My family has a business, they are 100% focused on customer satisfaction & quality products. This is the place I’ve been looking for my whole life to take my pups & family. The owner has the utmost gratitude when entering his store. He greets you with some samples for your pups. He gives you space to allow you to browse around while also quick to answer any questions. You can feel the love he has for animals & cleanliness for the people to have a great shopping experience. I tip my hat to this gentlemen for such elegance & love for this market. I’ve recently needed to change my dog’s food due to health concerns and was having a hard time finding the best food for him. I saw this store on the way home and decided to walk in. Right away I was greeted. Carlos was super helpful and really took the time to listen to what I needed. I bought the food he recommended and it’s been a couple weeks now. My dog is doing so much better and his energy has even increased. I’ve bought some of the treats they offer as well and my dog loves them. This store has the best quality of food and the best customer service out there. They truly care about your dog’s needs. I highly recommend them.

Pups & cubs premium pet food is my new go to spot in LA county! I am able to get everything my puppy needs and one stop shop. The staff was extremely helpful when I needed information on healthy brands for my pup as she is prone to sickness. Thank you so much Carlos for everything. We will definitely be back!

Kona loved this place! The owner was sooo nice and helpful. My dog got to try different flavors (all dairy free).There were also toppings for it. One of the coolest stores in Covina! Highly suggest taking your dog!

It was a wonderful experience for my dachshund, Benito! Pups and Cubs has a great selection for great quality pet food! Carlos knowledge of the product helped a lot especially because my baby has allergies. The customer service is great and he was so nice. Definitely will be a regular customer!

We started going here for dog food once our new puppy started having food allergies. They have a great selection of quality dog food and it's not any more expensive than other chain pet stores in the area.They are always willing to help us select food and know what kind of questions to ask to lead us in the right direction. They also special order food and it comes in very quickly! Highly recommend this place for your pet needs over the big box stores around town.

Awesome place I highly recommend Pups and Cubs Premium Food. I started going there because they were the only local alternative to a corporate chain pet store where I could buy my dog's food. The first time I shopped there, a friendly employee showed me around and answered questions I had about different dog food brands. They seem to carry only high quality brands so l feel good about shopping there for two reasons: 1) am supporting a locally owned, independent store, and 2)I think my dogs are getting good quality food.

One of the best mom and Pop pet stores around!The owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable of all things pet food and toys. This place is owner operated and was built from the ground up by the owner. From the moment I walked in I knew I was getting a different experience from your everyday pet feed store. I came here to purchase a bag of food which I’ve had my dog on for many years, Which I thought was a good brand of food but boy was I wrong. The owner informed me that I was feeding my dog poison. He taught me a lot when I came in I had no clue that the first 3 to 4 ingredients in dog food should be a meat product. After going home and checking my bag of dog food I found out I had nothing but fillers which was causing a bunch of issues to my dog stomach and coat. The brand he recommended to me was called Open Farm it is all holistic brand of food with 85% protein and 15% carbs. My dog has been flourishing ever since I’ve made the switch. My dogs coat and energy level has been through the roof ever since switching my dog over to open farm. I am so grateful for meeting the owner and him taking the time to explain all of his knowledge about dog food Definitely coming here from now on. Thanks you Brother Carlos I’ll see you in a few weeks.

Just checked out Pups and cubs and was really impressed with their selection and variety of food/treats. Nice vibe when you walk in and Carlos the owner is a cool guy and knows his stuff about the product. I asked him what he recommended for my 2 Rottweilers and he pointed me in the right direction. Noticed a new pet shop on the way home which was perfect since I needed some food the first thing I saw off the bat was how clean it was and organized Im a new fur dad to a Great Dane appreciate Carlos on recommending me the correct food and other needs plus everything seem fair on prices compared to what I saw online looks like I found my new go to spot
