On arrival, the store seemed clean, organized and staffed sufficiently. I liked that they had many knowledgeable staff available to answer questions about products.I am always happy to find the animal cages well kept. There is a discount basket in the front if you want stuff for 75 percent off.

The staff was very helpful when I had questions they were super informative and friendly. I was reaching high up on a shelf and the associate came over right away with his tall stature and grabbed the item with ease. So happy with my visit.

Everyone here has been fantastic. First I had purchased an aquarium online for store pickup but don't recall ever getting an email about the item being ready for pickup. I then forgot about it. By the time I remembered to go pick it up, my pickup window had expired and the price has gone up. However, the person that was there at the time have honored the online price. I let my kids reach pick out a fish and all the decorations. This was on Monday. Today, Thursday one of the fish died and we were back to exchange the fish. I couldn't believe that there was a 14 day return window for fish. It's just been a great experience and everyone there is super helpful.

Horrible experience if I could give them zero Star I would I asked for a specific hair cut in my dog they ended up cuttinng all his hair off completely because according to them it was to knotted paid almost a 100$ for this and my dog has cuts all over his body they even cut his long eyelashes never taking him here again

Don't use the grooming services!! I took my dog and they left her half way done with patches. I made an online appointment with a particular groomer which when I arrived was not available and the person who helped me clearly was not able to do the job. My dog was scared and he did nothing to calm her or make her feel at ease, the groomer then mentioned that my dog was being difficult and that he did not have the time to deal with her since he had other appointments and even mention that he felt threatened by my small Maltese poodle. I've never had any of my groomers ever tell me that but I could just tell that he was not up for it. As he was telling me this a customer came in with a large dog and the groomer proceeded to cut the new dog's hair. I will never use their services again very bad customer service.

I had a bad experience in adopting my cat . (Adoption fee 126.00.) Petsmart had a lady by the name of Joni from Cassie's wish foundation . To make a long , long story short. Joni stole my cat for about 3 months and Petsmart did nothing to help get my cat back. All they kept saying is she no longer works here. After month's of tracking down Joni I finally got my cat back . It wasn't a easy task to deal with this crazy lady Joni.

Kia was amazing! She had a lot of patience with Zen and made me feel comfortable leaving him under her care. She made the best possible recommendations for Zen which I appreciate because Zen smells amazing and his fur looks shiny. She also did an amazing job filing his nails. She will be missed despite us only meeting her once. I hope our next groomer experience is as wonderful as it was with Kia.

So I took my dog to the Grooming salon yesterday and I’ll took him in at 3:30 and they told me the dog was done by 4:11 and I have a husky like it takes an hour or a half the latest to get it done however, I was not satisfy And he was so dirty and smell which is not right service grooming. I personally would not come back for their service, one the eMployees were rude over the phone. I wish I had a better experience at this petsmart. I don’t hate petsmart I just hate bad, rude and horrible employees that they hire. Please do better Petsmart.

I came in to pick up an online order. I experienced some miscommunication, as I explained that I was here to pick up an online order and showed a print out of my receipt, but the associate simply told me where the product was. At first I thought, well that's odd? I need to find the item and take it to the register myself? (It was paid for online) Of course, I blame the masks.. because as soon as I got to the register and showed her my print out order, this new associate was like, Oh, you already placed the order, let me get that for you-- lol Like, what's happening? Overall I got my order and it really didn't take much extra time dealing with the miscommunication. I'm still satisfied, the store was clean, my experience was fine.Sidenote; there are a bunch of adorable Halloween goodies for the furbabies at this location.

Customer Service was AWESOME! I wasn't even inside the store yet and I was already receiving a warm welcome by the associate outside getting the shopping carts.I was welcomed when I walked in and was offered asistance on finding my item, which was food for my pup.As I was paying for my item, the associate at the register showed quite some knowledge on the breed of my pup and was offered some advice on the type of food I should focus on.All together, I had a great experience at this store. I will probably make this store my go to from now on.

They offer 1 price on the website, specifically kaytee exact handfeeding formula for baby birds $8.99 and when you go to the store they charge $17.99. I asked and they had me show them on their own website. When I did, they price matched, but it was on THEIR WEBSITE!. Why should I have to show them? More importand, if I hadn't seen it they would have ripped me off charging $17.99. What a scam!

Love this place. I usually find what I'm looking for quickly. I think it takes me more time in here because I'm always exploring the fish aisles. They bring you such peace and tranquility. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
