Peekapaw pet salon is located at Hong Kong Plaza, which is very easy to find. The service includes cat bathing, nail trimming and ear cleaning. The agent is very friendly and helped me a lot cause my cat is very naughty at home, making it very hard for me to deal with these alone. I would recommend to other customers to come in and try the service here.

I visited this place because it's close to my home, and I noticed that they are of Chinese descent like myself. However, the front desk attendant was exceptionally rude. She asked, in an impolite manner, if I wanted my dog to have a haircut. I replied affirmatively, explaining that we were there for a haircut. She responded angrily, insisting that I hadn't specified how I wanted the cut. I then stated that I wanted a 1/4-inch summer cut. Disheartened by her behavior, I didn't want to leave my dog there and decided to cancel the appointment. She became increasingly angry and used offensive language, telling me to leave. We had an argument, but she never offered an apology. Her use of rude words continued throughout the exchange.
