a groomer! I will only be taking her here, along with my other 2 dogs!Service was fast, friendly, and affordable.

I do not recommend it, my Maltese is a 6 year old dog. polite, very quiet, he lets himself do everything! without moving, and they cut off a piece of skin that was left hanging and they never took care of it, only apologies and that they did not charge me for hurting him.

I must say this place was recommended by a coworker who’s been going there a some time. So I took my frenchie and my mini doodle, very disappointed first of all they charge my account twice almost 3 weeks past already and no refund, if that’s not enough they didn’t clean my frenchie good he came home the same way pretty much his wrinkles weren’t cleaned. They cut my mini doodle near the eye didn’t bother to tell I seen her scratching so much and she made her self bleed. I wouldn’t recommend this place it was a bad experience for me and specially for my dogs.

I've been taking my 8 yr. Old Maltipoo Benji to Pet Envy every six weeks for the last 7 years, and I am very pleased and satisfied with the service they provide. I recommend Pet Envy to anyone looking for professional pet grooming service. 2 thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻

Horrible customer service a the manager kept flirting constantly with my husband infront of me I felt very disrespected our dog still smelt bad and the nails didn’t looked trimmed right NOT RECOMMENDED! They don’t take serious there job including the manager!

We took our dog Tux here for almost 3 years. NEVER once had any concerns or fears. They loved and treated him very well. We only stopped going there because of relocating across the county. I know they will miss Tux and he will miss them!

I dont know how theres so many positive reviews. I'm not one to go out of my way to write reviews but I just had to because we had a bad experience. We took our 10 month old Australian shepherd yesterday. He came back with his sanitary area bright red we took him to the vet and he was nicked and had razor burns on his private areas. Vet said the machines blades were too sharp or too hot. Please dont take your pets here. It's awful to see your pet get hurt. Also on top of him being hurt. The grooming was not great. It's very choppy, not blended, and they missed a chunk of hair on his back.

I love my pet groomers they are so amazing thier staff are so professional and loving to our Rogue and Onyx, thier service is exceptional...when I leave my fur babies with them I have no worries, they are in great care they always come home fresh,clean,and taken care of. I give the 10 stars.

My experience with them was horrible! Despite repeated instructions to manager and staff, they cut my dogs hair very shot. He is shivering and startled from the experience. This has left my dog traumatised. On questioning they said that the groomer read wrong notes.i would never go thete.

Not sure when this place started going downhill, brought my St. Bernard for a standard groom, never asked for a cut. She was done in 2 hours completely shaved with an almost bald patch on her left shoulder. The only time we ask for her to be shaved is when they need to shave her fur that gets matted. There were none this time. Our St. Bernard has been here before and we never received this service especially for the price we paid. I used to bring all of my babies here and they would come home with bows or bandanas, we haven’t got any of that the last couple months.

Convenient location and reasonable rates, receptionist Holly is very polite and accommodating with scheduling and notices for appointments and pick up. The groomers do a good job, and they always make sure you are happy with the cut before you leave.

Listen to me, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.I dropped off my dog in the morning, picked him up in the afternoon and I was absolutely horrified by how they made my dog look.He has a HUGE bald spot on the top of his head, as well as multiple other bald spots on other parts of his body. His ears are still dirty, unbrushed, and unbelievably long. There are pieces of fur that are longer than others all over him. His face is still super dirty and he has tons of eye boogers, even after I paid for a bath.I have a toy poodle who has never shed before. NEVER. I picked him up today and he left fur all over me and my car, as if they left the excess fur they cut off on him.This is absolutely unbelievable. I’ve taken my dog here for a few years, and they have messed him up in the past. They’ve treated him horribly in the past but I’ve always chosen to go back for some reason. Never again. I’ve been wasting my money and traumatizing my dog for years for what?!I’m never coming back to this place, and I suggest not ever considering this place a groomer for your dog.

Idk exactly what happened, this is what we got. Think will stay with Petsmart. Totally not intentional. Very busy , we may not have been on the same page. Very nice people and the owner made contact and apologized for the misunderstanding.

Been commig here since they opened we have 3 toy multi poos but with Angela out on leave it was hard to trust anyone else plus everybody rushes to shave them down.and despite not have tangled hair they keep insisting. It makes there job faster and easier but Angela never suggested this . Well took one in on Tuesday manager and the other girl checked she had no tangles we comb her regularly. I SAID NO SHAVING HER DOWN TO THE SKIN.they said it shouldn't be a problem.i said if there is please call I will return to pick her up.well 4 hours later I get called to get her she was bald. The groomer shaved her down to the skin.i called after returning home spoke to manager she said it was a mistake that they would refund my money it never happen.I will never return here again I've noticed business is a little slow this may be why. PETS ARE FAMILY. We take that serious but I guess not all business do.p.s. never pay till they bring your pet out.

I had 2 great visits, 1 visit, the groomer did a poor job with brushing my dog out and the manager comp'ed a bath/brush. And I had ANOTHER poor brush out despite my reiterating this request. I feel that the anonymity of the staff can promote less accountability.

I brought my Maltese here for about 6 months. I have not been super happy but it’s been okay. This last time as I was giving the Manager the instructions for the two dogs she acted like she wasn’t listening but then said yea she got it. My daughter wanted her dogs crown shaved down more like a crew top, and just give a trim. I pick them up and they are so excited to leave I grab then head out my daughter pays I looking at my girl and she was butchered. They gave her the crew cut and shaved her down. Choppy and uneven. Worse cut ever. The managers is not always friendly and complains about other customers so I’m sure she complains about all.

This place used to be.SUPER GREAT Not anymore the last time I took our babies there we got there early and oh the crying coming from the back end heard dogs crying out like Ive never heard before. When we got our babies out. they overlooked trimming ones nails. No longer go there found a better place!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I really wasn't happy with the Goshen location. They never informed me my dog was ready for PU when they were 10 min from closing, i had to call them. Then, they didn't even listen to what i wanted. A simple #7 EVERYWHERE! I said, head, tails, legs, body everything. I picked him up and only his body had been shaved. I called and brought him back in the next day and they had to come out 3 different times to ask me what they were trimming on him after I had said head, legs and tail. My dogs head still isn't even shaved down from where it can be. Definitely won't be coming back to that location. I love the one on walnut!

I was under the impression that provided excellent service but was disappointed to find that is not the case. We took both our dogs in yesterday and when we picked them up we discovered a patch of fur missing from our dog's neck with some blood and scabbing. We will not be bringing our dogs back here. They didn't even notify us that there had been an incident.

I used to bring my Maltese to this place a year ago after he pass away they did amazing with him. This time I brought my new puppy and they did a horrible job his hair look so choppy like if they just shower him and blow dry him!!! I was so upset because it took them 3 hours just to go pick him up! They didn’t even call me I was so concerned about my puppy why would they taking forever I called like 10 times and no body answer the phone!! I’m not sure if they have new owners or new people but this will be the last time I’m coming here!!

I’m not one who normally leaves bad reviews but this one really upset me and it is honestly shocking how they still had me pay. I asked for a teddy bear cut for my pekingese and I got an uneven, choppy cut with ears untouched. It looks like they rushed it through which I don’t understand how when they had him for 5 hours!! Very disappointed. I will NOT go back again!

I've taken my dog there three times and was very pleased until yesterday. Maybe the groomer had a bad day as she rushed her work. The haircut was really sloppy.
