I appreciate the store being open on Christmas. I wish the store was honest with the time of closing. Online says on Christmas the store closes at 5 pm. I arrived at 4:50 pm and was told I wouldn't be let inside the store because Vons stopped letting customers in at 4:30. The man that I spoke with was extremely nice and wished me a Merry Christmas.

I know Vons has higher prices than most grocery stores but they do have higher quality in most of their products. The meat department is great and they actually have a really good fish and sushi department. The bakery is top-notch! I get all my cakes there! I only get cakes with whip cream frosting and theirs is the best by far! I got a white/vanilla cake with vanilla custard filling, whip cream frosting and topped with various fruits and omg!... it was devine! I used to get their cream puffs when I was a kid! (That was a different Vons but they have them here, as well.) The deli department is also outstanding and it's a great place to have them make you a custom sandwich. We also cannot forget the beautiful floral department which is quite large and has a huge variety far surpassing other grocery stores! The workers at this Vons are always very friendly and treat you like family. The store is always clean and the produce section is set up very nicely. It's one of those cases where, you get what you pay for.

This store is great!If you are looking for fresh food-From the bakery, deli counter, or sushi section this store is for you. It’s not the cheapest, but store is very clean, well stocked, staffed with friendly and helpful staff. Nice market. I must commend the management of the store since they run a tight ship.Nice Job! I’ll keep coming back.

They had only 2 lanes open then quickly opened another. Which was great!Was out fast. Fruits and veggies looked fresh deli chicken was good. Very clean.

This shopping experience was bitter sweet. I was so happy to find fresh black-eyed peas on the produce section, which, by the way, is showcased front and center as you walk in the store. But dear Bakery department, please put the cream cheese frosting back on the carrot cake, ok? That new frosting is horrible & just ruined the carrot cake. I just put my fork down after 2 bites.

I been down on my luck lately and I usually come here for dinner to grab a sandwich. Your staff is for the most part friendly but a individual who stands out is Ash. Ash is always very friendly and goes out her way to not only provide the best customer service but makes the best darn samitch. I appreciate you Ash for always being nice and if I'm having a bad day it's people like you that really brightens it up. There is also others here too I'm sorry I don't have their names. Thanks guys.

The worst Vons I have gone to. Half of the working staff are unfriendly and hate their job. But what truly makes this Vons the worst of the worst is their meat section. They hardly ever have in stock any of the meats they advertise on sale in their weekly ads. Do not expect to find any of the meats that are supposedly on sale. I honestly think they have a bait and switch scheme going on.

I had a deaf event I had to attend on Saturday, I thought I would order some chicken from vons, usually I go to stater brothers but instead chose vons since it was closer. Customer service was awful and the chicken was so dry. Do not order chicken from them!

My favorite supermarket in the High Desert .. deli makes the BEST sandwiches and bread and bagels are phenomenal ..I can't say enough about the Vons crew ..So friendly and helpful .. great prices with your Vons Card and Just G or You linknon the Vons App ..Love this store ..

Pretty sweet for a Vons. Huge! You could have go-cart races in the place.Went there the first night we moved here. Yelled at by hobo on our way out. The High Desert is so welcoming!

I would like to give a shout out to Autumn in the floral department. She was very friendly and provided great customer service. I shop for flowers a couple times a month, and Vons floral department is the best! There is always a beautiful assortment to chose from and the prices are reasonable. Trust me, for your floral needs, give Vons in Victorville a try.

Vons Is my favorite grocery store, they have just about everything that you can imagine. Their fruits and vegetables are freshly harvested all fresh seafood and wide variety of fresh meats amazing. The Deli & Bakery Desserts menus are awesome. I was referred by Tux Ego & bridal about their florist and how they have a affordable price for crosages & boutoinniere for prom. I'm so glad I brought in the dress to have the florist look at it, I was almost turned away due to her having her fill of orders for this weekends prom and her being the only one who knows how to do them but when she seen the dress her eyes widen with excitement being it was her favorite color and she took our order to have it done. I'm so thankful to her and I look forward to the results when we pick it up an Friday. Thank you Autumn for accepting one more order for this weekends prom. I will definitely return in the future to have floral arrangements done by you. Customer service was awesome and the price was affordable for our pocket book. Thank you to Maria for referring you to us. I will post a picture when we pick it up.
