Very disappointed I made an appointment for 1330(130) when I dropped Sammy off. I was told he would be ready in 4 hours. When I asked why so long she said she still had 2 ahead of him. I called at 1800(6PM) and was told he would not be ready for at least 45 minutes to an hour. I’m a traveling night nurse and my shift starts at 1900(7PM). I travel by myself, without anyone else to pick him up. I was forced to call off a shift at the last moment costing me hundreds of dollars.When dropping him off we agreed he would be clipped to 3/4 of an inch, and his top knot would be left long. His fur is barely 1/4-1/2 inch long and top knot is barely 1” long.After they finished and beforeIf she couldn’t handle getting him back on time I should have been told before dropping him off and I would have reschedule.

PetSmart had a great grooming facility. They have recently added veterinarian services. Now customers can get the services needed for their pets in the same place. Fantastic... Convenience all in one. 😃🖐🏼🐶

PetSmart is not how I remember it to be like within the last 5 years maybe 6 years . It's not a bad thing but it just seemed like a lot of things were missing. It had a very weird smell when you went back toward where the fish were and I had a mask on 🤔. I remember it being a lot more fish involved, a lot of more containers tanks and the selection was very slim picking. Again like I said it wasn't a bad store but it's just not how I remember. And you need to have more workers at the registers because that line was incredibly long and my sister only had one item. There's no way you should have the line going down and I'll and behind going out into the store, there's no way that should happen

Jaqueline is amazing! Every single time I take my dog Lexxi I’m satisfied on the way she grooms her. She always has the greatest smile and is always in the best mood. Her service is magnificent! Never have I been disappointed with her service. I recommend going to Jackie 100%!!!

I had a bad experience with a employee that was on the phone& I was waiting to ask her something. This young girl giving me nasty looks& someone came up to ask me that if I'm in line.This f girl tell her no what do u need. So disrespectful & rude. But this young man was the opposite so polite & was so helpful. So they got good and bad employee. The store was really clean& organized 👌.

I always have a great grooming experience when I take my dog. Tate is a big hyper puppy, and the groomers always have patience when greeting him and checking him in. I appreciate this because sometimes I am embarrassed by his behavior. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I also enjoy the emailed coupons. Thank you PetSmart.💖

extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Great employees.I had a horrible time with getting an order through petsmart online. For two weeks they told me that it was ready for pickup in store and for two weeks I called the manager of this store to ask about the order. Every time I called the manager was very kind and listened to everything I said and tried her best to buy get it fixed. The online department had lied multiple times causing us to call in many many times to the store. Anyone who answered was always very nice and understanding. Overall we had a great experience with this store but I won’t order anything from petsmart online again. Great in store employees

NEVER AGAIN!! They ladies in the from the desk are not the nicest people!! One of the girls was kind of dragging my dog to get him inside once it was his drop off appointment, she stopped once I said to my dog it’s ok! And just waited . This is ridiculous! They’re supposed to show love to our fur babies 🐶This is why I don’t go anywhere but FURWORKS in oakhills . Absolute recommend them!! Instead of petsmart (Victorville )Unfortunately I couldn’t get him in that fast due too other stuff, so I thought 💭 petsmart would be good. But NO!!! Petsmart (grooming) SUCKS! 😢

Worst pet training experience ever! If I could give zero stars that would be too many. Trainer was NOT knowledgeable, helpful, or attentive. Most of the classtime we were left alone. Hudge waste of money. I took my puppy for training elsewhere and she learned more in 1 class then the entire series at petsmart training.

This pet store has it all! Hopefully, all my pictures and videos will get posted so you will see what I mean. I also have a prescription card for my cat's food and this is where I usually get it, if the vet doesn't have it. It is Science Diet cd.

Decent store with almost everything you'll need for any type of pet you have. The tropical fish section is a little light on variety and the lizards and snakes are almost extinct, but they do have all the trinkets you need for these animals if that's what you have. My only complaint is that they rarely carry the dog food that we like, so we need to find a feed store or ask them to special order it. They do an okay job on grooming although expensive. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The store is clean and friendly. I bought a teddy bear for a cat named samuel and I called the store just to make sure that he has it and the Manager Mellisa is great, friendly and professional. She is extremely welcoming. Melissa is the go to person. I ended up adopting a cat we named her luna. She was so happy when I fell asleep I woke up to her sleeping on my chest.

Lost my business for sure. They tried to acuse my dog of having a flea, to charge extra of course. My dog has never had fleas, we bathe him at home all the time. I’m pretty sure we would’ve notice something like a flea, since we constantly check him for anything. Plus my house would be infested with them since he’s an inside dog and always sleeps with us on our beds. The lady I spoke to on the phone even said he might of gotten it here or something 🤦🏻‍♀️ Wow really?! Also they didn’t even trim his head and face at all. When she specifically asked if she should do that. Just shaving his body is not a complete groom. He looks terrible 😞 they made him look ugly with a huge un groomed head.

Clean and well stocked store, but very understaffed. You cannot get any help finding products and there is always only one cashier on duty. Expect to wait in a long line and to hunt for items your self. See my picture of the line stretching back to middle of store.

The store is always clean and well kept and staff are very friendly and helpful, however as in any PetSmart location I've ever been to is usually understaffed. There are few to no available employees on the sales floor to assist customers in need. If you are unable to find a product, often times you end up having to ask the cashier for help and because there is usually only one register open it is difficult for the cashier to get to you immediately or within a minute or two and I've more often than not have had to wait for anywhere between 10-30 minutes to get the help I need. And I never treat the cashier rudely because I'm aware that it's out of there control on scheduling of employees available on the sales floor to assist. The 3 stars are to hopefully motivate PetSmart to concider adding at least two additional employees during the morning and the late shifts to alevate stress on the cashiers having to abandon the register to assist on the sales floor and to often ultimately being treated rudely by the next customer waiting at checkout for the cashier's return. It's a little bit of a broken system that needs some improvement. Otherwise, I love this place and despite the issue stated I will continue doing business with them. 🐕

Took my furbaby Zoey in today for a Spa day. Her groomer Nikki was amazing with her. I love how they always give a progress report like at daycare. Zoeys coat was very soft & shiny. I totally recommend this place. Also ask for Nikki she is a absolutely doll.

We love Tiffany our groomer. She is wonderful with our girl Bella. Tiffany always greets her and loves on her before she takes her back. When we pick Bella up, she is always happy. Thank you Tiffany for taking care of our Bella Pic taken right when we got home 🤗
