Been trying to call ahead of time to see if an item is available now knowing they never had anything even a pack of water in stock. Try calling to see if the thing we wanted in stock but the whole 20mins no one ever care to pick up the phone. Even when we get there, can clearly hear that the speaker saying the customer service desk needs assistance, still no body ever care to walk to the phone while employees are walking around the store wasn’t even busy. I understand not everyone can answer the calls but at least for the 20mins that people been calling, try to have someone answer it no? Where is the manager or something like that?The store probably needs some management customer service training or something pleaseThis is not the first time this happens

Nice Von’s and pretty decent inventory compared to other locations. However my only issue is the staff at this location. Some are incredibly rude and just unprofessional and look very annoyed when you ask for help. In fact there is one guy here who literally gives me dirty looks for whatever reason? It’s odd. I turned the aisle one time and accidentally almost ran into him and apologized and was polite about it and said excuse me and this guy said nothing at all. Just gave me the dirtiest look ever and kept walking. Like wow haha. Rather not go here anymore.

Trusted supermarket with a great selection and location. The deli counter is very helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful and they help with bagging. The lines move quickly so you can get back to cooking. They also have a full floral section that is beautiful.

I usually go there for the bread, it's really good. My kids like the bowl bread with broccoli soup, also this rolls kaiser cheese bread.They have specials every day with different products.

I've been going to this store forever! The staff are friendly and work fast to get everyone thru in a timely manner. But they also try to help you out with suggestions if they think it might help you. ;)They have added 4 Self-Checkout stations which I do NOT like, but others will like it. ;(

My go to market with one of the best staff. I especially love how they recently reorganized the whole store. Everything is in a much better place now, and the chips finally have their own aisle.Only negative this is one of their security guards, an older Hispanic, tends to stereotype me EVERY single time I go to the store. The minute I walk in, he begins to follow me. Every turn I make, he's there acting dumb watching me. It's like really!? It's very annoying and uncomfortable.

lack of managementI moved to this area and this vons is very close to me. They do not have items listed on their app, and the manager special is a joke here. They 30% off chicken breast on Jul.11, I went home and noticed they are best before Jul.11. Opened it and it is already stink (I am just 2 mins away lol), obviously those chicken had been out of cold chain then put into cooler. Horrible experience here.

May 295th at 12:20 pm Mid 50s and salt and pepper haired woman at floral department is really rude. I was choosing flowers for a vase. I bought the simple vase and two types of flowers. I wasn’t up for the more expensive vases or flowers she kept pushing. She also criticized my choice and and was roughly tossing flowers around while putting the arrangement together. Her tone was condescending. And when it was done “okay grab your stuff”.This wasn’t the experience I needed before visiting someone in the hospital.

While on vacation my daughter wanted to buy some new shoes so we went to the Vans store. The ladies working were very friendly and they both came up to us to see if we needed any assistance, we didn't just looking, once my daughter found the the 2 pair she wanted we checked out and headed out. The ladies were so nice especially since we only had about 20mins to shop. We will for sure be going back when we come back to Hermosa.

It's pretty convenient and close my first time going shopping there I went for groceries came out with the groceries and ended up picking up a stray cat in the process well should I say the cat chose me in the process of me loading up my groceries I had this weird cat jump in my backseat and now I'm stuck with a cat Vons didn't tell me that when I came shopping for food that I will get to get a cat in the process LMAO but it's a good store to visit and get your groceries especially if you're in the area and don't feel like going far

This is the best one of the best bonds I've ever been into just blessed to go in there very professional very clean store very well kept up the pharmacy was excellent I want to know I got three shots I got my flu shot I got my ammonia shot and I also got my shingles shot and I'm a senior at 65 and I only had to wait in line for 10 minutes and I was very quick service very polite people you know very very professional I give him five stars very nice very helpful people helping Seniors

The store is great. It would be better if there are self checkout lines to prevent long lines and less work for the cashiers. I do sometimes feel the heat from some of the cashiers.

Love the organic Vegetables dept. Has healthy choices. Bakery dept. is wonderful to see. Good salads. Fresh too. Clerks are helpful and kind. Easy to find items. Like the rain in the veggies area. Prices are higher but the food is better. I stay on a low sugar, high fiber, organic food diet. Happy for the organic tortillas, flour and corn. Organic chicken is delicious only place I find it. Thank you for high standards!

We love walking to our neighborhood Vons. Very small store compared to most, but a good family feel and a friendly staff. We love their $8.99 chicken meal deal on Mondays! $5 Fridays aren't bad either. Digital deals keep improving, and I walk out with 1 free item almost every couple weeks thanks to the digital app. It can be a bit confusing, but the staff always take the time to ask questions.Theresa is our favorite morning checker. Always a bright smile!Shout out to management for maintaining a great, fair neighborhood store.

Gift card Scammer hub . Don’t buy gift card at this location . I got one vanilla gift card load $500 on it for max my credit card QT limit . And when open it up . The front number and back Cvv got scratched and called VONS customer service for 20mins no one answer . Still don’t know if I can get the money back . Don’t buy gift card at this location. Unresponsive customer service . Like other vons rather than this . I bought a lot of gift cards . This is only one time I got problem and this is my first time shop at this location after back home from therapy. YouTuber said some store must have some staff doing this or helping with it . Because normally gift cards are put somewhere at front which scammer really hard to do it . So be careful guys .

Been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s about 10-12 yrs old, when Long's Drugs was next to 'em. I'm 38 now and some of the same folks are still there wrkn. It's still home when time nhas passed us all by and all can do is siiiiiigh.
