I'm used to the one in Fontana but this location is even bigger. Friendly staff and the prices are great. Busy store with both self checkout and real live cashiers. The only thing wrong with this store is the customers. They just don't seem to care. They mess up the store, acting like complete fools. Have some dignity for crying out loud. Otherwise the store and the employees are great. Hasn't changed.

I love wincos. But I hate the fact that this is the only wincos up the hill. this location is lacking quality customer service. Very unfriendly…Felt very out of place shopping here. Some of the people that work there don’t seem to want to be there at all..only been twice and it’s same experience both time….feel more welcomed at food 4 less

Love this place, it's stayed open 24hours despite the crazy in the desert. Good prices on IPAs, love their meat selection and price, as well as the sushi too lol. The only negative thing about this place is some of the higher prices on dry food and the lines. The lines are a little ridiculous, but bearable for the price. Never had an issue with any of their employees, always helpful and courteous. Thank you for your 24hour availability, y'all rock.

They have cheap prices and they're open all night. I pretty much do the majority of my shopping here. It's like an upgraded food for less, it's not quite Vons or gelson's lol but they have to a good selection.

I travel 40 mins one way, to shop at this store, loved this store. My personal experience profiling getting worst and so is customer service. My opinion, the main people being profiled are the main people keeping you employed. From this point on, I will start contacting corporate. We deserve a comfortable shopping experience!

WinCo is such a wonderful grocery store warehouse and the prices are outstanding! They also carry other items that other grocery stores don't carry, like; gardening equipment, puzzles, games for kids, etc... Sometimes they will get a shipment of unusual items like a bunch of cat trees. They just seem to carry all kinds of odds and ends along with their massive warehouse of groceries. The bins of "help yourself style" are very unique because they have just about everything you could think.of.

Love this store but I'm giving it a 1 star because of the Black lady at self check out is ALWAYS so rude and unprofessional. She always has an attitude anytime anyone asks her for help. She always makes you wait on her while she gossips with other employees or friends and family she sees in the store that comes in. She needs to be fired.

I love this grocery store!!!!!!!! The bulk section is my favorite part of the store. I don’t have to buy massive quantities of things I only need a little bit of (spices, seasonings, even muffin mix!) or I can get large amounts of things I use often (rice, pasta, beans, flour, etc.) in by the pound quantities to suit my needs at a much better price than prepackaged items. Everything is just better at winco, there are some specialty items that don’t come in as consistently but they only make up a small fraction of my shopping so it really has no impact. I wish there were more wincos around

Prices are good, 24/7 store except holiday. I go in after work around 11pm and have a few people just isles jammed up with stockers and pallets.

Great prices but the 15 items or less check out is not run right by employees. Customers have to wait to get bags given to them after they ring up items. Some people are checking out with way too many items. This needs to be regulated better.Great store and the staff seem nicer.Not enough checkers for check out. Only two open and too many people waiting in line to check out.More checkers for lines. Easier to get bags at self check out.Super crowded and not enough lines open

Serenity, cashier young lady, “we don’t do tap!!””But like the way she said it! Not even a smile or hello, or I’m sorry, but we don’t take tap, would have been nice. Maybe annoyed but no excuse she mention she was new.I never received that type service I love Winco everyone is very nice but today was awkward. Really I hope she was a seasonal, Also winco not taking credit is fine, but no tap is ridiculous how many people rely on that and maybe had to leave their food behind because of that, smh they need to update

Good job, Winco! So happy to see you bring Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to the forefront. Winco has everything. The deli section has a good selection of fresh take home meal deals prepared on-site such as fresh fried or rotisserie chicken, ready-to-bake pizza, assortment of Asian chicken meals with an egg roll and fried rice, Buffalo chicken or chicken strips, meatloaf or chicken Alfredo dinners, sandwiches, green salads, handmade guacamole, potato salad and let's not forget dessert like banana pudding or yogurt parfait. Bulk nuts, dry buttermilk pancake and muffin mixes, bulk dried fruits & vegetables, coffee, seasonings, pasta, etc.

I am giving WinCo 3 stars because the prices there are really low, compared to other grocery stores in this area. But the service at this store is not so great, sometimes. I normally get my groceries from Walmart, because I can use their curbside service to get my food items gathered by the store employees and then they load the food into my best friend's car. Plus I also get curbside service for my Pharmacy items. This is absolutely necessary because I am mobility impaired and actually going around a store gathering the items that I want is just out of the question. So, I accept that I have to pay more for my groceries so that Walmart employees can get my food for me. But, my best friend Mike always tells me about the lower prices on everything at WinCo and often shows me the receipts. I wait in the car while he goes in. Anyway, Mike often tells me that the checkers are often very slow at ringing customers up and that means that lines back up with customers and he has to wait a long time. Also, I have tried to use the motorized carts for handicapped people, but there is usually only one available at the front registers and it is almost always dead from an uncharged battery. I think that they have, like 2, but the other one is always already in use. So, for those of you who can get around on your own 2 feet just fine, this store is worth the inconvenience of having to wait a little longer in the checkout line. But for someone like me, who cannot just stroll around the store, it is simply not possible.

The best prices for most grocery items.The only thing I don’t really buy here is steaks or carné asada. Good prices and decent selection. The Winco brand ítems especially the coffee creamer and bread items are very good. Keep an eye on the expiration dates, especially dairy items because I’ve seen expired products still for sale.The negatives are it’s a location that’s had some crime issues and the parking lot and many shopping carts can be pretty dirty.

I've noticed a lot of expired foods i.e gray lunch meats lunch meat is not supposed to be gray With it being a ghetto store can't go in without smelling someone's looser weed the store and parking lot is not a safe place to do your grocery shopping don't feel like getting shot or mugged I'd have to go out of my way to a clean store in Apple Valley

Check dates on this store every product!!!! This is not a place at all if you're looking for organic I counted at least 3 offered organic items in which my family does not have a clue of what to do with those items otherwise otherwise this is a great place the best place if you're on a budget they do have brand items discounted prices the the staff are Customer friendly or savvy With the exception of the cashiers the cashiers are always pleasant but the workers if you ask for an item if you ask for assistance they run from you they ignore you they ignore you et cetera. Was great as can be is this place is 24 hours which is awesome if you like to avoid crowds I know there were shooting there a couple weeks ago. , Heads up they do not accept credit card payments which is weird I guess they feel minorities don't have credit cards or if they do they're not not accept credible Not sure the logic behind not accepting the credit card method of payment
