This place is an amazing place if you are into reptiles. A good selection of reptiles you don’t see at most places. Plus tarantulas, praying mantis, scorpions, etc. Also the items they have to feed your pets your pets will be happy. They have the typical crickets, roaches, mice rats, quail eggs, cabbage worms. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The wide selection of different species is healthy and from reputable sources. They have a nice selection of quality supplies and feeders. Definitely a one stop shop for all of your reptile needs and a much better experience then your other big chain and small shops available in my area.

This store is Superb! They have a beautiful selection and GREAT prices on their reptiles and supplies. Their employees are professional and friendly. I live 2 blocks from the only reptile store in Apple Valley and I will gladly drive the 10 miles to get my supplies from Reptile Factory where I will actually be greeted when I walk in the door instead of a teenager who doesn't bother looking up from their cell phone. They have better prices than Amazon and everything we need for our 9 reptiles and 1 amphibian.

Oh My God! Super super clean reptile store I have ever visited! They might be small but they carry all kind of reptiles that look super happy!I just bought 2 Pythons from them and I m so happy. Moreover, they carry all kind of feeder that you need to feed your reptiles.When I talk to the lady Nayeli and Priscilla, they are so experienced and smart, they show you how to care for all reptiles perfectly!They will succeed in reptile industry because they are worthy to have it!

They have the best gecko live feed and options out here in the high desert. Their crickets are the largest, healthiest, and last the longest. I was tired of getting crickets every other day and hoping to get home before some died in the bag. Now I can easily wait a week or two weeks. Its nice to not be able to see right through their body either, which means they were pretty much exoskeletons and didn't have the nutrients to make them healthy. These are dark, thick, and very active. Another complaint I always had was that the other stores large crickets were so small. In comparison, the other stores large are the Reptile Factory's small. You don't have to worry about these guys crawling out the holes of the cage. Also, I couldn't tell you how many times other stores don't even have crickets, meal worms, or pinkies...The Reptile Factory has had what I needed every time. As far as the prices go, they are better than thee chain stores and competitive with the feed stores, but the feed stores crickets smell and don't live long.

This place is small but very clean and organized healthful workers great setup the only complaint that I have I wasn't able to use my credit card at the time because the machine was down. On most items the price is pretty fair.

The High Desert finally has a high quality reptile and invertebrate shop! The store is clean and organized, as well as the animals being very well cared for. The staff are very kind, with experience as well as knowledgeable about the items and animals in store. Best experience I’ve ever had with any exotic pet shop up the hill. Will definitely be a regular here. 100% would recommend.

Good selection of reptiles for the size of the store. Live plants, wide variety of feeders, nice staff. I get all my frozen rats here. Wish more people didn't treat it as a mini zoo during the pandemic but it's the HD, what are ya gonna do? Snakes gotta eat.

Went there today and felt like a kid in the candy store lol. Wide selection of plants and feeder insects for a good prices. And knowledgeable staff, even gave me a tip on a bioactive frog build I'm doing. Will be a regular here for all my paladarium and vivarium frog builds. If ur looking for reptile or amphibian supplies or the animals in general, come here instead of petco or petsmart because staff knows more and they have unbeatable prices.
