I went to pick up my order today. When my order was handed to me I noticed that the box was open (which could happen) so I decided to check if all of my orders are in the bag. I only ordered 4 items. I noticed that I was missing one item in which the gentleman went back in to get it for me. When I got home I checked the box that was opened and found out I am missing six pieces of what is supposed to be in the box. PLEASE make sure you have ALL of the items that you ordered before leaving.

Oh wow, they went and rearranged everything! I must admit, it threw me off a bit and wouldn't you know it, my airfilter is nowhere to be found. Such bad luck! It seems like they're out of stock too. Looks like I'll have to make a trip to Autozone to sort this out.

Just really want to give it no stars. This Walmart locks everything up and nobody has a key. They probably lose more money by people leaving and not buying anything. They should close this store!

Some workers seem to be nice but the management at this Walmart doesn't care about customers. All self- check-out counters closed and long waiting time at the few open counters.It's been the same every time lately.

Seems like every employee is upset with their life. 15 min wait for assistance just to get a Deodorant and still no show. So i went down to do my shopping and came back and i see a order pick up lady there and i ask if she can let me grab the deodorant and she was very rude and closed the glass door and said she was running late and to call someone else 😡..so i ask another employee next to her and she said to press the button ok so after i told her I needed to speak to a manager she kind of change her attitude and open the glass door . No manners and no professional ppl at this place ..

More helpful.New reviewSATURDAY 5/6/2023 7:36 pm- Used to be great but so great now!I wanted to get change in quarters. I asked customer service and they said I could not get exchanged for quarters. They told me I needed to get in line and pay for an item to get the change. The lines were very long so I found a short line (11). When I got up to the cashier, she told me she was closed and would not take the time to help me. I was instructed to leave and go to the next check out (12). I waited 20 minutes to get the exchange due to the line being long My husband complained and said it wasn't right for me to wait in another line and the other cashier to not help me. The cashier shook her head and said, Jesus Christ, while I agreed with him. My husband saw the other cashier laugh at me when she turned me away. She went and opened another line on line 8 and gather people to with her. This walmart has issues with customer service and needs attention by the right management. Very rude unhelpful staff in most departments during the night shift. A group of disrespectful young women who need a check. Seems to be alot if low life trash working there. The day shift seems ok.5/21/2023UpdateWent to this Wal-Mart to pick up a few things. Super crowded. There were many people waiting in line to get school supplies. We waited 30 minutes until we went and found a co manager. She is doing her best to get things straightened out with the employees there. Many of them have the, "I don't care attitude" and do not know how to treat the customers with respect. I was told that they were all going on a break and couldn't help us unlock the cabinet to get an item. I said there needs to be someone on duty when people leave for a break. THE EMPLOYEES walked off for their break. It seems to be many employees because I went to another cabinet to get soap and the girl in that section was rude too. An epidemic of rude, poor customer service has become the norm for young people. This is not the co management's fault. It's the attitude of the employees. Why is stocking and/or stockers IN THE WAY!! everytime I go in this store no matter what of day or day of the week.Big tall, long pallets just sitting unattended on aisle after aisle.How can anybody buy anything this way? Pics are just of some aisles. Don't be mistaken this is common for every department of the store.

Tried to do self check out, they said I had to download the app and scan each item on my phone. This sucks! Walmart screws over the customer again! And the poor kid working here is the one who gets yelled at . Quit this job kid, you deserve better!

Remodel all you want. Until you stop having people check my receipt and stop locking up every damn thing, I will stay at Target. Waited 5 mins for socks today! Wth.With my 5% off target card and %s off on stuff regularly and circle, the prices (at times) are comparable.

Walmart is getting annoying, specially when you are ready to pay your items, ever since Walmart closed their self checkout you have to wait for a long time. To the point where left my items because something happens at the registers and makes your waite longer. They need more people at the cashiers.

They have hygiene products locked up, you have to track somebody down, then they take your product to a specific cash register, then when paying, they didn't have change. This is ridiculous. Never shopping here again. Walmart isn't even cheaper. Aldi's is where I'll be shopping

Horrible.I do Uber Eats deliveries for this location and EVER SINGLE ORDER they send out ends up being "not available", after I waist my gas driving 10 minutes to get to them.They do not care that you have waisted your gas and they are always rude about it.I believe the associates are holding the orders, and taking them when they clock out, to make extra money.When it's an inconvenience for the drivers they send to the location.Very unprofessional and I have made complaints to corporate.

This store is so bad. Alot of fights happen here. The workers are all so rude. Management is just as bad. No one wants to help you even though they have locks on the cabinets. I recommend you give your $ to a different location or none at all. As for self check out I'm sure alot of people like that but honestly I'm not working there or on pay roll right, so how about you do your job. Hire the right amount of people so your registers can be open instead of nonsense lines backed all the way to babies isle. No one wants to admit they have keys . The only good member of Management is Bert.

The workers didn't know where this was I had to look on the app in order to find this product. Funny thing is they worked in that department. Sad to say. This was 5 months ago.Today 1/11/2024, I had an online order placed the night before. The app stated ot was ready at 1130am. Since the new system they have I got in a stall at 1230pm and have been waiting since. So far it's been 5hrs and they still say it's a 2-3 hour wait. This is utterly ridiculous and uncalled for. The employees have been nice but the system sucks. For people whom have disabilities or can only buy food 1x a month is an inconvenience. You should update the app or ordering online that it will be a longer delay then stated. Although they are remodeling they should have had a good engineering system then they do. This doesn't help the people that need help cause of their situation. Consider planning any changes property to make things work efficiently. This is sad fir the community.

Me and my husband went here to pick up a few items. After we picked up what we wanted we made our way to the self check out area to be met by total surprise that every single self checkout had a Walmart employee scanning everyone’s items…. If you’re going to have employees check out the people at self check out that defeats the entire purpose of having them there in the first place. Remove them and just have registers. Then to be met again by another associate asking me for my receipt when they visibly saw me walk from the self check to the exit not even 10 feet away.

Brosnan security is very nonprofessional I don't even know if they put them in training. Due to the incident of today over me having permission from a Walmart work to take empty boxes. I was taking pictures and the security that was working came rushing towards me and forcefully had no skills of speaking to someone. Also forcefully pushed my hand and phone. I also called the 800 number and left a message for the supervisor where they have no number for local business.

Went to get a 10 dollar item in the bicycle section that happens to be behind locked glass. Pressed the quick assist button. No one shows and 20 minutes have passed. Go to an employee only to be told "there is nothing I can do. Just wait next to the button." Another 20 minutes pass and no one shows with constant repress of the button and it's red light. If it is behind the glass, it might as well be out of stock. Seems like it is out of these employees hands. I left as this was far too much time to only retrieve 1 item.

Shopping Day... Needed dog food and Puppy Chow. It's priced cheaper than at local grocery stores and needed oil for the vehicles. Purchased red plastic Christmas Bins for my Christmas decorations at $6.48 each. Husband & I were in and out in no time and saved money $$$❗

Went today to grab some stuff for my car I needed some things from the closed cabinets I asked like 5 EMPLOYEES if they can open it and they all said the same thing “we’ll call someone to come help u right now” nobody showed up I was waiting for 40 mins kept asking employees and still no help!!

It gets the job done. I was surprised to see patrons opening jars of food and eating out of them in the aisles. I would suggest checking the safety seals on the products you purchase.

It’s Nov 1, it’s crowded and lots of people forming lines. They have three cashiers working. The lines are so long that they’re going into the clothing. You asked to speak to manager on duty. Melvin, I asked him why is there only three cashiers working. It is absolutely absurd to have to wait in line for 20- 30 minutes to check out. I blame it on poor management . You have employees walking around, a young lady sweeping. Instead of taking care of the demand of customers. I do hope corporate see this review and corrects who ever is in charge of this store.

These associates are ghetto . Took 45 min to get aspirin for headache. No one wanted to help me. Lady at beauty supply refused to leave counter was more concerned with leaving. Customer service guy that was helping me gave me a gift card when all I wanted to do was exchange. Gentleman seemed either very high or sleepy. Thee absolute worst service ever .
