I came here to get my tires changed. My appointment time said from 10 am to 11 am so anyone would assume that they can arrive anytime between there, but no once I got there I was told to reschedule because I was 20 min late to my 10 am appointment. I asked about this but they said that it happens to a lot of people. So I just canceled my service and picked up my tires inside. When I got there I received my tires but then was told to wait for a lady to check something on our wheels to tell us we were good to go. It took about 8-10 min for that lady to say that we were good to leave, when apparently she had told someone else to tell us we were good to go but they never did. Once we got out of that section we were looking for allergy pills and we couldn’t get them because they were behind a glass door and we pressed the button for assistance and started to wait for another 10 min. In the meantime I was trying to look for a worker but no one seemed to be around until we decided to give up on the pills. We then had to get something else and we finally saw a worker and asked if she can get us something from behind the glass door in the allergy section and she said ok I’ll be there in a second, but she didn’t move until I kind of looked at her waiting for her to start heading there. We managed to get our medicine, paid, and started heading out until we get stopped my a worker and she asked for the receipt, I gave it to her and with a clear attitude she asked “what about the tires?” I simply said, “I already paid for them I just came to pick it up, did you want to see the confirmation?” She quickly and rudely denied and said “You have to go back because there is no red sticker on the tires.” At this point I’m already very frustrated with the lack of customer service here and that was just the cherry on top. I eventually had to go all the way back to the auto section where they told me that I don’t need a red sticker to leave and one of the workers from the auto section eventually came with us to let us out. This was a very horrible experience and I hope this improves. I will definitely never be coming back here because of the lousy customer service!

Everything seems like it's under lock and key. Wait times for simple things like batteries are lengthy. Remodeling under way, low stock, or missing basic items. Associates are rude and unhelpful. Feel like I'm always being watched, never helped. Store too worried about theft and not enough about customer service. Management has a no-care attitude. Check out lines are insane..

"Go to Auto Zone!" Kept coming by to harass me but wouldn't help find air filter. Not shocked really. Had to return filter but customer service didn't open until 8am. Went to my car to wait when a man rushed up to my door . I shut it quickly and he started yelling are you scared are you scared? I saw a few customers walking in so I went in with them. I had to wait by customer service until they opened but I could tell by the stares that they didn't want me to stand there so I told them why I'm not waiting outside.....She told me "any of us can end up homeless "

Come here for the eye vision service and I always get treated very good especially the receptionist Jessica and the eye doctor. I Live 1 hour away and choose to come here because of Jessica’s great customer service!!!!

I always enjoy going to this Walmart location, because I can always find what I need. Every staff member is really friendly and has great customer service. I would like to give a special shout out to the sweetest and kindest cosmetic cashier who i was check-out by named Nicole on 03/15/24 . She had to deal with an extremely rude and mean customer who was upset and did not want to get in line and Nicole remained outstandingly professional and calm. Keep up the good work!

it's been 30 minutes and 5 employees and no one is able to unlock the case where bike stuff is. no one cares why should I care. why would anyone want to go to Walmart and deal with stuff like this. my fault for coming here.

This place treats you like a criminal. Half their stock is locked up and literally every time I've tried to press the button so someone comes to unlock it, no one comes even after waiting ~15 minutes. They closed most of the self check out lanes so checking out takes forever now. And there's another line to get out because the greeter tries to make everyone show him their receipt (not the greeter's fault of course, but management's). I usually just walk past that line with my receipt held out though.

This review is for pharmacy.Shout out to pharmacist Winson,who overheard my conversation w/counter associate re:rx cost that my insurance didn't cover+no employee discount that was $70+.He offered to break the large rx down into 3 separate ones so I could purchase 1/3 at a time for $27 in case I didn't nd whole rx.Ty,Winson-and Ken-whose always great!

I recently visited the Walmart Supercenter, and I'd rate it 4 stars. The store offers a diverse range of products, but my experience wasn't flawless. The checkout lines were a tad slow, and certain shelves appeared disorganized. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly, and prices were reasonable. It's a decent spot for basic shopping, though there's room for improvement in terms of efficiency and organization.

I found What I needed everything was clean well organized and that closer to my house I used to be a Walmart hard-core customer but the one on Mountain Duarte excepted a return but I never got a refund so I kind of boycotted you guys but you guys are great

If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars. This Walmart is so ghetto meaning the employees they hire don’t care. We waited almost 35 minutes just to get the liquor door unlocked. No one wanted to help all said we don’t have the key 😂. Lazy workers. The employees are all standing in the front of the store meanwhile everyone needs help around the store. Avoid this Walmart go to Target in Azusa better

I love the Walmart in Baldwin Park. This is my go to store for everything: groceries, toiletries, dog food, and household items. This place has everything I need. I don't go to any other store or Walmart. This is my preferred place to shop.

Lousy customer service. Ordered curbside pickup they started bringing out orders for customers that got there long after I had already arrived. Then I let the guy know and instead of making it right and getting out my order right away, the guy simply placed in the queue again AFTER all the other order that came in. To top it off the guy had the audacity to give me an attitude after I let him know how frustrating it is. that I had been there 45 minutes. He didn't come out at all afterwards. And completely ignored the sale. The audacity this employee showed was incredible. It was literally only a few items. While 3 other vehicles were given large orders. No customer service skills whatsoever. Even for something as easy and curbside pick. They just had to bring it out and they couldn't even do that probably.

Worst Walmart I have ever been to!!! Not only do they have basic stuff locked behind glass if you have to wait for the mentally challenged employee in a wheel chair to stroll over 20-55 minutes later to unlock it !! I highly suggest stealing from this location to teach them a lesson

I went to city of industry Walmart they were busy could not take me for replacing tires I go to the one in Covina and they were booked as well but the people in Covina are much friendlier and helpful . They looked at their schedule and made time to fit me in, my drive was not a total waste and I appreciate their patience and time for helping me. I went and decided to give them my business for the same reason definitely would recommend this location over city of industry customer service from everyone on tire department was amazing . I went on April 17 2023 2-4pm everyone who was working thank you .

Arrived about 7am (they opened at 6am), and was able to get everything on my list, except 2 things I wanted to restock for next Thanksgiving: Oven Baking Bags (sold-out) and Evaporated Milk (they have plenty, but it will expire in June 2024 and I wouldn't be using it until November of 2024).

Well Walmart is one of the most popular stores in California. At least you can find almost everything. You can buy food, McDonald's, jewelry, electric products, as a TV, computers brand ear and headphones, also the have car service. Men and women clothes. They have book, movies, music Etc.

This place is awful. I waited literally 20 mins for someone to open the alcohol cabinet and I was doing instacart now it affects my orders and my tips and I get screwed over for this I've waited soo long asked multiple employees and nothing.

Josh is someone who works in the security room to crack down people that steal he approached me and my family when we was leaving with are items and looked through all are stuff with the assumption that we were stealing which we didn’t and he realized , it’s illegal to look through a customers items unless giving permission which I didn’t I then proceeded to watch him to see if he looked at anyone else’s items and he didn’t I filed a complaint with corporate Josh will definitely discriminate against you . I hope Walmart resolves this situation because I’m going to be very persistent about the situation that occurred.
