The worst…I honestly avoid writing negative comments as I always look for the good but this location as much as I try just takes the love away… the service at grooming horrible we were told to not even bring our dog on weekends the Banfield giving wrong information about the store the store not communicating with Banfield. I am sorry to say but this location since I’ve had the pleasure to be in other locations but since I moved this is the closest one and all I can say to describe is just a nightmare terrible in every possible way. I hope petsmart can work at getting this location the support they need in order to provide better service to its customers.
