This place took great care of my pups while I was gone on vacation.My 2 pit bulls looked good at pick up after they got their bath. They boy had a cute fall bandana on and my girl had a cute flower attached to her collar. They both seemed happy.Thank you for taking good care of my pups while I was away.Definitely would come back here.Definitely recommend.

Great place. A little nervous leaving Coco for the first time. But she was clean and happy when we picked her up. She even gained a couple of pounds (that she needed). Overall great experience.

My experience was good, not as good as I thought it would be based on all of the really good reviews. It wasn't bad it just felt very impersonal. It was my first time with this company so maybe that's why. They said they were busy so I understand that, but I barely got a picture posted to see how my boy was doing. They didn't have time to do my pups nails, which wasn't a big deal but It makes me wonder if they aren't too busy for the amount of guests they have staying over. I would have liked to be able to see my pup enjoying his ice cream or see him to his room or at play time. I would use this company again because it did smell clean and look good when I visited.

Michelle in the Front office is amazing. She gave a complete tour of the whole facility and answered all my questions. I have I stray that Is my fur baby now and she has several issues. I felt very comfortable with what I saw and with all the information I was given. I trust that heavenly pet resort will be able to accommodate all of my pets needs.

To start I adopted Isaac a year and a half ago. He is a 8 year old, 124lb Shep/Rot mix rescue with anxiety issues.Heavenly Pet took the time to show me around on my first visit and listen when it came to Isaac’s challenges.Today I picked him up from I think his 5th visit and he loves it there.Even though he is not socializing with the other dogs he loves playtime and the baby pool. He is not not ready for the regular pool. ☺️Most of all he loves Joely (I’m sorry if I said your name wrong 😑), but he loves you. ❤️He gets so happy when he sees theladies and soaks up all the love.This was a recommendation from a friend who takes their dog to the Temple City location. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, great experience. Extremely clean facility. I will be boarding my dog there in the near future. I was very pleased to find a kennel where I felt comfortable leaving my dog.

I was really hopeful when I took my dog for a couple of trial days prior to an extended vacation, but things didn't pan out as expected. I booked my pup for 2 weeks while spouse and I were out of the country. Arranged for additional services and left a list to prevent any confusion. Requested "Yappy Hours", private play time, extra treats, etc. Checked EVERY day to see if they posted pics of my pup so I could get a look at him. Not ONE pic the entire time. They didn't respond to our emails to check on him, and didn't respond to any posts on social media. When my daughter gave me the receipt, they hadn't charged me for any of the requested services because they didn't do ANY of them. They basically left my dog in a small room by himself the entire time he was there. He was traumatized by the time we got back. Never going back. Can't say anything nice.

The Heavenly Pet Resort staff are all very kind, professional and so attentive to my dog. I don't worry about leaving Coco with them because I know she will be taken good care of. I'm so glad they're here to serve our community ❤

We left our Cat for the weekend for the first time. We figured she would be better off seeing people running around and other cats, rather than a person coming for two hours a day and her being alone the rest of the time. When we picked her up she went right into her regular routine. We were happy and will continue to have them take care of her when needed.

We have two, one year old Siberian Huskies that seem to enjoy their stays at the West Covina Heavenly Pet Resort. On the last daycare stay, one Husky looked like he wanted to stay! Have had my dogs stay here for overnight and daycare. The staff runs a tight ship and is informative with any questions. Happy to have this place near me!

Our dog Hans loves Heavenly Pet Resort- West Covina. Everyone is so kind to him and goes out of their way to make sure he is loved. We’ve tried other places prior to Heavenly and he wasn’t happy. We could tell when we picked him up from Heavenly that he was happier than the previous places.

Heavenly Pets Resort has everything we need to keep our dog happy while we’re away. The highlights are; French door suites feel like home, they feed our own food & treats, pet loving staff, wash & groom on pick up day, lots of gates for no escape, and our favorite part is the amazing daily obedience training offered. Because of the extra awesome training our dog has something to focus on and is less anxious while we’re away.

My two huskies have been coming to Heavenly Pet Resort - West Covina for almost a year. Staff is professional and experienced. Prices are fair for when you just need to board them for a day. After grooming, they come out shining and smelling good. Most importantly, my dogs are well taken care of and they seem to like it here!

We had our dog stay here for 4days recently and he seemed to be fine when picked up. Our dog is deaf so we were a little concerned but we didn’t receive any calls or comments of any issues with him.

So far we’ve had a great experience here. We just switched to this facility because the trainer we love works with Heavenly Pet Resort (Deb is the best if you need a trainer!). We toured the facility last week and the kennels were clean and nice and the play areas were well kept. The animals seemed happy as well. Both our dogs stayed, but did have to be kenneled separately as they’re both Pitty mixes and that’s a policy for them. We’re fine with that. We picked up one of the dogs today, and he was well kept and happy to be picked up. The other is still staying for board and train and Deb has been great about sending pictures and updates! We’re very happy so far and always just love Deb!

Love this place. They took care of my pooch while I went on vacation. My pooch was happy, not scared or depressed. They have many options for you to select from for your pooch to enjoy their time there. Mine enjoyed Ice cream and play time. I hope this place doesn't get too popular bcuz then It'll be difficult for my pooch to get in when I need them. To the staff, thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm greatfull for all you do ❤️

Our 2 Labs were there for 5 days. They were well taken care of and treated like family. Staff is polite/friendly and genuinely concerned for pet's well being and your peace of mind. One, possibly two, trips planned this year and definitely boarding at Heavenly Pet Resort.

We’ve been taking the family dog, Ted for years and are always so happy with how he’s been taken care of. This year we got a new cat and had a planned vacation, so both Ted and Lucy got to stay at Heavenly Pet Resort and it was so nice seeing pictures and videos of both pets on their IG! They both looked so happy and well taken care of. And getting to talk to one of the people in charge about how they prepared for Hurricane Hilary definitely made it clear how much the care for our animals! So impressed!

I'm giving 5 stars because I toured it but there booked so I can't take my dog there. I did book for August. First and foremost are the amount of people I saw working there. From upfront office to people in the kennels and staff playing with the dog in the play area. Next I was impressed with the cleanliness and there was NO smell. They have lots of suites and if there booked for this weekend you no it's got to be a good place. Looking forward to leaving my puppy there I believe they will take great care when she arrives.

For the first time EVER I went on vacation for 4th of July week. Without my fur babies, Leo & Coco. Everyone there was so comforting and professional from taking my reservations, to taking in the paper work and instructions on the care, food and calming medication for My fur babies Leo gets anxiety due to the fireworks. And he did GREAT. They answered everyone of my phone calls to check up in them. When I picked up my fur babies they looked happy, healthy and of course full of joy to see me!Thanks to everyone @ Heavenly Pet Resort for this experience.

I have two dogs (20-40lbs) that board together when we leave town, one of which is very anxious and defensive around other people (lunging, growling, nipping). But they take really great care of them both anyway! If he's acting weird, they just give him space, and they have diversion protocols for more unpredictable or aggressive dogs for feeding time etc. It makes me feel much more comfortable to leave them here with people that definitely "get" that unfriendly dogs are usually still good dogs. Highly recommend!

Incredible pet resort! All the rooms for all pets are clean, with all the health and fun your pet needs! I appreciate the tender love and attention Heavenly Pet Resort attendants in the facility to make sure that our German Shepherd Troy was well taken care of and we are happy to see our dog happy on his stay. My family and I had to leave out of town for Labor Day weekend and Heavenly Pet Resort was highly recommended. The facilities were clean, the staff friendly and the pets happy. I was really blown away during the tour but also very nervous leaving my puppy since it would be her first time being boarded. I didn’t have to worry about her! The staff were amazing with her, playing with her and I would call and check on her and my puppy was doing really good! So good the staff didn’t want her to leave. This is a sign of a great place when the staff treats your pets as their own. I highly recommend Heavenly Pet Resort!
