Best dog groomer in town, super kind and helpful. I got my first dog in February and had no clue what to do or what to feed him and Danny helped me out so much. Everything he recommended was the best for my dog. This place is my number one go to for all the cool accessories. I have bought dog brush, toy, food, leashes, collar, harness, and treats. My favorite pet store of all time! Danny is seriously amazing. He's always willing to listen to customers and problem solve, and he even stocks items for working dog owners. Incredibly receptive to needs for ALL dogs and continues to build on inclusion of breeds and temperament. I love how each customer gets individual care and attention. This shop is a one-way shop for most owners and is a phenomenal choice for networking. I love my Cato Board and Ruffland Kennels that I bought here. Not to mention, all the dog food and snacks I get for my dogs here. Cannot thank Danny and Cal State enough for all that they do.

We have been coming here for a few months for the great raw treats. Finally took the plunge and had them do a nail trim on our Alaskan Malamute, 5 yo 130 lbs. They did an amazing job handling him. Next we tried a groom session, which our Malamute had never been professionally groomed before. I stopped in several times before making the appt to ask questions about the process. Danny always took the time to answer all my questions, very patient and knowledgeable. Just finished our groom sesh today and our pup looks 5 star amazing. He’s letting us know he’s feeling great, and now we will be regular customers. Prices also very reasonable!

I am so happy to have found this place. One of my frenchies was very small and under weight would not eat anything but Daniel was able to help me find food, treats and additives that my Frenchie was able to enjoy and keep down. From food to medications they have it all. I also get personally informed when my dog food comes back in stock. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has Fur babies. He went from under weight to just right!

Daniel and Julio are really helpful with any questions you might have with any of there products. I used them for my breeding of my frenchie and they helped me every single part of the process. If I had any questions they were always available. I use them for grooming boarding whelping and stud services. Great team

Thank you to Cal State Dog Supplies Covina for grooming my Belgian Malinois. My dog is a little reactive and weary of strangers. Danny was great. Their staff has a lot of experience with all temperaments of dogs. I was happy to find out our dog was a good boy during the whole session. In addition to the bath, they trimmed his nails, ears cleaned, teeth cleaned, combed and blow-dried without any issues.Thank you again. Will be seeing you soon guys.

We love Cal State Dog Supplies and go there for all of our grooming needs. Not only are they gentle with my older pup with back issues but they do a great job. They are through and take their time as well. I also really like that there isn’t multiple dogs in at once getting groomed, that has always been one of the first thing I look for in a groomer as well!!!

I’ve been bringing my English Bulldog here since a Pup.The service they give here is absolutely great!Danny always helps us with any questions we have. We’ve been coming here for all of our Dogs needs. Food, food supplements & Grooming.They just don’t give you your dog back & charge you, but go above to let you know of everything they have done from ear cleaning, nails filling, anal gland cleaning etc… & letting us know how much more comfortable he’s gotten with groomings, which makes us happy that we’re taking him to a place where they make sure to take care of every dog.We have been loyal to Cal State Dog Supplies & happy they already know him as soon as he walk through the doors.

Literally everything and more at this store perfect for my two big dogs. From dry to raw you name it they got it! My dogs eat hella good; you can tell my dogs are happy eating their premium food. On 08/27 I took my pitbull to have a luxury bath. I was very skeptical because it sounds to good to be true. They work with reactive dogs? Or aggressive dogs? Blueberry facial? Nail trim? Shampoo and conditioner? Wait hyper allergenic shampoo!!!?? We had to check it out.Upon arriving we was greeted by Danny, he was very positive and enthusiastic about having us a 1st time customer, our appointment was at 11am and he was ready to receive my dog. I asked a few questions regarding my doubts. Can he work with reactive dogs? He said yes, What was it like in the washroom? He explained the process. After he explained and assured me that he was in good hands I was feeling better about leaving him. (I took a mussel just in case he needed it)An hour or so later, I get a call that he is ready and can be picked up. When we arrive their Danny once again greeted me with the positive attitude. So far so good, he explained that the experience bathing my dog was great. He described what he performed and how he was very calm and they had no issues. When they brought him out, I knew I was gonna give him a very good look thru. We’ll all I can is that I’m very satisfied with the whole experience! Nail trim? Yes. shiny coat? Yes. Paws palmed? Yes. Anal glands expunged? Yes. Dog brushed of old hair? Yes. Nose treatment? Yes. Ears cleaned? Yes. Teeth brushed? Yes. Oh wait, I forgot the blueberry facial? Yes!!!! I was very happy with the service. 10 out of 10, best experience I’ve had with a groomer and in my opinion the best in the area. I will definitely be coming back.!

We take our dog Spooky to get his food. Danny is such a awesome man. He knows his dogs and products. Spooky has skin allergies and it was the food(blue buffalo)we were giving him. Danny suggested I keep forgetting the name of the brand. But it contained salmon. It helped our baby spooky with certain hot spots. Amazing!! Check this store out. They have good, fresh, amazing products and food for bullies. Your amazing Danny!! Blessings!!Just an update on spooky. He is doing amazing!! He know when we are approaching the store. He gets all excited!! The doggy food he just loves it. He gets the wilderness dry food(the red bag). Cal state dog supplies had a Christmas gathering and spooky did a commercial. The team there at cal state dog supplies know their stuff. They will help because they love dogs!!

The only bad thing about this awesome shop is that it's a bit of a drive for me. However, i make that drive all the time because no other place comes close. They have outstanding customer service and an abundance of knowledge which they happily share with anyone who is in need of it. My Dexter just had a teeth cleaning at this wonderful place. Thank you to Shaw the teeth master for showing me the before and after pictures and for being so kind explaining the procedure. Dexter is a senior dog and I don’t trust new places. I didn’t want anesthesia and they offered that service. Loved the special that came with a luxury bath. I highly recommend this place if you want your dog to come home smiling and with a fresh breath. Every one was very friendly. Gracias 🙏
