My son was so excited to go get his hamster he trip on his own little feet right out side the store. Well, I was picking them up in store employee came out. Make sure we were OK and went to go get us ice. Every one was so help full and amazing!!! Star Wars, clean everything was organized. Employees went above and beyond.

Stella the employee has a horrible attitude, was very rude to me when I was just asking to see an animal and even gave me misinformation about the animal I was enquiring about… she clearly doesn’t care about animals so I don’t know why she’s working there. Give her job to someone who cares 🙃

I love this place they had Plenty of Fish on hand I’ve been to other pet shops & there aquariums had no fish or very little walked into Petsmart Alhambra and Rosemead both those stores were fully stocked highly recommend I have a total of eight fish in my 40 gallon aquarium by the way they’re low freshwater fish very nice

Daniel helped out with the questions we had over some turtles that where left for us to care and where debating on what to do keep old tank and buying pump etc things we can use for the real big 100 +gallon tank we got before restoring the base and bringing in side the house..

Employees are rude and don’t know what they are doing! I went to buy parakeets and had originally chosen a cage too small to fit two so he wasn’t willing to sell me a pair, but he was willing to sell one a single one even if though the “fact” sheet they have said must be grouped or paired. I got a bigger cage that was on sale for $82 he then ripped off the tag and said “just so you know it’s technically already expired but I’ll give it you”. I went up to the register and the man didn’t even ask me for my phone number for my treat points and he scanned all the items then I told him if I could put my employee discount and ge said “that is supposed to be at the beginning now I have to rescan everything.” I came here for a simple purchase I regret coming here never again nor do I recommend.

If prices were a little lower I'd give it a 5 star. Bought my two bearded dragons there, a fancy and a regular one. Fancy bearded dragon still tiny lol named her Zelda. Other bearded dragon grew fast, named it Godzilla.

Very bad customer service from manager. i purchased frozen fish food online I get to the store turns out they did not have what i ordered online. page said it had in stock came to the store to pick up and wouldn't even give me something similaror cheaper. Manager name is Jose Alvarado would not recommend buying online here they need to update their website. Zero stars if possible

If I could give this 0 stars I would Took my puppy here to get a teddy bear cut instead they gave him a full body shave and he has cuts all over his body and charged me 94$ for the cut that I did not ask for and excuse was that his hair was knotted they just took the easy way out a s even cut his eyelashes

Booked a grooming appointment online and man they set the bar. I've been going to Petco to get my dog groomed but this grooming appointment was the best I had by far. Going to start coming here for now on. The people that work here know what they are doing. Even seeing them dog whispering to them while cutting their hair and paying attention to detail still makes me believe humanity still exists.

Be careful because they sold me expired cat food. Luckily I pay attention and noticed it and didn't use it. I'd guess many people wouldn't notice. For the cost of things here, it definitely left a bad impression. I bought 7 tiki cat compliments and 3/7 were expired, while the other 4 were good until the end of next year. These products were sitting right next to each other on the shelf so.. not sure what to think of that. Selection is lacking at times and the line can get long. I'm not sure how staff at Banfield are as that's separate, or the dog grooming/daycare, etc.. However, on a positive note, general employees at the registers are always pretty nice. Unfortunately, that's not really enough to keep the customer because it's just not a well-rounded shopping experience. I've switched to Petco and come here only when I can't make the trip over there.Tip 1: they price match with chewy. Check prices for your products online on chewy .com and if it's available there cheaper, just show them at the register and they'll adjust it without any problem.Tip 2: they'll ask if you want a printed receipt (as opposed to a digital receipt in your treats account+sign up for this to collect points and get offers). I always ask for both because printed receipts will oftentimes have decent coupons on them, like they do at CVS.

I had an excellent experience at the Eastland store. The sales personnel went out of their way to find the prescription food for my dog. During a crowded evening the gentleman had to use a forklift to move the boxes to get me what I had come for. That was the third store I went to to find that particular type. Truly grateful.

A bit over priced for their grooming and especially for the Vet services but, the services and pretty good. Would of given five stars if it wasn't for the high prices. Never too busy here and they have a great, friendly staff. I bring my dog here for her vaccinations but I pick up food and treats at other locations due to the prices. If you are in a rush or need a quick grab for your pet this is an awesome place.

My favorite place to go for any pet supplies. I can always ask questions and they are very knowledgeable or will get someone who knows. Service is always pretty good.The store was in need of some serious roof repairs that the Landlord wasn't taking care of, no fault of the chain /store but I'm glad to see that it seems they have taken care of it. I guess we'll confirm when the rainy season come...STILL MY FAVORITE PETS MART LOCATION

Husband got a new puppy because he wanted it😏 I didn't know so I wasn't prepared. My daughter & grandson picked me up & off to PetSmart we went. Bought everything from food to a place to sleep, and before we left we even made an appointment to see the vet. they have inside the store👍 So happy that in 1 trip I was able to buy what I needed & get a vet app. all in 1 place. All the employees I had a question for were great. Thanks Again PetSmart for the Everything in 1 Place Trip For Me👍👍🐶🐶

I've been here a few times & staff has always been pretty decent. This last time I went (on Sunday) there were some of the cutest kittens I've ever seen & I'm hoping I can adopt one soon, if they are still there when I go back! lol - update (5 days later) We have adopted 2 kittens! :))- update: they failed to tell us about some deadly problems my kitten was having & we had to put her down at 9months old! Never shopping here again.

WE love Pet Smart @ The Eastland Shopping Center. Our Labrador Jake drags us across the parking lot to get inside so HE can shop! LOL. ALL the employees are nice! But a special KUDOS to JONATHON! He is very patient with us A GENTLE GIANT he is...Prices are great, the atmosphere is welcoming and there are always nice items to try out! Thank you very much!

We took our dog to the vet. We're fans of Banfield because they have locations at every pet smart and since our local was booked up, they had an appointment. We didn't need to fill out our dog's info again. It's in the system. It's just a bonus when you want to get your dog care right away, you can usually do so without having to go to pet urgent care.That said, the aisles are a little too close together at this location. Staff is really friendly though. I'm loyal to my normal spot, but these employees do pet smart proud.
