I’m never excited about going to The Home Depot, however sometimes you get some amazing customer service and that makes a world of a difference. We were looking for weeks for a stackable toolbox and we were very lucky to get helped by a very nice young man, named Alex. He took his time, explained everything to us, compared various brands, explained warranties, etc! We left feeling very knowledgeable and happy with our purchase. Thank you so much, Alex!

Very nice Home Depot. Very clean and the store layout was similar to others but for some reason seemed more functional. Best of all they had some spring loaded bessey clamps that iv been wanting for some time now that no other store iv been to actually carries.

My friends' moved near this store so I've been going here a lot now. This Store is great I can usually find what I need and someone to help when I either can't find what I need or need some advice.Recently build patio string light holders and it came out so nice.

David Lugo works at this home depot and is the most patient and kind person. He is so knowledgeable and eager to help us. My family were able to get the Xmas tree we needed. David even set us up with the tree on our car AND took our family picture!!! Thank you so much David!!!

Like a ghost town. No one available to assist in any department. Inventory was minimal along with staffing. So be prepared to search out items on your own. Parking is plentiful. Checkout lines were very short. They also offer a self checkout section.

This Home Depot is located @ Heights in West Covina. It is probably among one of the largest Home Depot stores I've been into & a really 'good thing' about it? Is that even during its busiest rush, I have gotten in & out pretty quickly! Mainly, due to their employee's (at least the ones I've had any interaction with) were quick to answer my questions &/or respond to my requests ie; locating items I couldn't find, etc.., thereby expediting my visit, to my satisfaction!:^)

Way behind Target, Best Buy and some other companies with curbside pick up built into their apps with location. You have to call and wait a while for them to take order number and come to car. Note the small number on top of sign because they ask for that instead of vehicle description. For the life of me, I couldn’t find it and when I asked where it was they said it was on the ground. I looked under my truck to no avail. Anyway, the really friendly kid who brought my item out finally pointed it out to me. Next time. If there is a next time. My bbq looks great and all pre-assembled so have to be happy about that.Product price, assembly, and delivery to car - 5 starsTime spent and experience calling in - 0 stars

It is worst experience ever in this Homedepot , the pro department manager is rude and she is lying and should not qualifying for being a manger . It took me three hours to get will call order of $2600. When I tried to claim my $100 reward, they promised me. But she lied to my face said I already redeemed the reward. When I showed my purchase receipts that showed no reward ever deemed . She throw me out the store .Assured, I never shop in this terrible store. When I spoke with the store manager Jeff. Tried to file a formal complaint. He will notsend me a formal form , he told me just Just oral statement. Another disappointment. Not only three hours time wasted for simple purchase because untrained emoloyee and I don't get my order filled due to this horrible pro extra manager. She will not even brave to give me her first name ,less alone his ID number. When. I try to take pictures of her. She run off with her face covered .My question is , if home Depot manager treat a pro contractor who buy over $2600 that way, look down people and treat me horribly. what will this pathetic manger treat small buy customers ? Is it why it put automatically self service?In addition, this store is just not for the contractor. They will not tell you truth about the product availability in another store .I am purchasing 3 different kind pressures treated lumber , this store are not available, yet when I requested another store availability. They lied to me said no other store have it . When I get to 4 miles away. All the pressure treated lumber have lot of availability. What kind of store not for customers needs, it lied me to get to buy products from the only store . Even at the customer costs : time wait and delay projects.The first page is the recipe is from this Homedepot store . The second one is from another store that has all the lumber pressure treated and available . When I requested to check for the availability in this store. They told me no store has the pressure treated lumber wood. That is why the different . This store just pathetic in so many ways.

I live in the Area and we are a huge corporation that prides them selves on customer service . And we buy large amounts of product from home depot .I sent my Manager there to pick up some product from West Covina as I have received excellent service there for projects that i have done personally.My Manager asked some one for assistance and was replied back with an an AND! Im busy at the moment . So he continued and helped himself. Was very disappointed as I advised him to go there and my Manager prides himself on customer service with our business with our customers. I think we can do better.

Unfavorable Experience Regarding Customer ServiceI am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I encountered at your establishment recently. On August 10th, I visited your store with the intention of purchasing two poolside loungers. Unfortunately, the service I received left much to be desired.Upon arrival, I found myself without a cart to transport the sizeable loungers. Determined to proceed, I took it upon myself to carry both loungers all the way to the customer service area. To my surprise and dismay, two male cashiers were stationed at the customer service register, seemingly idle with their arms crossed, watching me struggle to handle the two cumbersome chairs. Despite my efforts, there was no assistance offered.Eventually, after reaching the checkout area, I was met by a friendly female cashier who promptly attempted to summon assistance. Regrettably, the wait for assistance grew excessively long. Frustrated by the delay, I decided to take matters into my own hands and pushed the chairs towards my vehicle. It was only through the kindness of a passing customer that I received the much-needed aid in loading the loungers into my car.As a relatively petite female customer, it was disheartening to face such a lack of support and assistance during my visit. The experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While I appreciate the helpful attitude of the female cashier, the overall lack of support from the staff during my visit was disappointing.I sincerely hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the customer service experience at your store. I believe that every customer, regardless of gender or stature, should receive equal and respectful assistance. It is my hope that my next visit to your establishment will be met with a more positive and supportive encounter.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Overall very disappointed with the service at this store. I waited for 20 minutes to get some help in paint ( Claudia was great) 9 different employees went by and when I asked if they could call someone each one ignored me! Some even turned away pretending not to hear me!

Today 12-05-22Went to home depot.had the worst experience I ben using this store for 30 years..Today I went there to get some electrical components. went to self check out. total amount was $30 dollars I inserted the moneyBut it was credit card only...I talked to the manager told her about my mistake. She said i would have to pay again with a bank card .. she was so rude looked at me like I was trying to steal from the store..I walked out. Would not go back to that store..Keep the money...,

Do not buy the gift cards at this location. A lot of the gift cards here are scams. I bought a $50 iTunes card and I couldn’t redeem it. I had to call Apple to explain my issue with the card to get a refund. Make sure the pbh #’s are exactly the same so you don’t get scammed!

Very bad customer service for returning with a woman named Stephanie,very rude and completely ruining my plan for exchange products for my time sensitive construction work . And she also said it s not her fault that my card was blocked which I never intend to say it was her fault. She was playing games and really disrespect me as a customer. I love other employees form this West Covina Home Depot ,but I really dislike 👎 Stephanie s opinionated attitude towards a loyal pro customer. I never want to see her again . And advise fellow friends don’t go for her for services. that s all .

Came to buy a fresh Christmas tree but it was a run around. I called first but was told you have to pay for the tree first in the store. But when i arrived you have to choose a tree and the price range you want. Then take the stub from the tree to the cashier inside the store which is on the other side of the store. Then walk back to the fresh tree lot and pick up the tree you asked to put aside under your name. I was told i had to carry my own tree because they were under staff. Its a do it yourself had to tie the tree to the car as well.

This is a newer HomeDepot. Place is clean and organized. Went there for tarps. Got all different sizes in stock, unlike Lowes at City of industry. At self checkout the staff in charge was very nice and actually scanned all merchandise for me.

Home Depot is the place for everything I want and need all through the year and I went there today to give them my utmost best experience with one of the employees there he has been so helpful to me in a two or three trips I had to make he was there to service me most outstanding customer service as a young man he is and I really had to give them my opinion about him so I spoke to a manager and she took the report so I'm very pleased that I Was Heard for that boy who helped me

What is there to say. Everyone knows Home Depot. I have noticed, though, that it is taking longer to get help, and the knowledge level seems to be decreasing. This is worse on weekends when the DIYers are shopping and most likely need help.

Extremely slow for cutting board service on a non busy Saturday! We’ve waited for over 40 minutes to get 10 pieces 1x4in X 10ft board get cut! And we asked over 3 employees to get someone to help and all gone no where…. Won’t come back again. Alhambra is much better and faster

Ordered 3 45 gallon containers @ 4 p.m. and they told me my order would be ready at 6:30 p.m.. by 6:45 p.m. my order was still on the top tier of the storage and needed to be forklifted down and removed from the pallet. So by 7 p.m. I finally got my product that was supposed to be curved side pickup. I took it to my truck myself. Yes 100% disabled veteran.

I bought over 5k of wood flooring which I had to wait for a month for thier third party vendor to deliver. Excuse after excuse from them that they couldn't deliver because of the hill up to the house. So I cancelled it and had to wait for a refund and reorder it elsewhere. I have not spent 50 cents there since. I give all my money to lowes now. Beyond disappointed in you Home depot. Couldnt even offer me a gift card for my troubles.

This was a fairly clean, well stocked and well maintained Home Depot. Service was slow but polite. (This alone is worth a special commendation) I purchased a gazebo, and noticed damage while it is was being loaded in my vehicle. The workers tried to play it off as superficial, but without any other argument, they switched out to an undamaged one and helped load it in to my vehicle with the forklift.
