YESTERDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2029,AT 6:30 PM TO 7:00 PM1927 N Dinuba Blvd Visalia CA 93291I headed to the Dollar store,Looking for my products for a birthday celebration.I was surprised to see the line of trained customers that were more than 18 to 20 people already waiting with their products in hand to make the corresponding payment.I thought I was at the Airport or Train>??I asked the lady who was arranging merchandise why there was only one cashier and she responded that she did not have access to the cash register. I asked her, like other customers, we asked her again where the manager on duty was, her answer was in her lunch?The question is if that manager does not realize the consumption time at that time?because the manager never came out to help open another box and help customers pay for their products...Hopefully the owners of this store can look at their surveillance cameras and see the number of customers we had at that time in our personal time for the dollar store at 1927 N Dinuba Blvd Visalia CA 93291.Marketing and points of sale question for the owners, managers, etc. They really observe the customers' entry times and have enough staff to value the time of each customer who goes to this store at least 1 or 2 times a week. It is located near our homes...The client or clients have a certain time to go to look at the product, choose it, and buy it and we go within the store's hours...Yesterday I definitely had to leave the dollar establishment like many people due to the lack of staff to collect...Question for the store owners? What necessary business control measures will you take?The store is really functional with 3 people during business hours.3:00 pm to 8:00 pm?hope the necessary measures are taken to resolve this type of inconvenience because everyone loses here, the store loses customers when they leave its establishment.workers get frustrated because they obviously need support...We customers think and assess whether it is no longer convenient not to go shopping at this store again.What makes a business important?Remember customer service involves listening and valuing opinions?The culture of a store is about providing good service, looking for options and solutions... remember that customers will applaud your business culture.Focused, sustained, selective attention,alternative.What is a satisfied customer? It is a person who, after choosing a product or service, feels happy with their time in the store and considers that they were served according to their expectations.It is important to know customers' schedules and meet consumer needs.​ LAS 6:30 PM A 7:00 PM1927 N Dinuba Blvd Visalia CA 93291Me dirigi a la tienda de Dollar,en busca de mis productos para la celebracion de un cumpleanos.Me sorprendi al ver la linea clientes formados que eran mas de 18 a 20 personas esperando ya con sus productos en la mano para realizar el pago correspondiente.Pense que estaba en el Aeropuerto o Tren>??le pregunte a la senora que se encontraba acomodando mercancia que porque solo habia una cajera yy respondio que ella no tenia acceso a la caja, le pregunte al igual que otros clientes le volvimos a preguntar Donde estaba el manager en turno, su respuesta fue en su almuerzo?La pregunta es si ese manager no se percata del tiempo de consumo en ese horario ?porque nunca salio la manager a ayudar para abrir otra caja y ayudar a los clientes a pagar sus productos...Pregunta para los duenos de la tienda ? que medidas necesarias de control de negocio tomaran ustedes ?los trabajadores se frustan porque obiviamente necesitan apoyo...Los clientes pensamos y valoramos si ya no es conveniente no volver a ir La cultura de una tienda, es da un buen servicio busca opciones y soluciones... recuerda los clientes aplaudiran tu cultura empresarial.Es importante conocer los horarios de los clientes y cubrir las necesidades de los consumidores.SalAlvaradoHave a Great Day...

What you can get for your dollar is amazing. Bad service is also amazingly bad. 1 cash register open with people lined up down to the far end of the isle. Manager finally came out and opened another line.

Toni the manager is beyond disrespectful, she claims to refuse to accept $100 dollar bills, but accepted it from other other customers. When asked about it, she very rudely yelled, refused to give me her name (I had to call the store after to get her name), she then stated that there are many other dollar trees we can go to and we don’t have to go to hers. That was the only smart thing she stated because her ignorance and poor customer service shouldn’t give her the title of “manager” or even employee that serves the public. I get we all have bad days but this is unacceptable and very rude on her part.

The store was actually clean today. There was a large amount of products on the shelves. I needed certain balloon and I told this lady who does work there that I not my grandson could reach the balloons and it seemed like she got bothered because I was interruptingher conversation she was having with a man. Other than that very nice girl at the register. Nice visit today.

This Dollar Tree has pegboards, take board hooks, adhesive where's, and even pegboard trays to make your own custom organizer.The kids and I were able to make a pretty nice gift basket for Dad for Father's Day. He loved it! Dad really loves working on his car, candy, and woodworking. So we got a bucket tissue paper three or four kinds of individually wrapped candies that he loves, couple glasses oh, and a whole bunch of car care products and made it look cute. When we gave it to him, he was overjoyed.

On December 23rd just after dark we went to Dollar Tree for a couple of last minute Christmas dinner table glasses. We found what we needed and also picked up some big and tall wine glasses that received a ton of compliments! The store was slammed of course and the check out lanes looked like we were going to be awhile but when we were done shopping and walked up to checkout there was only 1 person in front of us and by the time I finished putting our 45 items on the belt, the cashier was already almost 1/2 way finished scanning them. Plus he was smiling, happy and joking around with us. He was in a great mood despite the crazy people in the store! Great prices and great cashier dude!

Always great deals on name brand items. I always check the exp date and it's all good. From Farmer John sausage to Prego Alfredo sauce you always walk out with a deal.

Not very wheelchair friendly. I could get in easily enough but the aisles are too narrow. Prices are a bit high for a dollar store. I won't go here again.

I like going to Dollar tree obviously great price on items compared to regular stores. I hate walking into any and all Dollar trees because there is only one cashier for about 25 customers in line. There's always about two more employees working either talking in the office or "stocking shelves" and management only has one cashier working for dozens of customers. The customers become irate and cruel to the cashier which is not at fault and has no control over how many cashiers work, that's up to management. I've seen customers yell at cashiers or drop their items on the floor and walk out. To place an employee in an position like is cruel and thoughtless. I've called Dollar tree corporate office with no response back. I encourage everyone that has experienced this to call corporate office until something is done.

Dollar tree you just can't go wrong with it man you know I'm going in spending like 8 or 9 bucks and you get a plethora of different items so I don't got nothing to ever say bad about the Dollar tree keep up the cheap work

Hate coming to this dollar store. If I need something quick I go to family dollar down the street. Always only one register open. Huge lines and long waits for customers. Not clean , no organization. Not stocked as well as other dollar stores in town(mooney store for example). Never see any managers here stepping in to help!!!!!

The store should have no stars. Horrible customer service awful management and the Associate's can't even tell you the truth when it comes to their policies. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Dollar Tree who will do refunds if they happen to put a bad product on the Shelf rather than waste your money. The manager Terry sits in an office all day and doesn't even do his job. This whole chain of stores is so screwed up that corporate can't even call you back. Probably because they know how bad they suck. In my experience any stores that refused to refund is not because of the customer but because they have bad products and refuse to lose money. Horribly ran and even more horribly executed if possible. Small selection shelving is always a mess, any other store is better. You're welcome!

I didn't like it there that much everything was a mess. A lot of there items were scattered a over the place, some were even on the floor, it's not organized at all. The only reason I go there sometimes is cause of the prices. Everything is a dollar but some of the items should be less and there is no way of knowing that. I guess you get what you paid for.

This store is always dirty. Always messy. Not organized at all. It is a convenient store since it's so close to me. But I don't like the customer service either. I honestly think they're unprofessional and sometimes rude. At times I feel like it bugs them to help customers.
