The store is great fresh chicken & sushi all the time you don't have to wait forever for some one to help you with the locked up whiskey 🥃 or what ever you would like to enjoy your evening with . Lots of open check stands so even when the stor is packed you still get in & out pretty quickly 👍. Outside in the parking lot is a total different story way to many homeless people Lordering and asking for money all the time .

I love Stater Bros. Prices aren't too bad, and they usually have everything I need. The Meat Department and Produce Department are excellent, with everything you could ask for. Great staff all around. I highly recommend this market.

This is my "go to" Stater Bros. It's a good thing that they recently and finally updated it because it's been looking like a page right out of the 1970's for the last 20 years! My only reason for not giving a solid 5 stars, sometimes they don't have enough items of what I need so I have to end up going to Walmart.

I already hesitate on coming here being as how expensive and often limited-on-products this store is. Literally, this is always my last resort. Today, I was in a long line. Only about 3 registers were available. The register next to us was closed. Well, lo n behold, a worker came to open it up, and he just started taking people from behind me in line! There were about 3 other customers ahead of me, plus me, we were 4...are we freakin invisible?!?! We were literally right under his nose. He definitely saw us but didn't care. This has never happened to me at any other market. The staff should be responsible in treating customers FAIRLY, and even if you get swarmed by other selfish customers, IT'S YOUR JOB to give the right of way to those who've been standing in line longer! The worst part is I don't think he was just a regular employee, as he was wearing a tie and no apron. I think he was a manager.... "Cesar N." was on his tag. Horrible. This puts this store even lower on the totem pole for me!

Last time I went there was middle schools kids about to kill each other in front of stater bros .. and there's always shootings there as well as murders , not an okay spot . Unless you got the balls to go hang out

Why are the curbside parking spaces always full with nobody in their cars picking up a curbside order. It’s super annoying when you have a curbside order to pick up and there’s no spaces available.

This location stays pretty consistently busy, the employees are really nice & super helpful I've always had a pleasant shopping experience here. It's a busy store however they get you checked out quickly & efficiently thank you all for being at work & doing a great job I appreciate you all.👍🙌😉😁

Very upset. Came in waited 20 mins for food only to get home an hour later to find out that they gave me nothing but wings except 4 chicken breast. Mind you I paid for a 24 piece. Manager basically says nothing I can do, only the department head can do something about it and I really can’t promise anything. Really frustrating this is how they treat their customers.

Stopped by on my way to a bbq. Had everything I needed and a couple of things I didn't know I needed! Chamoy Micheladas? Yep! I needed those and didn't know it! Game changer right there and a big hit at the bbq! Aces High 8.4% Imperial Apple Cider? Another big hit!

So just recently moved up the hill to Victorville, and at first I was a little confused why Stater Brothers seemed like the only markets around and nearly on every corner main street. But there's a reason, produce is fresh, the fruit station has amazing fruit bowls, the meat department has THE best, everything is great, staff is friendly and parking lot is taken care of. A plus from me, but stop on by, you won't regret it.

Always too crowded but a clean nice store as always. Stater Bros has changed with the employees. They are not outgoing or friendly to customers. The checkers do not smile or greet customers like they should be doing. I have shopped there for 40 years or more and I can't tell you how much young people running the check out, behave unprofessional. It's uncalled for. This needs to change. Management and corporate need to get a hold of the issue because Stater Bros is losing its reputation for quality service, as it used to have.

This review is about the bakery and Nicholas O., the manager for the evening of Thursday, November 10, 2022. I ordered a cake on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, with decorations for the Marine Corps Birthday, and I asked to have the cake completed by noon on Thursday, November 10, 2022, which is the Marine Corps Birthday (see image). I entered the store at 6:20 PM to pick up the cake, however, the bakery employee could not find my cake. After five minutes of looking for the cake, he confirms that it was not made. He then proceeds to call the manager to ask for his assistance. The manager, Nicholas, was checking people out at the register and asked if I would go to the register to receive the refund. I declined and said that I would wait for him because I wanted to know what happened to my order that I placed over a week ago. I waited 20 minutes for Nicholas to come and talk to me. I explained the importance of the cake and it being the Marine Corps Birthday, but Nicholas gave the impression that he was not going to fix the issue. He said things like, “I don’t know what happened,” and, “someone must’ve lost the paperwork.” To his credit, he did offer one of the already made cakes, but that just revealed that he had no idea what the Marine Corps Birthday was nor its importance. Furthermore, Nicholas did everything he could to avoid the issue instead of attempting to fix it. He offered a refund, but he didn’t offer to make the cake, even if it was for the following day. He didn’t offer to follow up with me to let me know how or why my order was neglected. He didn’t ensure that I was satisfied with his customer service. It’s unfortunate that this Stater Bros., cares little about military veterans. Today is the 247th Marine Corps Birthday and tomorrow is Veterans Day, and I have no cake to share with my neighbor who is a retired Marine Corps veteran. This is no longer the place where I will shop for special celebrations. It’s a shame because this is my local Stater Bros., which is around the corner. If you do order cakes from here, it might be a good practice to call ahead to make sure that your order is seen and being worked on. It was my mistake for having confidence in this bakery team.

Bathrooms are for customers only so they are locked. Well everyone eats so everyone is customer. If someone is about to have an accident and they are miles from home it's just the decent thing to do to let puerile use your bathroom. I shop at this store all the time. Or I did.Edit: to answer your response, if your sentiment is true then why is there a lock on the door and no one would open it for me? Just take the locks off its that simple. The locks are there so you can discriminate. You should show humanity even to the homeless (who also eat by the way). Everyone is a customer.

I have been going to Stater Bros for over 40 years. Across Southern California I have never,ever been in a dirty store or had bad help from staff. They are always prompt, clean, bright, helpful and courteous and the best part is they always have great items from great local producers. The prices are always competitive. I will always get what my family needs from Stater Bros.

The store is always clean. Their meats are fresh as well as their produce. They always have enough cashiers to minimize your wait in line. I also like their prices. They always have specials on different items. I have been shopping there for years and recommend it to everyone.
