I'm sad to say that this cashier is not friendly, the times that I've gone in there ,I greet her with Hi, she doesn't acknowledge in fact the only words out of her mouth are " do you want a bag"Today around 11:20 she was the only cashier. So sad! I love the store ,its always clean!

Manager, I believe named Marcie, isn’t capable of managing the store if she’s on her break. No clue how she got that position, thankfully other employees are able to pick up her slack!

This dollar tree location on Noble is the best stocked, organized, clean and perfectly neat. The people that work there are friendly and hard working. I highly recommend, great job!

I am a regular customer who shops at this location 3-4 times a week from the time it opened. I am always greeted when I walk in the store and before I leave some employee will ask me if I need help finding anything. Great customer service. Store cleanliness is A. I would like to see more floral, glass and craft items available.From what I have observed the Management and employees worked as a team. Thanks Dollar Tree and Management and Team everyones doing a great job there!!😀❤👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have to write a review for this dollar tree because Mirella and Emily went ABOVE AND BEYOND when it comes to customer service! I had an order sent to the store that never arrived. They called customer service multiple times to resolve the issue and get a refund issued to me. I ended up reordering and having the items shipped to my house. Then, without me asking, when the product I had tried ordering was restocked at their store Mirella called me and told me she would hold the items for me if my order did not end up arriving or if my items were damaged. How incredible is that! Thank you so much Mirella and Emily for again going above and beyond in customer service!!!!

The store is very clean 😊 I had a great experience there. This Dollar Tree is usually very well stocked and has all the stuff I need. The staff are nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this dollar tree (in the Visalia marketplace) to get the most bang for your buck.

I’m gonna start off by saying that I absolutely love dollar tree I think dollar tree is one of the best stores that ever was invented. But today I needed to go into dollar tree to get some stuff….. On the sign outside it says it is open till 9 PM currently right now it is 8:07 PM online it says 9 PM. But for some odd reason the doors were locked and the employee came out to tell me that he’s closing up and he would not give me an explanation. So now I’m having to drive all the way across town to the other dollar tree

Went in yesterday morning and purchased a few items. Upon checking out I asked the clerk (Older short Hispanic woman) said very rudely she doesn't have money in her register to give cashback. She lied and helped another customer and gave them change cash. Very very unprofessional.

A new employee checked us out today. I didn't catch his name unfortunately. But I wish there was more people like him in the world. Very kind young man. Not pushy or over talkative. He was great.

Store looked ok,being a new store ,not very clean. Freezer items are stacked to high, hard to get out when full. Cashiers need to learn how to pack bags while loading your items, also separate food frozen from others,cleaners etc thank you

Been a couple days but it was a very nice store first time in the 99 cent store there Dollar Tree they all pretty much the same to me but now you know it's a dollar 25 due to inflation they raise the prices which is still cheap good job guys

I live around the corner from the dollar tree so I was very excited to see that a new dollar tree was opening around the corner!The last two experiences I've had have been awful and it's been with the same individual working. I believe his name is Brandon must be some sort or supervisor or maybe manager? I hope not manager because the service he provides is extremely unexceptable!First incounter was not with me but a person in front of me who was trying to return an item, the cashier told her she wouldn't be able to return the item! (Cashier was very nice) customer requested to speak to the manager so Brandon peaks his head out from the little room with his head phones on and says speaks to the customer from the room with his head poking out instead of coming over to the customer and backing his employee up! He says no and shuts the door. Leaving his cashier there vonerable with the customer yelling demanding to speak to the regional! Brandon peaks his head out one more time and says I don't have a number for a regional you can google it! Still standing behind the door with his headphones on and shuts thre door leaving his employee and the customer speechless by his lack of effort and professionalism.My second occupance was this Friday. The dollar tree closes at 9! My daughter and I went to he store at 8:50 to get batteries and the door was locked, Brandon comes to the door and states that he is closing up for hen night and getting customers out of the store and no one else will be let in.So thank you Brandon for your lack of professionalism, your lack of management skills and looking like you just rolled out of bed,I love the dollar tree but I will never go back to this one again!

Left my cart with items and walked out. Only 1 checker and there was 4 people before me and 5 people waiting behind me. When I was driving off person that was in front of me was getting bags from her car for the items she was buying. So that meant a longer wait for everyone. Now I remember why I avoid this place 😖

Great place to get snacks. Trail mix is one of our favorite snacks. Also the frozen dept. Carries shrimp & chicken rolls. Delicious.

It’s 8:10pm and online it clearly says that they close at 9pm but they were already closed and it’s not the first time this happened you guys need to update your signs since you wanna close when ever you guys want and not on the time indicated!! Poor management sad.
