My first time on 4/25/2024. Dereck groomer was great and I love his style. My request was to my satisfaction. My Daisy was happy and beautiful with a little scarf. That's so cute! Usually Daisy get nervous but, she was happy here at this wonderful place for dog grooming needs. Thank you for your amazing service. The front desk lady is so friendly and patient. Everyone at this place is just so kind and friendly. We need more kind people like this especially during these hard times in this world. Just be kind to all. I totally recommend this place 100%.

Eric cuts my miniature schnauzer hair. He does a good job considering how excited and strong my dog may be around new people and strangers. Seems like Eric is able to control my crazy dog well enough to get a reasonably close cut.

Had both of my older dogs groomed here and they came out smelling and looking great. Both are 70 lbs lab mixes. Will return after they decide to stink themselves up again.

I came home from college to see that my dog was neglected by my family and desperately needed a wash. I’ve never taken her to a groomer before because I used to always do it myself before I left but coming back to find her with a fleas, her winter coat, untrimmed nails, and oily fur was heartbreaking. I was looking for the closest groomers near me but all of them seemed so monotone and couldn’t book her today. That was until I called Bath & Furry works. They answered with so much enthusiasm I couldn’t help but feel immediately comforted. I had no idea what I was doing and they helped walk me through it and was even able to book me the day of! When I went in they remembered me and were so so Kind and compassionate! They reassured me that my dog (her name is honey) would get the full works and they’d take good care of her. 2hrs later when I went to pick her up she was good as new! They did so much! Her coat was shining they gave her a great flea wash, grinded her nails and even gave her a lil bandana! I was so so grateful and they even hade a reasonable price of $50 but I made sure to leave them a $20 tip for their service! I would recommend them to everyone!

Found this place on yelp, after reading the reviews I called and made an appointment. I was not disappointed. I honestly forgot my groomers name but he did an excellent job on my puppy. He took great care of her and didn't try to rip me off with extra services. He actually called me to save me money on a service I requested but wouldn't have made a difference bc my puppy has hair covering her nails and if he had polished them, you would not have seen the color. This groomer was honest, friendly and knowledgeable in their field of business. I will be recommending them to my family & friends.

I have a 160 lb New Foundland that is not easy to groom. He doesn't like to stand up for long at all while being groomed & will just lay down. He also doesn't like his paws touched at all. He will roll over at will for belly rubs or whatever. Bath & Furry Works always does an amazing job with him & he looks so cute when they are done.!!! I appreciate All they do & know, it is no easy task. Thank you soooo much for taking such great care of Asher when he is there. You do such a wonderful job with his grooming, it makes my life sooo much easier to take care of his regular grooming at home...Can't say enough good things about Bath & Furry Works. Lori did a wonderful job with my Merlin!My medium length hair cat was so matted he needed to be shaved. I didn't know groomers did cats.Lori is so calm & patient. My 6 year old cat even enjoyed his bath.

Excelente , PRICES ARE REASONABLE!👏🏻👏🏻, they even offer seniors discounts that I get when I go every month to grooming my daughter’s little Yorkie 👏🏻😊The girls there love the dogs 🐶 and other pets! My dog had an eye infection and they cleaned with all their love 💕 ❤️ 💗 , care and patience! BERENICE AND ANASTASIA ARE THE BEST GROOMERS and they have VETERINARIAN KNOWLEDGE THATS IS A PLUS ! I’ve taken my dog there for about a year now. They have great service! Never had an issue with my Pomeranian and the hair cut always come out great! You can verbally tell them or show them a picture and they well it get down. This has become my goto grooming store.

Please do not bring your pets here if they get anxious or nervous easily at groomers. I had been bringing my Maltipoo here for about two years. Each visit they complained about my dog and slowly kept raising the prices higher and higher for me to pay. My dog's last visit here, he came back a completely different dog. He was sluggish, moved side to side as he walked and then would lay down after two steps. His behavior was very unusual so we called the salon and asked them what had happened since his behavior since coming back was so off. We were scared they had hurt him in some way. Of course, they denied that they had done anything to my dog, so I decided not to take him back here anymore. At his new groomers, I shared what had happened to him at Bath & Furry Works and the groomer said I wasn't her first client who stopped going to Bath & Furry Works after an incident. She shared how her other client said after their dog had gone to Bath & Furry Works he displayed the EXACT SAME behavior as my dog and she stated that they most likely drugged their dog. She shared how this is a typical behavior seen in drugged dogs and groomers would do this to dogs who can become difficult to work with. I am completely mortified that this could be a possibility from how my dog reacted after his last visit here. Please be careful if you choose to take your dog here or just stay away from place overall.

Best place ever, perfect attention to cut, great at removing eye stains / hair matting. They definitely pay attention to detail depending on the breed ive noticed. (ive taken 4 Maltese in the past) currently taking my maltipoo. They always get it perfect when I describe what I want. They also save what you previously asked for in previous appt. to make the drop off process easier for the next time. I loveeee the add ons that they have. Its definitely a place to pamper your dog 🐩! :)

I love this place I've been coming here now for a while all their staff is great. But I want to give a shout out to my groomer Crystal she is one of the best groomer I have ever taken my dogs 2 I moved to Washington but I don't like anybody touching my dog's butt her so I'll wait till I fly in to Los Angeles so I can take my dogs to her I have four and trust me if I'm flying all the way in from Washington to make a special trip for her to grow my dog's you know she's got to be one of the best. Thank you Crystal for always making my dogs feel special

I wont got to any other place to get my dog groomed. If I moved a hundred miles away, I would leave early enough to make my appointment. My dog always looks so cute after coming from BFW. What I like most about the agency is that the staff are friendly, my pet's hair cuts last a long time, and he smells great.

I called for first time to get price on my 10 lbs dog and they told me was gonna be $35 then I called few days later and they told me $40 to $50 depending how aggressive my dog is, it's really bad business to have different prices depending in their mood, I wonder how they will proof the dog is aggressive during grooming! I will never take my dog to this place even it's $30 just because they lied to me.

I recently took my 2 dogs to this place for 1st time and I really like it! Is s little pricey but their job it's very good.I just took traje thrum somewhere else cheapest but their haircut didn't last much. Plus they offer a la cart services.

Prices are competitive and my dog has only ever been to this groomer since he was a pup. He’s 6 now and over the years the quality of his grooming has decreased.The last time I took him there he came back with a TON of cuts. Really bad ones mainly around his neck but all over his body including his ears. Sadly I’ll have to find another groomer for him.
