Horrible locationThey’re are ALWAYS understaffed in the pharmacy. I signed up for text alerts for medication and never receive them. Since they didn’t have the full quantity of the med my doctor prescribed they placed it on “block” and wanted me to call another Walgreens to see if they have any in stock, when they should have called.Though it’s local I’d rather go to the Walgreens on hesperia and bear valley or bear valley and amethyst

This is the most inefficient and managed of the Walgreens pharmacies. Always a long wait. Staff however is friendly and courteous.

Manager Melissa is so rude. They are not listening to what I had said. But she kept arguing she didn’t speak to the insurance when I was trying to tell her it was with my PCP.

This is the most consistently ill-prepared pharmacy I have been to. I have called in to the automated service to refill a prescription and it didn't go through. I'm not terribly upset about that, because that could be machine failure. However, I asked them to refill it and when I went to pick up the prescription, they filled it incorrectly. They are very slow at getting through the line, which is often long, usually because there is only one person working the register, one pharmacist, and one person in the back. The workers seem nice, the place just seems severely understaffed...

Both lines, inside and drive through are huge and not moving, will take over an hour go pick up my meds. Apparently it's normal for this pharmacy, will definitely change it after this visit.

Whoever was working phones for the pharmacy today should be fired. Shouldn’t have to call 5 times for over a hour. Just to get put on hold and hung up on. On top of it just for a yes or no answer. Switching back to cvs pharmacy. Tried to go here cause it was closer but nothing but problems with every visit and everytime I call.

Don’t ever be involved with this Walgreen pharmacy’s . They have the slowest and the worst customer service I have ever seen. It will take hours to stay in the line just to get medicine. It’s ridiculous. I will tell my doctor not to send my medications over there no more. The people who works at the pharmacy are cool and friendly they just don’t have enough people to work there so it will take you forever to take your medication.

This has a poor customer service and they take for ever in the pharmacy. I came 3 times to the pharmacy and it was long lines inside the store and outside the drive-thru I waited for 1 hour in the car. They should be faster than this.

Very understaffed, therefore , the wait times are horrible. It does not matter if you go inside or thru the drive thru, prepare to wait. And the buy on line pick up at pharmacy is a joke. Their online pickup window is not in place due to "understaffing". The people are friendly though.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Pharmacist is a liar. Had my physician, who happens to be my father, call my medication in. When I called to check the status they said they hadn’t received anything for me. I called my father back to see what happened. He called the pharmacist, who told my father he had the script but needed his DEA number. They could have told me they just needed more info from my doctor but had to lie about it instead. Horrible customer service. Avoid this pharmacy.

This is not the pharmacy that I go to for my medication. I go to this pharmacy for vaccinations. I am planning a trip out of the country, and the CDC recommends a few exotic vaccines. I tried various pharmacies in the high desert and found through checking around that this location stocks many more vaccines than the other pharmacies that I checked. If they don’t have the vaccine in stock the pharmacist is more than happy to order it for me. I have consistently received excellent customer service from this location. Good job!

This pharmacy's phone eventually (intentionally??) disconnects people on hold for a long time!Also, the pharmacist last Saturday night had me waiting for a consultation for 25 minutes, standing painfully, at the consutation window, while she spoke with a single customer on the phone.WAAAAY excessive time spent on that customer!!!I was the ONLY customer there!!

Pharmacy is poor they have a line all the way to the entrance. Been standing in it for 20 min apperantly there system of taking people ain't as good as other pharmacy. Terrible. Guess I'll say I've gave them a try. Won't be coming here anytime soon.

The pharmacy often gives me hassles when I attempt to fill prescriptions here. When attempting to fill a Norco prescription they accused me of attempting to fill at a different Walgreens pharmacy. When I assured them I had not, they then refused to fill my prescription due to a note that was placed on my account by another Walgreens. It took over an hour and a face to face with the pharmacist before they filled the prescription. Turns out there was no issues, just the personal opinion of the tech. 2 stars for the pharmacist. To the techs: you are not doctors. I have a valid doctor written prescription, just fill it.

Extremely disappointed went in to Walgreens to print up pictures as I usually do and the Assistant manager Cynthia was very unpleasant at the photo station she had a very bad attitude and her customer service was Very unprofessional I was very surprised Walgreens has this type of management representing their store this was the 3rd time she has been unpleasant and today she was just RUDE ! thanks to Hector the cashier he was able to multi task helping the customers in the front and at the photo booth he exceeded my expectations and I Really appreciate his friendliness and patients getting my issue resolved as for the assistant manager Cynthia I hope Walgreens checks out this review and look into her reasons for her terrible customer service skills !!!!Thank you.

This pharmacy has been nothing but a problem for my family. Literally anytime I fill a prescription there is a problem and lack of customer service. After receiving an automated call that my prescription was ready, I returned to the pharmacy to find out that was not the case. Instead they needed information that was only requested from me since I showed up. After showing the phone call I was told “ I don’t know” as a response the to call I received . No customer service can be found here. I’ll will be finding a new pharmacy

I've always loved Walgreens for their cosmetics. I've been shopping at this store for the past few months since I moved here and have had a decent experience. Last time I was here about a week ago I was apprehensive about buying a new hair product I've never tryed and the cosmetics employee ensured me I can try it out and return it if I didn't like it. It turned out not to be what I was hoping for, so today I returned to the store to return it and purchase my usual hair product (for a much higher price). The man at the counter who seemed to be a manager denied the return and said that I had used too much of the product (it was a very small bottle and I used it twice). I guess that's what I should've expected in Victorville. So much for customer service. I will not be giving this store anymore of my business. Their loss!!

Long wait time!Everytime I come here I have to wait in the drive thru forever. Then I get to the window and u have to keep waiting...Then they tell u right now there is a 2 hour wait but that's not true, they always call to u let u know there has been a delay on the prescription because they don't have that medicine and have to special order it. This Walgreens needs more people working here. If give it a zero if I could!!

One of the worst I have ever dealt with. Left them after having problem after problems with their Pharmacy. Told that female manager, nothing happens, when it happen again call the store to speak with the manager and was left hanging twice. She never picked up the phone. Left this store for another place.

Worst customer service, they had to call in a pharmacist substitute, cause the only Pharm they have called out. They don't have meds to fill and they always say maybe tomorrow. Been waiting 6 days already. Unfortunately the only pharmacy in my area... Been to another Walgreen the same worst service.

The pharmacy staff at the rudest people on the planet, I’ve been waiting on a 60 quantity prescription for three weeks and they still don’t have. Tech asked me to change pharmacy’s Because they just can’t help me. They are cold, callous workers who lack empathy. Stay Away if at all possible!!

Pharmacy is a joke. No matter how long the line they move at a snails pace and almost never have more than one tech on at a time. 13 hour shift followed by 45 minutes waiting for a prescription

I've sent my prescriptions there 2 times, both times I had to have to transfer to a different Wags because they close the farmacy earlier than the store. The store is called Walgreens FARMACY afterall, they should make an effort have better hours.

Waited for someone to answer phone was put on hold. Then when phone rang (I guess it was my turn), it wrang no one picked up so it dis connected me. Called back. Same thing. If you are from out of town and your home is in a different time zone. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!! This drug store is dangerous.
