They were limited on the items we came in for. Pricing is on the higher side. Our biggest concern is the poor customer service at this location. Lacking is, to say the least. They would rather chit chat amongst themselves. Instead of assisting customers on the floor. The parking lot is on the small side and tight. Handicap spots close to the entrance is taken pretty much of the time. Since multiple businesses our side by side.

Glad I came here. They had a few things to look at and one of the guys at the register was very helpful with showing me where things are and even gave me some info on a flee caller that could be worn for an extended period of time.

I had an incident with my online order regarding a toy/feeder not being in stock, which meant I had to leave the store without my item in hand. (A woman was very kind enough to order it for me to my house) Yet, as I walked around, I saw the item I wanted, but it was very hidden and out of view. I was pretty disappointed cause I had already placed the new order, yet instead of leaving upset, Izaiah made sure to step in and assure me that he would make it right... and that he did! Thank you so much!!! Beautiful skill!Also, I want to mention that the prices here are amazing compared to competitors. The store is a little bit on the smaller side but is stocked with the necessities your pet needs. I think it's awesome that they have clearance sections scattered around the store for pet parents who are on a budget but still want to spoil their fur babies. I personally have nerve used the vet services here, but it seems to me that they offer ALOT of different services.

Don’t use vetco at all especially at this location. Doctor administering my puppy his shots was getting angry at my pup and some time later found out his neck was bleeding profusely from the shot, it didn’t happen on previous shots just this one. They also mentioned I’m not able to get future shots at a location closer to where I live. They overcharge for shots I would just go to a vet now knowing this especially when they treat my dog better and at more cost friendly price. Support a local vet who cares for your dog and actually is a small business owner who gives you value for your dollar.

Friendly staff, and local location.Although, at times, it seems understaffed. Its never busy here, that may be the reason.They also offer other services like grooming. I often see customers coming in for that so I can assume the service is good.

I ordered online with curbside pick up. This store doesn't have curbside pick up. You have to go in to pick up. the sales person was attentive and thorough efficient and very helpful! Even offered to carry it out to my car!

I brought in to reactive dog to get her vaccines during one of the clinics they offer on weekends. I was pretty nervous I wasn't sure how she'd react. But the staff was so patient and sweet with her. Everything went very smooth. They were very knowledgeable, I will be definitely bringing her back

This is my local Petco. I signed up my dog Waffles 9 months ago to this location. Jared Ortega, the dog trainer at Petco is probably one of the best I ever introduced my dog too. He is patient with my dog and the amount of growth I’ve seen on my dog is AMAZING! He is great with pets, he provides great customer service and I return to this location because of him. He always welcomes me and my dog. And Waffles loves the treats. Thank you, Jared for everything you provide for my dog and I. I enjoy our puppy classes and seeing Waffle grow.

today we went to west Covina Petco, the sales person is very nice but lacking knowledge. We have asked 3 persons include Manager, I’ve bought a 10 gallons fish tank they said they only have 20 gallons of filter(product stocking issue) and I also bought a the new replacement cartridge we have repeat it to confirm that the medium with fit the 20 gallon ones and they say yes. When I came back to take a look it’s half the size. so please train your sales more about the product acknowledge. Tomorrow I have to go back in to return all the purchase. I was going to settle but now I have to go back now. Only nice is not enough. You have to have enough knowledge of the product so the customer would not waste of time and effort. But apparently you store did not do either .

Jared is a great trainer. He is very knowledgeable. My golden retriever loves him and she is always excited to go to class. Jared has taught me so much and has build my relationship with my dog! I highly recommend him. If you are looking to train your pup, Jared is definitely the person to go to. He will teach you from the basic to the more complex skills for your dog! Like stay in place, sit, down, leave it, heel, loose leash walking!

Ordered some eye drops for my pup, early in the morning, before the store was opened. I received a text saying they were ready for pick up, as soon as the store was opened. I drove down there at 10am on the dot. I walked in, told a cashier I had an online order. She went to get my items and was back in less than 2 minutes!!Service is amazing, staff is friendly and the store is clean and stocked. Will definitely go back!!

What is going on with this location? Everything was all over the place when we arrived. You couldn't even see the cash registers. The staff was talking to each other while we tried to ask questions. We were ignored... they were so loud in their own conversations saying bad words.
