They have a people counter! This market is always so organized and clean. For being a smaller store they are always well stocked. The cashier are very helpful and friendly. I love that they have fresh baked bread in the morning and in the afternoon.

Always go to this vons and have great service. I can't believe today the cashier got upset at me because my wic didnt go through, I asked her if she can help me out. She said I'm doing double work by rescanning my items told her bagger look I'm doing "double work now" like if I wasn't standing there. She didn't have a line. Of course I made her rescan my items its her job to make it right. I won't throw her Name under the bus but i was very disappointed she reacted in such a disrespectful way. So much so I had leave a review on here. I was not rude just wanted help. The fact she treated me this way, really upset me....she is the woman with curly hair light skin mexican who works there during the day. Thanks for the service vons I will in fact not recommend you guys to anybody if this is the type of help you give to your customers.This happened today 4/23/24 2:35 -2:40pmto make it worse I had all 3 daughters with meThanks vons

We ordered their Thanksgiving dinner pre-cooked and it was the most juiciest tasting turkey we ever had definitely doing it again next year. The manager at the deli was very helpful and courteous and professional

Coke Zero sugar was on sale for a special price there's only one on the shelf I saw a von's employee who immediately went back and brought me out four cases! Excellent customer service. Cashier was very friendly and talkative! Got Pink Lady apples today! Delicious 02/18/2024

This Vons is great! I had gone to two other (non-Vons) stores to get sour cream to make onion dip for my Thanksgiving.When I got home I had discovered that the product that I had purchased at the other two stores had already spoiled. I was in a panic to repurchase the sour cream (on the day before Thanksgiving no less) and thought of Vons, the tram member in charge of the dairy section (Marc) always does a great job at handling the product and I haven’t ever purchase anything bad from there.So I wanted to take the time to give props to him for being such a great employee and always being friendly and helpful every time I am in the store, also props to whoever hired him you picked a keeper. ;)Thank you for always providing such great customer service the world needs more employees like you.

I bought prepaid card net spend from vons i tried to many way to activate the card but is not been activated the company says we can’t refund the card go talk to the seller i went back right the way to the vons store the manager said we can’t refund it he said too many issues and complaint from customer about this company . So if you are the manager so why you don’t report it and let them to take it out from the shelves or why you don’t have a sign it say no refund. A ashamed on vons to treat loyal customers like that .

September 25, 2022-Very inconsiderate staff. Female cashier not polite. Not welcoming to younger customers.What's the point of offering money order services? Was instructed to wait, very bluntly, and in a negative tone from female cashier. Not recommended for family shoppers . I do not recommend this location. I will judge other Vons locations based on my experience here.I do not recommend this location.

The store is fine. The people are fine, but geez this place is expensive! It's almost insulting ... that they charge these kind of prices, and think that it's okay. During the pandemic, they removed all of the markdowns on every item on every shelf and charged everybody 30 to 40% more than they already charge. Instead of giving people a break, they raised the prices on everything. 30 to 40%, and many of those prices still remain today. Today. I only go there for fresh food items, milk, fruit, etc. etc. Purchase anything else you need somewhere else.

How does one review a grocery store. It's the only place I could get unsliced sourdough rounds. So that's why I come here. Otherwise I go to Staters Bros. The prices are better there.

i love walking here every time i come home to visit. When the pandemic started i remember waiting in the breadlines at 7 a.m.. The grocery store can be a scary place these days so i just want to give a shout out to my cashier Alicia who shared some lovely convo while she scanned my items. It was an uplifting positive experience that you cannot get from a self checkout machine.

This is one of the worst managed Vons. They destroyed the nice bread and pastry department. Apart from that, a few weeks ago, the young woman who works there, gave me ham instead of turkey, which I foolishly paid for and took home. I saw her today, and very gently I was trying to explain to her that certain people don't eat ham for various reasons so to them there's a big difference between the two, assuming that she is young and she doesn't know. Instead of being apologetic, she leaves and asks her coworker to help me. What a terrible people you are.

The store is always organized when I go. Dan, the manager is always helpful. He even reminded me to add certain items on my phone to get additional discounts but I had already done it. It's just very nice of him to give me a reminder. Will definitely be back week after week.

There were 2 cashiers available and 20 customers in line. 3rd cashier finally opens and realizes there is an entire jug of juice spilled on the floor right by the register and closes again within 5 minutes. Left my shopping cart and the store. There are other supermarkets in the area that you can go to and avoid the wait.

Probably the best Von's I've ever been to. Been there twice and the service has always been a 10/10. Super nice staff. As usual, Von's is Von's with their stock and supplies.Parking lot is large enough.Store is clean inside.But staff is by far the best part of this store

VON'S, I enjoy this store's atmosphere! $5 Fridays are the best! You know what else is the best?? The crew at the DELI section. Always fast, nice and efficient! CELEST is also the best! She took time to help me download VON's APP so I wouldn't miss any savings! She always smiles and speaks! She never makes you feel like you're an interruption... Bought 2$50 Steam Cards that were redeemed before I even scratched it! Call corporate but refused to replace or refund. Ditto with although it was obvious none of them would want to be accountable for lost money. I just money for no good reason.

The employees are very helpful and always ready to help! The produce people are the best!! But the deli is a different story. I went in one afternoon at about 3 I wanted sandwiches which we normally enjoy. I guess they were short staffed so the young manager in a nasty dirty apron came over from the meat dpt to help. He made it clear he was not happy to help me as he kept trying to use the old dry curled at the edges meat and cheese left from lunch and when I insisted on fresh he stuck the old stuff at the bottom for the next customer. I never went back until yesterday. I got a small ham at the meat counter and was told he had never need trained on the slicer to go to the deli to slice. Well I had to listen to the ladies fuss and complain about it but she said she would do it. I very nicely thanked her and asked twice it be sliced as thick as very thick bacon. I got home and it was so thin I could read a book thru it. Dear Vons Deli my family and I will go across town to Stater Bros going forward!
